I have been a customer of Wyler GMC for the past 4 years. I leased a vehicle, and then recently bought out the lease. Over the 3 years of the lease the service team was always quick, efficient, and excellent. Upon purchasing the vehicle I need to give a special shout out to Bobby! He worked with me on the sale. On the day of the signing, there was a technical IT issue in the system. Bobby sent my wife and I home from the dealership and later came to our house in Ft. Thomas to complete the paper work! He came to us!!! Not we had to drive back out to the dealership, he came to our home ready to complete the transaction. That is customer service!!! Additionally while I had the vehicle during the lease time there was some manufactures defect with paint cracking. It was not due to wear and tear this paint cracked way to early in the life of this vehicle to be wear and tear. Bobby also made this right! He set me up in a similar vehicle while mine was being worked on, and had his team correct the bumper paint no charge to me! He kept in contact and has been a pleasure to work with! Bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado LTZ Z71 with 95k miles on it. Not only did they work out the price I wanted but offered me a killer warranty on the truck for a small price compared the price it would cost to fix certain things. My Salesman and the gentleman who took care of my Finances (Who had served our Country) were both outstanding men. I’m a younger male and felt as though they didn’t turn me away just do to my age as another Dealership did. Either way I didn’t feel pressured to buy they did a great job of prepping the truck before it was in my hands.
I arrived at Jeff Wyler Florence Buick GMC to purchase my vehicle that had just come off lease and Bobby Rose went above and beyond to assure the process was easy for me. After answering all of my questions and getting the paperwork together very quickly, he sent my car off to the service team for a full inspection, and when the process took a little longer than planned, he arranged for me to drive one of their cars home so I didnt have to wait in the store and he personally drove my car to my house once the inspection was complete. I cannot say enough positive things about Bobby. He was very personable, knowledgeable, professional, and enjoyable to work with. I love Buick products and I definitely trust Bobby to help me purchase or lease my next Buick in the future.

The service was very good. Not a long wait and very prompt. The personnel was very friendly. I ordered a cargo mat from Buick online which turned out to be quite difficult to install. They installed the mat for me. I knew there would be a charge but $84.50???????? Ridiculous.
Issue: we agreed on the price of the vehicle as it sat on the lot, paperwork came back with extra charges for a cleaning, oil additives and a blinking brake light. It did not sit well as we had already agreed on a price. My hope is to inform you as a customer, not to bad mouth the dealership. Overall it was a good experience and I purchased a vehicle.

Scott and the service team rock! Took my car to another company that’s closer to me that specializes in radios first and they told me the radio was blown. Then I brought it to Jeff Wyler and found out the radio was fine it was just the amp. Scott kept me up-to-date throughout the progress. Wish I would’ve brought it there first.
3 stars only because they over filled my oil by a half a quart or so. The customer service was great and they have a well stocked waiting area with plenty of comforts and tv. Also were pretty quick for being a dealership. I had an oil change and tire rotation. The first time I went everything was good. I have checked my oil several times, after driving and also after sitting and on different surfaces and it reads the same every time, about a half quart over. The only reason Im not taking it back is because its more of an inconvenience then just draining a little out myself. I would return but I would mention this and make sure they check and I will also check before I leave. Other than that everything was great.
First buying experience from a big brand dealership. I didnt have to go through the loan process. But the staff was all very professional and extremely nice. Bobby was easy to work with. In and out in 90 mins. The sales guy Bobby even delivered my new truck to my house.

Went there to get oil change and tire sensor looked at. Get my truck back to find it has major oil leak and nothing done to tire sensor. I guess I was lucky oil leak was found before I left the dealership. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the service department at Jeff Wyler ! If I could give a zero stars I would .
Had a great experience. With Calvin. Submitted my requirements to the dealer through auto trader during closed hours on Sunday morning. Received a call shortly after opening and we had the deal done that day. Added a few more requirements for dealer to add on and picked the vehicle up Wednesday morning. Thank you.

Saw the car I wanted online at Jeff Wyler in Burlington. I was skeptical going out of state and to a new dealership, but I should have never worried. Bobby was amazing and took care of me and my family even at the late hour we were there. Ken was amazing and I believe that was the most fun I have ever had signing for a new car. I never had one minute of reservation or doubt. Best car buying experience ever!!! Excellent job guys and I absolutely love, love, love my Jeep! One of the worst experiences I have had at a service center. First, I do not like to drop my car off for days and not hear anything, most places call to give you an update. After asking why it’s been days I was told they were waiting for Allstate. I called Allstate and they said it was because they were waiting on a detailed claim.I had to initiate contact every time. Also, they had to keep asking for my contact info, for Allstate’s phone number and other details It seems they should have had. Not a confidence builder.The biggest issue is that they over estimated the cost beyond what Allstate said it should be. I have had extended warranty service before on this vehicle at another dealership and never had a problem with the coverage. Allstate firmly denied their estimates.Wylers service center also gave poor communication. The service rep did not explain charges before asking if I wanted to pay to have transmission replaced - he failed to mention it before that moment. When I asked what the difference would be between the extended warranty covered amount he could not answer an exact dollar amount. When I asked for a breakdown he also could not answer. So I asked for a quote to be emailed so I can understand the charges. He did email the quote but it didn’t even address the other issues. When I spoke to the manager he seemed to dismiss my concerns as well and chose to complain about Allstate. None these things gave me confidence in what their quality of work or trustworthiness as a customer. I chose to decline the work. So in the end, they overestimated, did not communicate well, dismissed my concerns, did not address my service issues, and then charged me $230 dollars for the pleasure of being treated poorly. I would definitely avoid going here for any kind of service but probably purchases as well.
I brought it in to have a strut looked at. What I thought was simple ended up being my car there for 28 days so that this service center could ensure not only the safety of me and my family but to preserve the car so it didn’t have further issues down the road. Thanks again Bobby.
All the of employees here were super helpful and knowledgeable on everything. We ended up having to bring our two young kids with us, and they even have stuff to keep the kids occupied and happy. We ended up purchasing a vehicle and will definitely be back in the future!

