Terrible!!!! Tow truck hit me from behind and he gave me these people as his insurance. No one came out to look at my car, I can’t even drive it! So frustrating

Horrible customer service. Jay doesnt respond to calls/ texts when he says he will. 2 weeks later and now im not insurable. But he took all my acct information for payment....twice. Now no response as to why. Im honestly relieved, Id expect more from someone I do business with.Edit- my repeated calls/ texts were just a customer trying to get a response from your company! I would advise ANYONE looking for insurance to go somewhere/ anywhere else.
