There was a mixup on time and Roland showed up an hour early and waited over ½hour before leaving. Called him and cheerfully drove back did an excellent job on a late Friday afternoon!

Mr. R. and Mr. C Did a great job cleaning the wall to wall carpeting in my home. Arrived on time. Were knowledgeable about what kind of cleaning certain area rugs needed. Gave advice for treatment of spots. Worked efficiently, and neatly. Very professional. I would ask for this pair to do work at my home again.

The man they sent to clean my carpet did not get even one stain out of my carpet and my carpet stayed wet all afternoon and all night. I paid another carpet cleaner and he got stains out and my carpet looked new and smelled fresh. My carpet dried in two hours. He didnt have to drag a hose into my house either. Also if his work is not satisfactory, he refunds your money which is fair.

Great customer service. Mr. Roland is very thorough and pleasant. My carpet looks brand new!
