Nathan did a FANTASTIC job with our carpets! He was in and out quickly and the carpets not only looked great but smelled super clean too which I love! We had an issue with our older dog using the restroom in one small corner which (I thought) had all but destroyed the carpet but he was able to get everything out and even handled some other random stains from the kids!10/10 would recommend!

I was very unhappy with Braxton regarding my carpet cleaning. I had scheduled my appointment at 3 pm due to us painting our new house in the morning/early afternoon. They called me around 10:30-11 asking to come sooner as they had a cancellation. I apologized and said no, as we were still painting and the carpets were covered with tarps. They called again around 1:30 saying they had another cancellation and asked if they could come then. We were still finishing up painting but I said okay since this was already the second phone call. When they did come, the men were very nice but the carpet cleaning was terrible. My carpets did not look any better than it did before. Before they began, I pointed out several stains on the carpet that really needed scrubbed and they assured me they would pay special attention to those areas. I was told that the appointment would be a hour-hour and a half and they were done in 15 minutes. It felt very rushed. After they were done and left, I looked over the carpet and they got out none of stains I had mentioned. They told me that the stains would not come out and there was nothing they could do. Well, we ended up using our own carpet scrubber and got out ALL of the stains that they were unable to! I find it hard to believe that they weren’t able to get the stains out with their professional equipment but I was able to with an average scrubber. I called the company to express that I was unsatisfied with the carpet cleaning and was hoping they would offer to come do it again or give me my money back and all the lady could say on the phone was that she would have to look into our invoice and she would call me back. Well it’s been a few weeks and she never called me back! I am highly disappointed in this company. Looking at reviews, they are all 5 star so I’m not sure why I had such a bad experience. My thoughts were that they were angry that I made them come at the end of the day when they were clearly looking to finish up their day earlier by telling me they had multiple “cancelled appointments.” I truly believe this was just an excuse to come earlier so that they would go home sooner and be done, hence why it was so rushed. I am hoping by posting this review this company will have some accountability and follow up when their customers are unhappy! Especially with services as expensive as carpet cleaning.

Amazing job! I had lots of dog pee stains that smelled awful and I purchased my own steam cleaner vacuum from Walmart. I tried doing it on my own and worked on one spot for 2 1/2 hours and hadn’t covered a third of the area I needed to clean. Braxton cleaning solutions was awesome! The lady at the office was very friendly and helpful on the phone! The smell is completely gone! Now I use that tiny steam cleaner vacuum to pick up pee spots when they happen, rather than trying to clean my entire carpet that has old stains in it. It was worth the money and I highly recommend them! They were also super fast which was nice!

Mike and Brad did an excellent job cleaning my mother in laws carpet. House had been vacant for sometime. Old stains and high traffic areas were my biggest concern. Mike and Brad came in, pretreated the areas and gave all the carpets a very detailed cleaning. I am more than happy with the results! They were very punctual (even called because they could get me in earlier). I wouldn’t hesitate to use Braxton’s for any future cleaning of carpet, steam cleaning tile, and cleaning of upholstery! Several weeks ago Braxton Cleaning came to clean my sofa. They did an exceptional job. The gentleman was on time, actually he was able to come earlier which worked out great for me. You could tell that he took pride in his work. He was very thorough. I would definitely use their service again if I need anything clean.

Brad arrived promptly, he introduced himself and explained the process of cleaning the carpet, explained the extra cleaning service [which we took}. He attacked the process with vigor working diligently to complete the procedure. This old, tired, stained carpet looks almost new! Brad recommended the carpet should be cleaned at least once a year. With the friendly. courteous, respectful manners of Brad and the results of the like new carpet we will definitely use your services again and again.

Weve used Braxtons twice now to clean the carpets in our downstairs apartment. Each time the carpet has had severe pet stain damage and after each cleaning... it looks and smells brand new! Worth every penny, and will continue to use them for all of our carpet cleaning needs.
