I absolutely loved the experience here!! It was my first time getting highlights (or doing anything to my hair for that fact) and Charlotte did such an amazing job! She also keeps you feeling a part of the whole process and it’s never boring :) definitely will come back here next time I need something done

I have been going here for 15 years along with my mom and my son. Charlotte and Charlene are awesome. They always get my haircut and highlights perfect. After 15 years theyre not just my stylists, but family. Will never go anywhere else.

Absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is inviting and they always take the time to consult with me so we are on the same page. I live almost two hours away but it’s worth the drive for peace of mind knowing my hair is gonna be exactly what I want and it’s gonna stay healthy! I send all my friends from the beach and they send their friends. Searching for a salon is scary but I promise you to take my word for it, First Impressions is where it’s at!

Visiting area and booked appt With Charlene or Patsy in aug 2021. Waited 30 mins past appt time. Not a big deal . I showed pics of highlights I wanted on my light brown hair . I requested reddish, blond highlights ON TOP ofmy brown hair. I was there from 12:15 pm til 6:30 pm. Charlene had to answer all incoming calls, make appts etc. first thing I told her before starting was my hair is that my hair processes very quickly. I did not get anything near what I wanted. I cried all the way home. Photos will tell the rest..... the last photo shows what I wanted. I was charged $115 which is good price if I had something similar to pic. How she got the burgundy scalp I don’t know . I picked out the color root I wanted and it was same as I had when I walked it. Some how she turned it burgundy and she left it on way too long . She was distracted the entire time I was there. Not just numerous calls, but customers, friends were standing at my chair chatting with her almost the entire time. I guess she was distracted but I honestly believe she does now how to do highlights. Any highlights are underneath hair. I cried there, and all the way home. went back the next Tuesday for hair to be fixed. Still no highlights on top of hair etc etc. The very last pic shows end result . Again, I was teary eyes but did not cry til I got home. Haircut not any better. It’s not even in the back where she cut off 3 in.

Got an appointment very quickly. I was in and out less than hour and half for coloring. With my thick hair thats impressive. Nice trim and style. Very nice ladies, clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Charlotte does a great job on my hair and Charlene doesctge vest nail art. They never disappoint, very nice atmosphere!

I have a hard time going just anywhere for a hair cut, so I asked someone where they go and I was told to ask for Charlotte or Charlene. Got a short cut, Charlotte did an awesome job, did it exactly what I asked for and Ive gotten so many compliments! Thank you so much!!

I was a walk in was immediately greeted by the ladies that worked there. I didnt even have to wait. I explained what hair cut I wanted and Patsy was on it. She answered all my questions and cut and styled my hair perfectly! I love it and will definitely be back!❤

Kailyn did my hair she dis my hair I got it bleached to cool blonde with blue green pink and purple highlights. And she did amazing I even got silver hair tensile it was great. My toes were done in cheetah print with pink blue and purple and a silver background color. AMAZING JOB. AND IT WASNT A MILLION BUCKS.

I tied all the salons on Celebration, a lot of young girls doing overpriced, under quality work!!! The ladies were very welcoming which was really nice! The service was amazing. Patsy Clemons did my hair, I got a hidden rainbow as well as a cut. All the ladys are very sweet and sociable. They didnt have all of the colors so they went and bought it while I was getting a brighter. They unlike most salons do the crazy bright colors. I paid $163 for the cut and dye plus bottles shampoo and conditioner . Keep in mind I have extremely long hair. It took five hours to do it all but definitely worth it. I will be coming back. 5/5 stars would recommend.

Went with my mother and brother. Were all very happy with our haircuts. I also had my hair dyed, and when the dye didnt take quite right, they made sure to make it the color I wanted. The ladies were all good company too. It was the best experience getting my hair cut Ive had in a while.

I called and the phone conversation for an appointment was as if I’ve known them for years. I immediately booked my appointment with this salon. My experience at First Impressions was THE BEST! I always get quality service and quality care at First Impressions. They are a very hard-working bunch and have fit me in at the last moment several times. My hair isnt the easiest to cut and take care of and they do some good hairdos for me.

Don’t get highlights from here. My hair looks very chunky and uneven. My stylist seemed inexperienced. My bangs were cut too short, I had pieces sticking straight up. Having to get my hair fixed somewhere else
