I have to say I enjoyed my time at E.L. Hollingsworth. I worked out of the Plymouth terminal and only spoke with one dispatcher per day (who were great). The other drivers and work atmosphere was pleasant and enjoyable.The only two things that I found to be bothersome, was the pay and aging tractor fleet (although, I was an entry level driver and was never stranded on the road).After several months, I got a job with a large Union carrier and have regretted it. I would prefer a company that paid me less, than one who provided me with dead end promises and empty statements. When you interview for a driving position, you should expect to drive! Hollingsworth fulfilled that promise.

This so far has been the best, most honest trucking company that Ive worked for..... until they closed their business of trucking end of June 2019. Bummer. I had hoped to retire with them. Now Im starting over elsewhere. Ok. It is, what it is. I didnt get rich there, but it sure was nice to be appreciated and taken care of, like a family member, tho I wasnt really.

This was a great company to work for before they were bought out by MTS.

O/o. This is the worst company i have worked for in 26 years. Pay has always been short. They will blame the driver for everything that goes wrong with their trashy trailers Plymouth garage is the worst they are ripping the owner operators off always a problem with under inflated tires. Charging o/o for the trailer tires . The plymouth garage is a complete scam. This is not the place to work if u are a o/o they will run a scam and find a reason to take large deductions every week from your pay. I feel previous and current o/o néed to file a class action lawsuit against chieftain contracting services to recoup the money they have stolen from so many drivers.

Their safety department was a former state trooper LOL is that why the truck that red on google looks like it can barely pull that trailer full of toilet paper don’t fool your selfs and do people wrong go find a different job or better off if your not old enough become a fed that should get you out of that office chair. Safety department former trooper lol one hell of a joke that was. Here I’ll give u a 50 dollar Walmart gift card if all 18 of your tire pressures are correct but the motor is mixing coolant. Very safe ya really safe for the public, good luck for a lawsuit whoever gets rammed by their semi that’s a early retirement for them while their trooper is still working in the office passing out stupied gift cards maybe try snickers next time.

The company will be celebrating 95 years of service in 2019. That will tell you what type of company EL Hollingworth is !

Rag tag company. Was an o o.o and had nothing but shorted checks, headaches and hassles from for pulling their trailers RUN !
