Wilks Tire and Battery Service helped me so much with my car! I was nervous to get my car fixed since I am not from around Florence and I am loving here for college but They were so nice to me and fixed my car up good! Definitely recommend. :))

Friendly and fast service, and good prices! They have kits for tires if you have lost the lug nut key (which has been my issue) and need to get them off and replaced! Definitely recommend!

I’m not from here, had to walk my tire to the shop — and they made me feel like family. Leon — the manager — and Nikki — the assistant manager — helped me in every way, even getting me some industrial soap to help clean my hands right. They were so kind!No one likes to get their car fixed, but at least you can like the people helping you get you back on your feet!

Called to make an appointment. They let me know theyre doing walk ins. I didnt make it over for another 2 hours. They were still doing walk ins. I told them what I needed, they pulled my car in, and immediately started working on it. No wait at all. They were fast and friendly. They found some other things that needed servicing. They let me know and asked if we wanted them taken care of before fixing them. I highly recommend them.

Great place to buy tires or car repairs done

They replaced my front break pads and noticed the lug nuts where bad. So they changed the lug nuts and break pads and rotated my tires and changed my oil in about 3 hours. That is good service 👏.

Came in and told what I needed. The desk personnel was attentive and found my information even though I usually do my business in GA. Within 30 seconds of leaving the front desk someone was already coming out to get my car to work on it.

We use these guys to do our fleet vehicles at work. Theyve always done quick work. They can get expensive, just from other experiences Ive had. But when we have had needed emergency tire work, theyve sent someone out to fix our tire on site. Theyve fixed tires on our pick up trucks, dually pickups, 40 flatbed, forklifts, and moffetts.

Ordered tires off Amazon. Been having issues so finally brought it to Professionals and guess what 2 tires are no good. So they did the best they could which happened to be ALOT more than I could have hoped! Will definitely be coming here from now on! Thanks guys!

They have made the process of getting my car fixed easy! I was there first thing in the morning and they got my car in and called me within and hour and half with a quote! My husband replaced his tires on the Audi and they were great. I had a problem with one of the tires, the sensor went off in the car, I took it over and they were busy but nice and Friendly. They put us in line with the other walk-in customers, fixed whatever was wrong, at no charge and we were on our way. We had a little wait which was expected, but they had a large lobby and beverage which was nice. I had my 4.5 yrs old grandson with me and because of the large lobby, one small beverage and his iPad he was great.

They take care of my personal and company vehicles. Would recommend them to anyone. Always have great coffee too.
