I’ve been here three times and each time the quality of services has decrease. I went last Friday to get my dip powered redone (I got this set from a different location). I was seated almost immediately, which is why I came. I really did not want the guy I got last time that sits at the far right corner, but he was the only one available. He is a nice guy, but VERY impatient and I think needs more training. He then proceeded to dip my nails and this time I watched closely because the last time he did them, one nail broke and the tip started to lift after about 2 weeks and that’s not the case when done correctly. This time, he did 4 layer of coats on two of my fingers and only 2 on the other 8. When I asked him why he did that, he said everyone does it differently. Tho I was against it, I let him finish. My thumb nail chipped on Wednesday, and now (Sunday) and all my nails have lifted and/or chipped except the two that have the four layers of dip. I’m very disappointed and will most likely not return. Pictures are here, will probably be able to tell which nails got the 4 layers. Be cautious.

Fantastic art work! I hadnt had a manicure in over a year because of Covid, and they did a wonderful job with my extensions. I like them and will come back!!

This place does AMAZING nails. The atmosphere is lively and energetic. The colour is awesome. Also did I mention that prices are competitive and it is definitely worth the drive to come here!

I showed a photo of what I wanted done. The only thing I wanted different was a darker green. I immediately knew I was unsure about it once I picked that color and it was on my hand. I was not offered for it to be changed, did not even get asked if I liked them or not. I told him that I was not sure about this at all, and I did not receive a response. I paid and left. I called back to see what could be done because after getting in the sunlight, they are absolutely horrible. The only thing good was the acrylic and it was patchy looking. But he is the professional, so I assumed it would be fine. Once I called back to see if I could get the color changed, I was then told Id be charged more, even with me being highly unsatisfied.

I have been here a few times. My techs the best! She listens to exactly what I want and makes it happen each time. She has even made some great recommendations. Thank you!!

My first impression of this place was that it was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Nice person to talk to while your relaxing a bit. Since I live so close Ill make sure to come back.

Service was terrible.What I ask for never got & owner is one one who help me. Kept taking other customers & telling me he got me, when it was my turn what I ask for at beginning he stated he cant do. So Im not satisfied at all because I waited hour & then was told he couldnt do what I ask for.1st time going & owner so much in making money unstead making sure customers are satisfied. I know full set take awhile & I was waiting patience & calm, until I discovered after he soaked me he cant give me what I ask for. This not what I wanted. $55 went down hill, terrible service. 2nd photo my nails he did & 1st picture what I ask for.

My tech was helpful in picking the color that would best suit my skin tone as I couldnt choose between two. I have never enjoyed getting my nails done as much as I did here.

I moved here a year ago and tried multiple salons until this place. Now I dont go anywhere else! My tech is my favorite and always does a wonderful job. Look no further than this place!

We where traveling and I stopped in for service here in SC so my nails would be done upon my arrival to where we were traveling . Nervous as I was due to my nails being as I wanted also my brows . And OMG Sunny blew me away with her politeness, her compassionate spirit and her professionalism. Not to mention she kept me entertained. Usually I get Dan, or the sweet girl there. Tonight I got the older man. I asked for a grey to black ombré, showed a picture, & everything. It’s grey to black, but my nails are chunky af, and one is crooked, like... going to the FAR left, bad. He only filed it instead of actually fixing it. This is one of two times I’ve had a bad experience there, but dan and the other girl do so well, so I now know not to let ANYONE ELSE there do my nails but they. Definitely far from satisfied with this set.

I love this place! Always clean and nice when I go in. The staff are so welcoming and so sweet! My nail tech is absolutely amazing, I brought an inspo picture of what I wanted and she absolutely delivered.

I dont always get my nails done. But, when I find myself in the mood for a new style, Kyla is where I go. All the stylists are knowledgeable about products and services. They are also very open to answering questions. I definitely recommend it! Give them a try you wont be disappointed.

I think his name is Bi it took him all off 30 minutes for pedi gel$65 and mani with dip $55 . $120 for something i can do he needs to take his time with the customer instead of thinking about his next cigarette. I will not be returning thank u.

If im paying for a service stop trying to make me use someone I dont want to do my nsils. If Im paying for a sevice then I should be able to pick my nail tech.I tried others in this shop and my nail looked horrible.

I am a huge fan of pedicures and I have to say - this place is a gem!! Over and above treatment - they did an amazing job on my very calloused feet.

Of all my years getting a medi/pedi this was the best experience ever. I have previously before COVID gone to this establishment several times using different staff, but the young gentleman I got today was one of kind .He was very pleasant, patient, talked and ask me questions but not overly chatty but most important very detailed / thorough in his work .I love that he kept asking me if I okay and if I liked his work .I tipped him very well as I appreciate great customer service. I will definitely be returning looking for the same tech .

