I asked 3 times while waiting an hr can I soak my nails off while waiting my turn for a new full set. Mimi said no she cant get up ask her mom. I asked her mom 2x and she kept saying wait with 3 vacant chairs

Horrible customer service! Will never go back! I originally went in for a soak off and full set. Ended up only getting the soak off. After getting the soak off, I waited OVER AN HOUR to get my full set after deciding, enough is enough, just give y bill for the soak off, and let me leave this unprofessional “business.”Within that over an hour, I watched them service 5 or more people that walked in after me. That is highly unacceptable!

I ask for long nails but didn’t get what I ask for I refuse to pay over 150 dollars and have short nails.

I LOVE this place. I’ll be honest and say that I only go to Mimi. I always make an appointment with her.They take appointments Monday thru Thursday (however, you can still walk in but you’ll wait) they only take walk in’s on Friday and Saturdays.From my experience seeing others, please discuss all costs up front. You’re going to pay a bit if you ask for something fancy. Their work is good and it’s worth it. But if budget is an issue, talk about it first. Just saying.

These people are rude and they take to long to get to you. They put people in front of you like you wasn’t here before them. Just go somewhere else don’t waste your time.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. They have workers who are not knowledgeable about the services they are giving. Pedicure service is horrible, it was rushed and polish was left on the skin, toenails were not filed properly. Some of the workers do not speak English well which bothers me as to how you would be able to understand what my concerns are. They have the workers that do not speak English well making appointments for the nail techs when they aren’t available.I was told that I would have an appointment with Mimi Tran at 3:30 Monday but she was never available. Do not go to this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The nail service was horrible, it looks like I painted my own nails, but I probably could have done better and I asked for someone else and was told I couldn’t have them. I went in with intention to get manicure and pedicure and after the manicure was horrible I decided against the pedicure! Do not get the older lady! This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten her, the first time I was unaware she did a horrible job. I said something and they still charged me even though I have nail polish all around the edges, nails uneven, and cuticles still a wreck! I said I wouldn’t be back and they could’ve cared less. Poor business management!

I waited about 30 minutes before being greeted and another 30 minutes before I was sent to the pedicure area. (I should have left at that point) I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. When I finally got service, it was immediately interrupted by another tech pulling the tech that was helping me away to help someone else. The pedicure was sloppy and incomplete. No cuticle care, more lotions than actual scrubbing, and ultimately no top coat on my pedicure. I wanted gel on my toes but the tech deviated from my request while people beside me received gel pedicures. There was just a clear difference in the service I received versus what I witnessed other patrons recieving. Im sure my money is the same as theirs. I digress. I paid, left, and will never return. Horrible service.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!I’ve always get gel polish and that same week my nails (real nails) polish chipped and nails chipped! I politely went in remind you that they closes @ 8, 6:55 I walk in and they tell me they close and I showed the damn girl how my nails look she ain’t even say I can fix it or nothing. So I will not be going back because they failed me!!!

I live in Charlotte but try to come to Florence as much as possible to visit home, and to have Mimi Tran SNS dip my nails... she is absolutely one of the best nail technicians out there and I trust her 100% with my nails. ❤️❤️❤️

I dont know why this place is still open.My first time here and last.I had a older gentleman who didnt know what he was doing.He kept cutting my real nails and hurting me.He continously talked to his cohort in their language and laughing.WORST place EVER

Uni has been doing my nails since the first week of October and she is best. I think they lil pricy but it is worth every penny

BEFORE I went to go and get my gel polish removed, I called Nail Pro to see how much it would be. They told me $5, so I went there to let them do it. When they realized I wasnt doing anything else, they decided to charge me $10. I specifically told the guy on the phone that I only wanted them to remove my polish! After they removed my polish, they didnt get it completely off and they only half-filed my nails.

I gave this place 3 stars bc of their pedicure routine. The lady was rather gentle and didnt really do anything for callus removal/softening. For $25 I expected more and usually get it at other salons. Their tool selection definitely needs expanding. Also they didnt have any nail art displayed and when I inquired about it, the guy told me if I had a picture, they would duplicate it.On another note, they did have a good variety of polishes, the place was very clean and did not have the traditional chemical smell of a nail salon. I probably wont be visiting here again, unless its just for a color change or manicure since I like the pedicure technique at modern nails better, I just decided to try this place since its closer to my residence.

When I first started going there it was the best. The guy, however started rushing and one I find myself having to go back so that he can add the finish properly.

First Id like to say that the atmosphere here is great and friendly. I sometimes come in with my wife and MiMi always takes time to talk to me and make me feel comfortable. I just want to ask Jojo Gurley how do you know she is talking about you in her own language? Do you understand what she is saying? Please dont assume that what is being said is negative, and really do you Have to make it racest ? This is about the furtherest thing from the truth. Mimi and her family all work hard for you. Remember they have to pay rent on their business and has many other bills that come right along with it. They struggle to make a living just like you and I do. I would never think she or anyone there thinks bad about anybody. Maybe you should put yourself Im her shoes and put up with the many demanding customers she gets on the daily.. More than likely you would look at everyone funny some days. Nail pro is clean, quick and very good at what they do. Man we really need to stop using the race card this way... Its getting old! Nobody is out to get you... Take a breath and try to be positive instead of so negative.
