They have a clean facility. They also have all the equipment you need no matter what exercise youre trying to do. And their staff is helpful.

Current member great gym plenty to keep you busy and to come back to. Newly opened up Sauna gotta sweat some covid juice out go try it if you live in the Shoals area. Decent membership but not 24/7 check hours.

Glad my brother introduced me to this place...very friendly staff who go above and beyond to help ya out...not too crowded so can get in and out without any waiting for machines or exercise bikes. Keep up the great work Crunch guys and gals!!!

Sometimes the workers here act how onions smell, but I like onions so thats ok to me.

So much equipment and a HUGE free weights section. At $9.95 a month this gym is a bargain!!

I really do enjoy this place for what its worth. Only complaint I could make is that I wish they had a bigger sauna honestly but thats just a minor thing.

Nice verry Nice but dance class no is not good

Very rude manager named Steve I believe. My girlfriend and I went to tan this afternoon and she sat in the room with me while I tanned. Didn’t even use the tanning bed as she is just a guest and can’t use them. The manager waited until we went to our car to leave and chased us outside and told us to never do that again even though we already told the staff she was doing that and they didn’t say anything. He was very unprofessional about how he approached us and we will be canceling my membership here.

Grandson joined gym and is away at college. Called multiple times to cancel his membership and was told it was canceled and would not take anymore money from his account. Well still taking out.
