Two stars for the experience so far, and Im not even a customer yet. Asking for a VIN# isnt required to give a quote. Nor is asking how long someone has been with their current insurance provider. Nor is asking what type of job I do. Its not even ethical to try and bait your customers into paying a higher premium insurance when they clearly told you they were looking for the minimum price on full coverage insurance. To top off your shoddy service, a quick call to your underwriter in no way, shape or form equates to calling me back with a quote in an hour. But, hey, you got two stars for not having me repeat all of my information three times, and for your receptionist correctly routing my call.
