Theyre always so nice and friendly. I like it that the same person talks to me every time I call. The quotes and rates are very competitive. They are so easy to deal with that they will keep my business!

This man rents out apartments and do not care about his loyal tenants. He dont return calls, if you have a complaint about a tenant his helper HEATHER just brushes it off and forgets you call them about an issue. When my family first moved in the apartments off Jefferies Ln, it was quite and peaceful. After while when he hired HEATHER she would approve any type of people to live out there no matter what. Take it from me Magnolia Court Apartments is NOT the place to live. He do not care about fixing anything that needs to be fixed unless you moving out. Mind you the rent was $750, not worth it.
