Not a good experience. Original guy, Kieth was nice and knowledgeable. His staff is not. I just got off the phone after calling them many times (they don’t answer half the time) and when I told the guy my name, he said “what do you want?” Geez, rude! I believe it was the same guy I talked to in-store (had to drive over because they did not answer or return my calls) didn’t have a clue what he was talking about!I cancelled my order. No one should have to deal with that poor service!

Keith at Flagstaff Wholesale Flooring was excellent to work with. He helped us find an installer last minute, and put in tremendous effort to help us find someone to complete our flooring install. His kindness and professionalism is top notch and we will be using them in future for our next flooring projects.

Keith and Sabbath are great. They provide enough information, good advice and zero pressure. The store has everything that may cross your mind or you would have heard of. Excellent quality and economic prices. Highly recommend it.

Great customer service, not pushy, will help you find an installer, and lots of options at decent prices. I just wished they had weekends or evening hours, even occasionally like once a month.