I went in for a pedicure as online it was advertised as 25$ but once I arrived it was $31. I didn’t mine as it was my first time coming to them. The scenery is wonderful as they play elegant music while they service you. Both the Mineral bath and massage chair felt like heaven and the personal massage was top notch.While drying I messed up multiple toes and they went back over them for free. I recommend them for pedicures as the service matches their price!

I had a 12:00 pm appointment. I called ahead for it. They took 2 ladies in front of me who didnt have appointments. When I called at 12:30, they said there were 2 more ahead of me. I said, well maybe I should just leave. The male person said. OK! Go ahead!.. wow.. I guess being closed for so long, didnt make them humble at all... wont go back there

This place is amazing! Four of us went for pedicures and there was no wait at all. It was so relaxing. It is immaculately clean. Everyone is so nice. We are definitely going back. I highly recommend going here. Ill try to get pictures next time because this place is absolutely beautiful.

Its advertised here on Google as well as on their FRONT DOOR they close at 8. They peeked out the door rudely saying we close 7:30!!!! Then closed it back..Well ya know.... How about advertise 730 instead of wasting my time 🤗

Very disappointed. They quoted one price then tried to charge extra for a certain polish. I explained to them three times before painting that we wanted regular, not gel. They painted with gel anyway. Instead of making things right with the price, they removed the polish and painted regular. Waist of time and money on their part and waist of time on mine. Im always hesitant to try new nail salons but I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. Ive tried many other places around town and they dont stack up. Ive been rushed through a pedicure, given a hack job on my cuticles and been cut a few times. This place is beautifully laid out with clean and modern decor. Very friendly staff and above all they took their time, asked questions to understand what I wanted and made my nails look beautiful! Highly recommend to anyone.

Service was great the first time when l went back I told the tech my nails was lifting he said I fixed that the next day it lifted up and I paid 50.00 dollars..Also they are really rushing this time of the year just being honest....

I’ve had my nails done for over 10 years now so I’m very picky about how they’re shaped, the thickness of the acrylic, etc. This is by far the BEST nail place. They take their time, and they make sure you’re happy with everything! The salon is new and very beautiful as well! I highly recommend!

Went in for a mani/pedi for my sisters wedding. The water in the pedicure bowl was way too hot. I had regular polish on my hand with a glitter top coat, the guy helping me started to remove it with acetone, and then brought out a drill to drill the remaining polish off. I got a gel polish done, and the polish was not applied evenly so it cured bumpy and the actual polish itself is very patchy and not opaque. I could have done a better job at hone.

Very busy. I called ahead and explained my need to be in and out for lunch hour and they were perfect. Very clean and relaxing.

I love this place, I’ve been here twice now,and my experience has been wonderful each time, the staff is very nice and attentive, they’re never pushy but suggest services that they feel will benefit you. They have a wide variety of pedicures. As for the nails I haven’t gotten those but I’ve seen other customers and they look fine.

NEVER AGAIN. I just left this establishment and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the experience as well as my nails. I’m new to the area so I decided to give this place a try. My nails were lumpy and bumpy and the older guy completely rushed through my service. I got gel polish as usual and he polished my nails all the way up to my cuticles onto my skin. It looked like a pool of polish near my cuticles. I asked about this and was told they do this so that you won’t need a fill in as quick. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years and I’ve never had gel polish over my cuticles onto my skin. AWFUL. I now have to go finds someone else to fix this disaster. I would of given zero stars if possible.

I went to get my nails done about two weeks ago. I got stiletto nails, well I got my nails done and most of them are crooked! The guy who done my nails seemed to be in a rush. Ive seen their work with French tips and they were fine. If you want stiletto nails I wouldnt recommend this place.

I usually go to nail pro (which is the best nail salon in Florence) but I decided to give this place a try, and I’m going to say this ...this place is a ABSOLUTE RIP OFF !!!! They are extremely too high and the work is Ok but not ok enough for the prices they charge !! Also It’s one guy in there that’s a fast talker do not listen to him ASK FOR PRICES and don’t let them do extra because they WILL DEFINITELY CHARGE YOU !!! They charged me $45 for SHORT nails with NO SHAPE when nail pro charge $45 for LONG NAILS WITH SHAPE & GEL !!!! Plus my mom and sister(7) got their nails&feet done altogether my mom spent $153 RIDICULOUS!!! Then after my mom questioned the prices he laughed (very rude & unprofessional) huh ? Yeah Don’t go there people just don’t !!

First time coming here August 19th. Ive been going to the place at the mall for years. I decided to try a new spot. So worth it! Thry did a pedi cure on me and my husband and wow... So comfy and relaxing. Super nice place too. Modern and fresh look. Everything is clean too! I will be coming back to get my nails done on Wednesday!
