This company cleaned the carpets at our office. Paul was very quick to respond to all my questions. He did a great job cleaning our carpets. Almost all the old stains on the carpet were removed and they smelled so much better after the cleaning. Very fair price for the amount of carpet that needed to be cleaned. I’ve known Paul for a while, he cleaned my carpet maybe 12 years ago. I was pleased, my sister-in-law and I got together and decided that we both need carpet cleaned, so we gave Paul a call and he asked us show him pictures of what we want to clean and we did that via phone. He gave us an estimate for the work and we set up a date and time. When he arrived, he had Mike, his helper with him, they did an excellent job and we’re done with everything I needed in about two hours. I recently contacted Paul about cleaning the carpets in my office. When he arrived, he was very receptive to my suggestions on what rooms to clean first to ensure the least amount of disruption to the business. It was fast, thorough and impeccable!
