I got stuck in really deep mud at midnight one day, get in touch with my insurance and they direct me to these folks. Its after two in the morning at this point and I am an hour or so away from them but Chris gets in his tow truck and comes anyway. He is so friendly and helpful when he gets here despite the awful situation Im in. With his hard work and dedication (Im talking physically shoveling mud out from around and beneath my car) my car was out of the mud in half an hour! Please go to these people if you need help, its very much worth it!

This tow company was awesome the same cannot be said about progressive roadside assistance, its another example of a big Internet company outsourcing there customer service to India. Its almost impossible to cross the world and lauange barrier well being able to communicate accurately when your talking to someone who thinks Flagstaff is near Tempe AZ

I broke down and called, the gentleman that answered the phone was polite and helpful. The tow truck showed up in 20 minutes even though I was given a 30 minute ETA. The truck was clean and I was able to ride with the Chris to the mechanic. Over all it was a amazing experience! I highly recommend flagstaff towing!

Needed my truck towed to get an electrical issue fixed. They were super nice, and were kind enough to refer me to a personal mechanic after the one I had planned to see couldnt or wouldnt move vehicles in order to drop my truck off. Great company!

Awful service. Illegally towed my car when it clearly has a permit in it. Call to try to resolve the issue and I was treated with rudeness by a person who likely didn’t pass high school English. “I can’t tell nobody my name” “you sound like you’re trying to be my English teacher” instead of helping me get my vehicle back. Truly awful

The other night my friend and I played a show in Jerome. On the way back at around 2am my friends hit an elk on the i17 almost killed them and totaled his car. Long story short the 911 operator called Flagstaff towing. After what seemed like forever he arrived with a bad attitude. I guess got woken up to take our call and was not happy about it. So before he hooked up my friends vehicle I told him we needed towed to my house. He said he couldnt do it. That he could only to it to his yard. After going back and forth with him he made it absolutely clear he would only tow it to his yard. The police officer that was there over heard the conversation and ended up stepping in and yelling at the driver. He informed the tow truck driver that he had to tow the vehicle wherever we wanted too not just his yard. It was obvious to my friend, the police officer, and myself, that after we had this awful experience of almost dying and totaling our car that this guy was trying to rip us off. If he would have towed the vehicle to his yard we wouldnt be able to get anything out of the back of the truck, had to wait for there normal business hours, and have had to pay money more money for them storing and realising it to us. Its not like he didnt make a ton of money off is anyways. We ended up paying him $300 for an hours worth of work. I just dont understand how someone could try and rip people off when they are in such a low spot.

The guys at Flagstaff Towing & Recovery definitely know what theyre doing! Quick response and experienced drivers make breaking down a lot less unpleasant than it could have been. From the time I called them to the time they arrived was only 25 minutes and they were able to take it to a shop where it was repaired the same day. The tow truck driver is also a mechanic so they knew what was wrong right away.

The best in Flagstaff. Courteous and helpful at any hour. If you are from out of town, this is the guy to call.

Typically blowing out your transmission, in the middle of nowhere, with a hungry cranky toddler in the car would be unpleasant- it was. Flagstaff towing was the one bright light at the end of the tunnel. Jessie rescued us earlier than promised, he was so nice to us and super efficient. If I ever get stuck in ditch again, Ill definitely call them!

Tried to tow my truck from in front of my garage while I was loading it. Sleeze ball driver wouldnt put it down. NO honest people in the world.

I am a truck driver and was stranded in the middle of nowhere at night on I-40. After exhausting every single towing and road service in the towns east and west of me, Flagstaff towing was the only one willing to help me and come out even if he does not service 18-wheelers.These two young men were very resppnsible, professional and respectful. After they got me going, my truck shut down again and they drove back and got me going again.I am very greatful that they came out when no one else would.
