Mike and jim worst mangers very poor management

I got hired at Northgate and got fired at Northgate for my performance because I was doing my job how does that make sense I was moving six buckets between 6 in the morning and at 11 at night my gun registered. 89.31 by Friday it was supposed to be 100% this was Wednesday I was there two weeks they didnt fire the people that got into an argument they fired one person for get into a fight didnt give me a floor tickets they didnt tell me anything Jay was supposed to be my trainer he handed me a gun show me how to use it and walked away the first day I work there I had somebody come up to me and tell me I wasnt supposed to be there because the color of my skin and I told I told him I got the job just like you did I mentioned it to Mark the supervisor he brushed It Off the next day I just told them okay just leave it alone since youre not going to do anything about it no way that next day that I was there I had a gentleman come up to me and asked me do you want a white donut or would you like a black dont it and I snapped on him one gentleman came up and apologized to me but again I got fired from this company only two weeks there for my performance we had no work and I helped you get another young lady finished 6 barrels to RC truck came in but it was my performance yep okay I do not recommend this stop electric going to go in this job playing around clown and playing on your phone acting Boise like you have no home training then this is a job for you you get no overtime until youre hired in 90 days and then till then you might not get no overtime I mean but if you want the 925 an hour to job for you

Shipping and Recieving Hours are 8am - 4:30pm not 7am to 9pm my appointment was for 23:30 and when you call them they don’t answer. Poor customer service
