This place was exceptionally nice. I asked the lady behind the counter if she could have someone come out and help me rebox something that I was shipping back under warranty. Reese was the name of the guy and he helped me get the liquid out and put it back into the bottle since it is a pressure washer and then helped me rebox it. When we took it inside, the lady behind the counter taped it up for me and shipped it out. Exceptional customer service!

I came in today (6-15-21) to send a return back. The package weighed nearly 50 pounds and I needed help! Rose was at the desk and was so pleasant. I was the only person in the store. She helped me get the brakes and rotors inside. Found a box to package them as the one I brought was to large. She put the RMA number on each part, cut the box to fit, taped it up and kept smiling and talking the e tire time. I was so grateful for her kindness and amazing service!! I cried when I left the Fex Ex center, Rose was so kind and made my day!! Thsnk you Rose!!

I am very disappointed with their service. I shipped a package overseas on oct 9 which was supposed to be delivered on oct 12 and it is still in transit. First of all the lady employee who tried to help during the shipment had no idea what she is doing. Then my package did reach the destination and then got stuck in customs because they lost the commercial invoice that was sent with it. Which i found out after tracking the package. I tried to reach the customer care (its a pain as they would have u go through all their options and wouldn’t put you through the respresentative directly even after requested) they told me intially that they have emailed the customes and someone will get back to me in 2 days. I waited for 5 days nobody got back so i showed up in one of the fedex shipment locations and they directed me back to customer care.I again got in touch with them and they apologised and sent me a commercial invoice and i was given an email id and told to forward the filled out invoice to that and they said that i would receive an email in 24 hours once the id is activated. Again, nobody got back. I had to reach out to them again and i was told that the email id which was provided to me where i am supposed to send my commercial invoice was wrong and they gave me a different id. So today finally i sent the invoice. I was told that i should reach back customer care to find out if this worked out as they wouldn’t bother to inform me. Hoping that my package is now finally released as i have no interest in calling fedex back and dealing with their horrible service. This experience was a nightmare.Their is no intiative from fedex. When i reach out to them the employees at customer care have no idea what they are doing. It was a painful experience. Sorry again for the lengthy review but had to summarise everything. Never again!! I am giving fedex any business.I wish i could give them zero stars.

I caught the FedEx driver and asked was that package that he delivered was it for apartment #2 he responded no it was for apt#1.Im expecting a package from FedEx so I went down stairs and sure enough it was my package and it clearly stated apt#2.Smh!!

Over the course of time, Ive taken lots of shipments here. The current counter staff is exemplary! Previously, it seemed as if the gal there was entirely inapropriatly placed . She was almosthateful. The gal there now is totally opposite, and a real breath if fresh air . .and totally competent!

This is the absolute worst company to ship anything with. Every single time I pay for over night deliver, i dont see my package for a week. Then when I call some one I get some bullcrap excuse on how its not their fault. Of course I cant get my money back because it was an act of god they say. Just so everyone knows if you have a delay due to weather you will not receive your package on time. Nor will you get any compensation. Forewarning if your package is a priority do not use FedEx. The will just bend you over and screw you.
Everything u want from a FedEx ship center. The clerkwas very helpful i even heard her helping a guy whos car was overheated in the parking lot. My FedEx delivery driver is not so great. He always damages items and leaves them upside down😱like its on purpose almost. But at the shipping center everyone i met was great.
I ordered something to get delivered and since the mall i have my business is closed I now have to go pick up my package at the warehouse I did not pay for shipping for me to go get my package. I am a open entity during this crisis. Now I have to close my store to get the package. Poor performance.

I had a package delivered today that was not mine with a totally different address. Then I received a text saying my package was delivered to my home. I called FedEX to tell them I received someone’s package and I haven’t received mine. They wanted me to tell them the color of my home and if it was 1 or 2 story?!?! Then said they would call me, 5 hours later no phone call from FedEx! I did receive a call from the person who received my package (area rug 7’x10’) and it turns out I had her package (1 pair of men’s flip flops) so I delivered hers and picked up my package. FedEX has the worst customer service ever!!!
