On two occasions Tim happened to respond to calls that involved my daughter who lives at NAU. Both calls were by coincidence and both times my daughter reported that Tim was nice, helpful and went out of his way to let her know it will get worked out, given her bad luck she was having. Being from the Chandler I am happy to hear that people are looking out for my daughter and seeing to her safety. Thank you, Tim. I appreciate your kindness to my daughter at NAU.

100% reliable and professional!!! We were literally stuck in the middle of the desert (Joshua Forest Road I-93) still an hour away from home and waited for my insurance to find a tow truck company that would at least give us the maximum tow truck 15 miles away and no local tow company would do it. We waited on the side of the scary pitch dark road with no one around for 6 hours! My insurance company finally found ALL WEATHER TOWING all the way from Flagstaff to come get us and take us all the way home which was still over 60 miles away!! Chris was very friendly, professional, and courteous! He knew we had been stranded for hours so he offered us bottles of water and stopped at the nearest gas station so we can grab some snacks and use the restroom!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Called for a tow because I was stuck in the snow two days ago... The answer then was they were really busy. Okay understandable. Now two days later on a monday I call and Im still stuck fwi and almost out of fuel. Suddenly I dont have a truck with 4 wheel drive but apparently they had one two days ago. Now Im out of gas out of food and stuck in the snow a quarter mile from the entrance and these guys apparently have no work ethic.
