I had (have actually, on going) AllState Ins for my house in Paradise CA. Lost the house and everything I owned in it 11/08/18 #CAMPFIRE. AllState has been amazing! Re- located, right after the fire to KY. Contacted Rebecca at AllState in KY for coverage on my new house. She too has been amazing, understanding, sympathetic and all around super easy to work with. Inaccurate and misleading quote. No follow up. Not easily accessible to customer; hence, poor customer service. That was my experience.
