Tom was beyond helpful and patient when picking out flooring. Shelby was always there to answer questions and keep me informed. James was great! The installers were amazing! It was hard for me to prepare my home for the flooring with our very busy schedule. The installers took care of everything with patience and kindness. Not to mention, their work was flawless. My floors look incredible! I’m beyond impressed with this company. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Tom on the show room floor was very patient with my pickiness in deciding what we’d like, he walked us through the pros and cons of the various product. Working with a tight timeline they went above and beyond to complete the initial consultation and installation in less than a week. James was honest and quoted me a fair price for each of my options. We had new tile installed in the kitchen and extended and re-finished our hardwood floor throughout the rest of the house. The entire team at FCI was wonderful to work with and made the process run very smoothly. Our new tile and wood floors are beautiful and we couldnt be happier!

James (owner) and Brian (craftsman) were very responsive to my inquiry about repairing deep scratches on an area of our wood floor. They were prompt with an estimate and Brian did an excellent refinishing job, blending the repaired area with the rest of the floor. We are very pleased with FCI and the work.

The atmosphere and ambiance of my home was completely transformed – it was like having a brand new house. We have a home in Munds Park, AZ. We received 3 bids for the carpet replacement and went with Floor Coverings International Flagstaff. They did an excellent job. We were able to get top of the line carpeting for the same price as a medium weight from the other 2 bidders. Everything was 5 star from the sales person, Tom, to the scheduling and installation. Everyone was on time and considerate. Tom was very knowledgeable and the scheduling team and installation was perfect. Installers were clean and efficient. One of the most important decisions we made were involving the warranty situation. Installers are employees and should there be a problem in the future we have one contact. The other bidders had sub-contractors for their installation. That opens the door for finger-pointing should there ever be a problem. We like the one-stop-shopping that they offer. Great job - totally satisfied and love the new look.

Everyone was so very nice and helpful. Tom came for estimate and went over all they do on the job. We had and entire floor replacement on 2nd floor. John, the install team, was friendly and on time everyday, explaining what he was doing and did a GREAT job. He moved furniture about and was friendly and cleaned up. After complete another team member did walk thru and said if any problems call. I cant say how much i enjoyed the experience with this company, and each and every person involved. Thank you !!!

Good communication via email and text messaging. They were flexible with installation as we were getting our master bathroom redone at the same time. Final product is awesome. Tom was really helpful and a great resource. Wouldn’t hesitate to do business here again and I recommend anybody consider a large home renovation to at least stop in and chat with Tom about your ideas :)

Just had over 1,000 sf of luxury vinyl installed in my condo by FCI. Had almost equal amount of carpet taken out and three sets of stairs included in installation. Nice job overall and installers were friendly, professional, and flexible. I recommend Tom and his crew. Communication wasnt always efficient but I mainly care about the quality of the installation team.

I ordered my new unfinished oak hardwood flooring from these guys. It came in on time and even though I ordered #2 grade, virtually every single piece was usable. Very impressed with the product. I also like that they are locally owned and the owner can be found in the shop. Price was highly competitive.

The reflooring of our home was completed on January 30, 2019. The experience from beginning to end was far greater than we could have imagined. Tom Geblers knowledge of the industry, applications and product was formidable, impressive and accurate. Corey did our tile work and was one of the most professional and personable individuals we could have had to execute the tile flooring. As the only Certified Tile Craftsman in Northern Arizona his expertise was beyond expectation. The engineered hardwood flooring (Hickory) recommended by Tom Gebler and installed by Jerome and Seth who are phenomenal has added a warmth and inviting glow to our home. We just had new carpet put in for our three bedrooms. Tom in the flooring department was very knowledgeable about the carpet types, material, life, and care, and helped us find something for our needs within our price range. What I liked about this company is that they offer furniture moving. Other places we went to did not offer that, or could only provide us with third party companies to move the furniture...so that was a huge selling point. The carpet installers were polite and efficient and did a great job. I am very OCD about my furniture, and they were careful with my belongings. We will definitely go back to them when its time to redo our tile floors.

Tom Gebler was superb! He was knowledgeable about all types of flooring and helped us make a reasoned decision. Our carpet arrived as promised and was installed very quickly.The installers,Nathan and his brother ??? Jason ??( ..sorry,we forgot) were experienced and very professional. Our belongings were treated with care. The house was as clean when finished as when they started.Tom came back to the house to check that we were satisfied. He also quickly checked the installlation work to make sure all was up to his standards. When he gave us our final invoice, he also added a list of restaurants for us to try in the area!I would recommend them highly.

The company representative came to my home in Sedona for a free estimate. I found him quite knowledgable about the relative merits of the differing carpets available. The two men on the installation crew did an excellent job at moving all my furniture and laying the carpet. They were great to deal with and sought my feedback during and after the installation.

This is an update to the review we did several years ago. Since then we moved permanently into our retirement home and decided to do a upgrades to the kitchen, dining room and master bath in separate projects. We had wood, tile back splashes and a tiled bathroom done by FCI.The projects were done on time and within the budget we discussed. We made a few course corrections and wound up with a better result than we had ever hoped for.We couldnt be happier with the results from FCI.----------previous review...I used FCI to do both wood flooring and carpet in our home.We recently purchased as our retirement nest...but the nest had some thorns in it. As winter came, windows closed and heater was turned on we had some really nasty smells.FCI came in and got to the bottom of the problem. We were ready to have everything taken out and replaced with new wood--thinking we were going to spend many thousands. Our FCI representative re-directed us, saving a lot of expense and used the great bones in our house.We now have new carpet in our living room. But to our great joy, the bedrooms and hall have a wonderful new finish on the original (and now very beautiful) oak floors. You just cant duplicate the look and feel of 40 year-old oak.There was a section of flooring that had to be patched due to previous repairs. I doubted that the flooring could be salvaged--but FCI proposed a great hand-crafted solution. I could not be happier with the result. You cant see the new wood, it was stained perfectly and the completely matched And, to boot, much less costly than I was expecting.They dealt with us with integrity, met their promises and delivered something that every visitor says is just beautiful--both the carpet and wood..I just saw the disappointing at best review of FCI, and feel compelled to tell of a different experience. Would I be a repeat customer? You bet! Great work, on time and priced as we agreed. What more could we ask for?
