Absolute ProCare is great! And Wes was great also! This was my first time using their service and I was really impressed by their knowledge, suggestions and professionalism. More importantly my carpet was really clean and fresh. I have pets so their odor can be really bad at times but he was able to get out all the stains and provide my home with a really good smelling pet odor eliminator. I am really happy with the service that I was provided. I had one bedroom and a carpeted stair case cleaned. We have a large dog that sheds and there was lots of dog hair I was unable to get out myself. Our technician did a wonderful job getting the carpet clean and getting that dog hair out. I’ll say it’s about 80% better which is a world of difference for carpet that’s never been shampooed.Thanks so much and I will be referring you to all my friends and family.

Wes is the man! Ive had him for every cleaning since I moved to Fenton Michigan which has been around 3 years now. Always super friendly and cool with our boxer and Bernese mountain dog roaming throughout the area. You really cant say enough good about this Mom and Pop company. I am very pleased with the results of my decision to use Absolute ProCare. I considered using a corporate cleaner but after reading the reviews decided to give my business to this local cleaner. Wes and his wife were both very professional. I had small window of time I could fit this service in and they were able to accommodate my request. My 15 year old carpet looks new and fresh. I had considered replacing it but I will be able to use it for years to come. The next time I need to have my upholstery or carpets cleaned, I will use them again. I highly recommend them!

Ive used other carpet cleaning companies, large chain organizations, who did all right. This company was over the top. They were able to come out after office hours, which fits my schedule well. Two rooms and an easy chair only took an hour. He was friendly and professional. I will definitely keep them in mind when my toddler and dog mess up the carpet again.

Wes came out and was 100% honest about my situation with a very old family heirloom area rug that is 70+ years old. The work by Absolute ProCare has been superb. Both times of using his service he has been prompt, professional, and least expensive for the quality of work. The carpet looks wonderful and smells great each time he cleans. I had white carpet and the entry way gets the most wear, but by the time he finishes, you cannot even tell people entered into the home through the entry way.