I was surprised and disappointed to find this dealership, Jeff Wyler GMC, quoting a price $5,000.00 above the truck window sticker price of an already $51,000.00 price. The salesman, Bill Monhollen, advised they(?) decided to do that since trucks were in short supply due to pandemic issues. He also said, “they are all doing it”, except Ford, who has no trucks.I spent the day vehicle shopping and found no one else marking up their trucks. I find it shameful and morally wrong for a business to feel it’s acceptable to take advantage of the current situation by price gouging. They may consider it supply and demand tactics, I call it for what it is, GREED by someone who feels entitled to take advantage of people. I will not feed their greed by doing business with them.

I bought a 2016 Enclave from here literally a month ago. Made 1 payment. The A/C went out. Went back to have it checked out. They tell me its over 1600.00 to fix it. I contact the salesman who sold it to me and the response I got was I feel.your frustration and offered me a 50.00 off coupon. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!. I hesitated going here in the 1st place because of another bad experience in the past. Now this. I WILL NEVER go back here again.uy.

The service at Jeff Wyler is great. However, I spent more than a month trying to get an appointment. The website indicates that their are no available time slots through the end of December and when i tried to call or email the service department i never spoke with anyone and never recieved a return call or email. You need to work on this system. Had i not prepaid for the Wyler Care i would have found somewhere else to take my car weeks ago.
Charged over $400 more than what was quoted. Called multiple times to check the status of the service one day after expected completion, never got a call back. Had to drive up there and was told my truck had been ready since the day prior. Left the dealership in my truck and made it 1/4 mile up the road before the front skid plate came loose and began dragging across the road. I pulled over to find that only 2 of the bolts remained and had to use bungee cords to secure the front of the plate so I could make it home.The repairs I brought the truck in for seem to have been completed but the whole experience otherwise was not only below expectation but has become a huge inconvenience as I will now have to take my truck elsewhere to repair the damage caused by the ineptitude and negligence of the Wyler staff.
I’ve been having my car serviced (oil change mostly) for sometime. I’ve asked several times to correct the spelling of my last name, not done. The last time I took my car for the oil change, they never called me when it was ready. They put your car in a open spot on the lot after it’s serviced and don’t bring it up to the door when done. You have to hunt for it on the lot. Several times I’ve had to go back in and ask where my car was. For what they charge this is the least they can do for their customers.

We were having a few issues with our Envision as well as needing an Oil Change and Tire Rotation (routine service). The staff who helped us checked as much as they could and was honest with us telling us we would need to come back to have them view on our vehicle for a bigger service. I appreciated their honestly and efficiency. We will be coming back.

Bobby Rose was hands down the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with. If it wasn’t for his sincerity and being a genuine person, I wouldn’t have bought a new 2021 Buick Enclave. I was extremely scared but he calmed my nerves and was always available by text or calls. I did a 24 hour test drive and I had several questions and each time he was like talking to a best friend that I trusted in helping me make this purchase. Had to have the turbo charger replaced on our 2019 Encore. The service advisor handled it well and got me a courtesy vehicle to use while this work was being done. Problem, no paperwork was given to me that I returned this vehicle. I called and asked for this and I was supposed to get an email stating this, but have never received this email. Poor follow-up.

Mixed emotions MSRP has always been a suggestion a starting place for discussion but yesterday I discovered that like with housing and other items supply and demand can drive the price above the MSRP and be nonnegotiable. My starting price was 10K above the MSRP-still stings!
Honestly this was my worst buying experience I have ever experienced! I literally cried during the signing process. The sales man was shady and told them he had talked to me about adding an appearance package to my loan but never once talked to me about it! While signing our paperwork the finance guy started talking about this package that they were putting on the car and I stopped him and said Im sorry, what? I dont want that, nobody talked to me about this! It would add over 2k to my loan! It was to late they had already added it to the car while we were waiting for the paperwork to be ready so now I didnt have a choice. The finance guy seemed surprised when I told him I was never asked or even talked to about this package let alone any of the others they were trying to sell me. We were clear where we needed our payment to be and at this point the payment is now $300 a month more than what we had discussed! The sales guy was more concerned with talking my husband into GIVING him a bottle of bourbon which my husband collects for getting the sale through. The finance guy tried to smooth it over so I do give him props for trying to make it right but I will 100% never buy another car from Jeff Wyler and the shady sales guy ever again! At this point I would never recommend Jeff Wyler in Florence KY to anyone!! Terrible service and experience!! Only good thing is the finance guy!!

