I couldnt have asked for a better experience than my girls day trip to Spa De Vie. We had the package with the massage, facial, Mani and pedicure. What a wonderful relaxing experience. I went there and had the owner of the salon cut and color my hair. She wasnt friendly at all. I couldnt wait to leave but I thought my color was exactly what I asked for, which is hard to find for blondes in Florence. I was horrified to find out my sweet daughter had made an appointment with her. I knew the owner wasnt going to be nice to my daughter and unfortunately, I was right. Not only that, she gave her a cut that took less than 5 minutes and it showed. I would rather color my hair out of a box than support her business ever again. What was even more pitiful was that the owner realized who my daughter was when my daughter gave her a bad review and personally texted my daughter with whiny excuses for the bad experience my very well educated and professonal daughter had. Own your mistakes my dear! We all make them. Grow up and treat people with respect and give them what they pay for. If you dont care, find something you like to do or people will continue to see through you and expose you for it.

Called to get an appointment for a manicure, they were able to get me in just a few hours later, which worked with my work schedule.My appointment was with Judy,who handles manicures/pedicures/skin care. She did a great job on my nails and eye brow shaping. I would go back to see her any time.I would go see Judy any time, highly recommend her. She took her time, did a thorough job, and my nails look great.Cant wait to see her again.

Ashley was great, and the whole staff very inviting as well. Ive had some really bad haircuts in terms past, but these ladies really knew their stuff and got me cleaned up and squared away. 10/10 will definitely be coming back!

They just lost a would be new client. I am from Charlotte and this was my very fist time here. You would think that the salon would do everything they could to make u happy to earn your business, but no. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. EVER. The stylist, ABBIE ( or ABIGAIL) JOHNSON kept me waiting 30 minutes past my appt, then when I finally sat in her chair she didnt even ask me what I was wanting to do she just ran to the back and started mixing color. She totally ruined my hair with toner it is yellow now. She kept me there for 4 long hours toner, then foils making it one big orange mess. I left unhappy that day as you can imagine. She promised to fix it. After attempts to contact her with no response I contacted the owner who did not even apologize or offer a solution. Nice salon but all frills and broken promises. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU HERE. Go spend your hard earned money some place else. On top of everything I now have to pay someone else to fix the mess she has left me with. Rude staff. What a shame. My boyfriend was about to book my mom and I spa packages here. Not now!!!

Wish there was a negative 5 stars. This so called salon is horrible. The owner Lindsey is professionally uneducated, rude, lacks skill and technique and after 10 years of cutting hair needs to quit quickly while she is ahead. I witnessed her throw tantrums in the middle of destroying unsuspecting clients hair. In my opinion, the worst kind of thief is the one that steals your hard earned money uunder the umbrella of professional delivery of service and care none of which she did. Spare yourself the i inevitable horror of this experience. My two year old could have done a better job. The SCLLR should revoke her liscence.

I played $25 for the worst haircut Ive gotten yet. Highly upset. I went there for the reason that I thought they would do better than most barbers.... not the one who cut mine

This place is FANTASTIC!!!! Everyone here was really nice. Iwas so scared to get my hair cut again after a different salon couldnt get it right. I guess a long angled bob is tough to cut. But Ashley knocked it out of the park. I havent been this happy about my hair in YEARS. She did such a phenomenal job Ive been gushing about my hair all day since she cut it. Everyone at work said its super cute as well. I found my new salon :D Thanks for making me feel like a rockstar with a gorgeous hair cut.
