FINALLY I’ve found a high quality nail salon in Florence!! Their salon is beautiful and clean, and they are very sanitary with their pedicures. Leticia is an amazing nail tech. She is so thorough and really takes the time to do it right. My nails look absolutely gorgeous with dip powder and tips. Amazing!! I’ll never go any where else now!

This was my first nail experience here. I decided on a whim I wanted a pedicure on a Monday...so glad I called! They quickly worked me in. My experience with Kylie was amazing! She is so meticulous with her work and, since I have circulatory issues and have had problems with my feet, she knew exactly how to care for them, down to details that I was unaware of! This has never happened anywhere I’ve ever been. And Kylie is so sweet and kindness, compassion was shown...not just to me, to everyone who came in the salon. Both ladies doing nails were! I felt incredibly comfortable! It means SO much on how clean they are! I’ve got an infection before and almost lost a toe at another nail salon so I’ve been weary since. That stopped here. They do not reuse the utensils, guys! They throw them away! Super sanitary salon any time I’ve been there! And the price? It would cost almost double for that kind of service anywhere else! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

Krista does an excellent job on my nails and should be proud of her work. She takes her time to make sure they are perfect!🖤 You can tell she really cares about how my nails look and is not rushing the process!

My nails didnt get completely covered & started peeling and breaking after only one week. :-/ They were pretty but didnt last very long. Ill not be going back.

This was such an incredible salon experience!! We were here with a bridal party and had so much fun with the nail artists. They did a beautiful job and were so accommodating. Had an appointment at 11. Showed up early, 15 minutes go by.... still not a word said to me, I find the lady that’s supposed to do my nails, tell her I have a flight to make, she said she had 25 more minutes till she could get started on my nails. So she’s not just a little behind, she’s 40 minutes behind. 😒 Well that would’ve been nice to know that you were behind, cause I wouldn’t have sat here waiting, I would’ve went somewhere else.....

My hair was completely damaged and broken. Janae took her time talking with me about what I wanted my hair to look like & what she could do to make it better. The outcome was AMAZING!! The color is beautiful & my hair is shiny & silky! I highly recommend!!

My mom went to go get her hair dyed and the lady ended up burning all of her hair off a year later her hair is barely growing. I can’t remember her name but she was blonde and petite. She wasn’t paying much attention and was in her phone for the most part and she ended up leaving her hair purple as well she apologized for it but her apologies won’t grow my moms hair out and it ended up leaving lots of split ends everywhere because she used too much bleach. Only reason She payed her $200 was because it was about to be Christmas. So disappointed not profesional what so ever!

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for their nails. I called over a month ago for a lady to tell me she was going to call me back when she got to the shop. She failed to call me so I waited and decided I would call again and the same older lady answered and let me speak to her daughter Taylor about a nail appointment. I wanted to schedule 4 appointments for September. Yet again tHey said they would call me back by 1. At 3pm Taylor calls me back and her tone was unfriendly and sounded so unprofessional. She then lied and said they didn’t do fill in’s and didn’t do acrylic nails but a friend of mine got her nails done there today and got ACRYLIC!!!! Obviously this lady didn’t want business which is fine but just say that. Don’t lie and make up some excuse. I was debating if I wanted to leave a review but after she FaceTimed me her nails, I had to because that’s ridiculous!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