Used the service portion of this dealership and was called with the diagnosis and discussed these findings with the technician who did a good job of selling his experience and knowledge but did advise that he had exhausted all other options. I agreed to the repair, got the bill and read that the service writer listened to NOTHING of our original discussion including previous repairs at other dealerships and shops and within a day the exact same service code surfaced. In addition the other repairs they deemed critical which I declined were repaired by another dealership costing a fraction of the estimated replacement of parts. While this same service writer called to reschedule me “next week after the tech came back from vacation” I ultimately declined as best case scenario they only maybe apologize for the unnecessary repairs already made and instead diagnose a whole new batch of likely time and money wasting repairs.
Fastest, and easiest buying experience I have had. All the staff were great. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I went to Jeff Wyler Chevrolet in Canal Winchester Friday looking for a truck, they had 2 just like I wanted at Jeff Wyler GMC in Florence Kentucky (Mind you my company has bought 5 trucks from canal Winchester) instead of helping me get it they passed me off to a salesman in KY who acted like he didnt care if he sold me a truck.. after waiting hours for a answer Saturday I asked whats up response ( I am still waiting for you to send information on partners I got two still waiting for the third ) THIS IS THREE HOURS AFTER SENDING 2 OK 1 FAILED WHY DO YOU WAIT UNTIL YOUR CUSTOMER CALLS YOU BACK 3 HOURS LATER TO LET THEM KNOW YOU ONLY GOT 2 of the 3 you where expecting then silence. .Sunday.. you call at noon after there are open for an hour no response you wait call back nothing you call the dealership number there response is ho he is off today. Talk about leaving your customer hanging. Very disappointing with Jeff wyler dealerships right now

I did not care for Gregs unprofessionalism once in his office to sign the deal. Especially when handling Jan from Cincinnati childrens hospital federal credit union where my wife works and whom she knows.
Terrible service after the sale. If they tell you they did work on your vehicle, RUN!!Dealer provided paperwork indicating work done on truck prior to sale. Would not provide copies of cost, but was shown, and told retail value of services totaled over $4,000. Repairs included a complete clutch assembly replacement, complete clutch master cylinder assembly replacement, and complete brake job preformed on rear brakes. All of these have been found to be done incorrectly.Total repair costs to date: $3,200Total miles driven from time of pre-sale service to current: less than 3,000
The best part is the pricing on the oil change other than that. Customer service is a 3/10 and since customer service is a huge part of any job that involves the sale of a particular item it will go toward 90 % of my review. Quality over quantity.

We got 2 new tires and a new rim put on our vehicle. $1200 When we picked it up and drove it down the road the alignment was way off! The steering wheel was at a 40 degree angle while I was driving straight. (With my kids in the car) So we turned around and went back to the service shop. The service guy said that we didnt ask for an alignment and that it would be an extra charge. I wouldnt of minded paying for the alignment the first time the car was there but noone had the curiosity to call and suggest that we would need one. I figured it had been done. I feel its just something that goes hand and hand. Get new tires, align the car. He said someone could get to it the next day. We live in Cincinnati and drive 30 mins in traffic. It just wasnt worth leaving there again and making that trip again. Needless to say we left with the car but its not even drivable. Until we get it fixed. So frustrating.

My experience was overall good. I didnt have an appointment and just came in to repair my flat tire and then I had my oil change etc. done. The waiting room is clean and I like the coffee machine and bottles of cold water offered.
We leased a Buick Enclave from Jeff Wyler in June. Recently we had an issue with a tire that went flat and they could not fix it. We had to get a new tire.You would think with a car this new, they would replace it for free, only 6000 miles on the car. Instead, we had to pay $258 out of pocket. I cannot believe this.The actual service department could not fix the tire on the day we took it in. We had to wait overnight for a replacement tire.When I went to the cashier to pay, she was busy talking to her friends. Although I was the only customer there, I had to wait 10 minutes or so to check out.Very poor service and a very bad experience. The next and only time Ill do business with this dealership again is when I turn in this car at the end of the lease.
The guys at the dealership were FANTASTIC! I had visited at least 3 other dealers in person and talked to multiple via email/phone/chat....You guys BLEW THEM AWAY in terms of responsiveness and overall enthusiasm, desire and willingness to go the extra mile to make the deal work. I had a lease trade that was significantly over its mileage allotment and a little rough around the edges. These guys went above and beyond to find a way to get me into a new - AMAZING - GMC AT4 truck. Then, they DELIVERED the truck to me! They drove the new truck out from Florence KY to Lebanon Ohio.
