When you come to get your car serviced, ask for Devon or Jeremy. They were the friendliest and most helpful when I brought my vehicle to be serviced. I had just bought my vehicle and had many questions. They were knowledgeable and incredibly patient when they answered them.
Checked my dash cam and the almost 4 hours I was at the dealership explained everything I needed to know. Car didnt get worked on until 2 hours into my wait. Had to wait 20 minutes after requesting an update after a couple hours of waiting. Not even a sorry for the wait or a discount.Update: Talked to Alex over the phone and his apology seemed genuine and sincere. He went above and beyond to make it right.
I love Devon in the service department. She is focused on making sure the customer is greatly taken care of.

Bobby warden was extreamly helpful form start to finish, I came in and he sat down with me and ordered the vehicle exactly how I wanted it. Kept me informed the whole time it was being built and when it arrived set up a delivery time for me to pick it up.
