I called in and asked to have my vehicle towed. The lady I talked to, I believe her name is Beth or Betty … told me what the price would be. I followed up by asking her for a breakdown of how the price was figured. Like is it mileage plus a pickup fee? I was curious to what I was being charged for. She responded by saying “you are just going to cause problems for us in the future and you are the worst type of customer”DO NOT CALL this company and ask them for help. she recommended that I call other places and to be honest country club towing was cheaper and treated me with NORMAL customer service. I wasn’t laughed at when I asked what I was paying for.

I was very impressed on how fast the tow operator arrived to where my wifes car died. As a plus the driver was very friendly and helpful. He also dropped the car at the dealership very quickly. Would absolutely recommend AM PM towing when you need a tow or recovery.

I can’t rave enough about how great Am/Pm towing is.My boys and I went up to Flagstaff to play in the snow with a couple other families on Friday. Unfortunately, I got stuck on a forest service road and we tried for hours to get out with success to get stuck again in a blizzard on our way out on Saturday. The boys and I had to leave our car until we could safely get it towed on Sunday.I spoke with Jo the owner of AM/PM towing and she was phenomenal. She eased my concerns and she worked with my insurance to get the tow covered at 100%. It could of been extremely expensive as some quotes from other companies were up to 3,000$ as it was considered an off road recovery.Sunday morning, her husband Lucky, picked me up from my hotel. He popped my car out of the snow in less than 30 minutes and towed me back to pavement. Lucky was prepared, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and not frustrated with my situation! He was even concerned for my kids and asked me to have a back up plan for them if things didn’t go as planned and we got stuck or it took all day to get my car out.Lucky and Jo really made a horrible situation into a not so horrible of situation. Thank you!!

AM/PM to the rescue! They were amazing. The Dispatcher Jo was reassuring and clearly communicated what would happen. They had lots of calls due to a very slippery snow storm (including me). Lucky arrived on time and was AMAZING! I was really impressed how well he hooked up my car and got me home safe and sound. He parked the car (backing in) right in the driveway better than if someone were actually driving the car. Not only was he exceptional at his job, he was kind and engaging after a stressful night for me. The entire experience of using AM/PM towing was great. AM/PM is AMAZING! Lucky (the driver) is ever more amazing! I know there were tons of accidents and slide offs due to the snow. I knew it would be a wait but their dispatcher Jo called and assured me they would get to me as soon as they could. She also said I could call if I needed to. He arrived and hooked up my car (despite all the crazy snow) in no time. I was super impressed how he was able to back my car into the driveway (also surrounded by snow after we got 3 feet of snow just days before). Last week our truck and trailer broke down on our way to Flagstaff coming from Phoenix around 4pm. Ian came to our rescue with first class service. I arrived at the airport in Flagstaff, AZ on a Sunday night after 9:00 pm. My battery was dead after my car sat in the parking lot for two weeks. This was the only tow company that answered the phone. All the others went straight to voicemail. They arrived in less than 15 minutes, were friendly and professional. Hopefully I wont have to, but I would definitely use them again.

They tell what you need to get vehicle, then every time you call to arrange to get it they tell something else is needed first, this happened 5 times, they also tell you they are open between 9 and 5pm but dont go there as I did because you have to make an appointment.........

Today, I left my keys in the ignition for a few hours and of course, my battery died! I think Ian was the guy who helped me, he showed up earlier than estimated, was nice and easy to talk to, and jump started my battery with no issues! I dont like to leave bad reviews but this one really bothered me. Our car broke down an hour and a half outside of Flagstaff on a Saturday and I had my two little kids in the car with me. It was so stressful and I didnt know what to do. I looked up tow trucks and called AM PM towing and the women who answered was so rude I ended the phone call in tears. She acted like I was calling an acquaintance for a favor and didnt want to be bothered by it, she also quoted me $200 over what other tow companies in the area quoted and made me feel like it was a huge inconvenience. I hung up and called United Towing and they were so kind and helpful, I even thanked them on the phone for being so nice when I was so stressed.A little bit of kindness goes a long way.

My friends and I were stuck in the mud while on a girls trip and within an hour of filing the claim the tow truck driver arrived. Upon arrival Lucky, the driver, was extremely helpful and reassured us that everything was going to be okay. Once we got the vehicle un-stuck he went above and beyond to help me flatten out the mud at the property. I absolutely recommend Lucky and his team based on his punctuality, professionalism and helpfulness!

We got stuck in sand when we pulled off the side of the road. AAA wouldnt come since we are off a paved road and literally a tow truck from am/pm towing and recovery came to up the street out of nowhere and was so kind and helped us out. Lucky was the kindest tow truck driver and we are so grateful!! Kids were praying for a tow truck and out of nowhere he came!!!

Thank you Ian for coming out and jump starting my car for a fraction of what others wanted to charge me. I called at 2AM in the morning and with in a half hour Ian was jumping my car and also stayed to make sure my car would start when turned off. Probably the only good experience I’ve ever had with a tow truck driver, I was thoroughly impressed and everything went much smoother than expected! Levi was very upbeat, knew exactly what to do with everything and quick to get to work when he arrived. I was about 45 minutes out of Flagstaff when my truck broke down and had my cargo trailer behind me as well so I wasn’t expecting everything to go as smooth as it did. He got my truck and trailer to the shop I requested it be taken to in very reasonable time. The driver Levi had obviously been doing this for awhile and it really shows! He told me he was on his way and about how long it would take him to get there. He arrived with a smile and gas when he said he would. He made sure my car started before he left. These guys were a life saver. My 4x4 suburban had broken down out in the middle of some extremely rough country. I was able to hike out a little and make a call. They said they could send a truck for me. They showed up faster then what I had expected and the driver Lucky went right to work to get my truck out of the crazy spot I was broke down in. Was on a girls weekend trip and got caught in the mud up in Flag. After dealing with more than incompetent air bnb owners, driver Lucky came to the rescue and was a total gentleman. Our truck got stuck off woody mountain road and no other towing company even entertained the idea of helping extract our truck from the mud and ice. The driver was super cool and helped us out. My Subaru broke down on I-40 west of Flagstaff. I called the courteous AM/PM dispatcher who said that a truck would reach me in about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. It was a pleasant surprise when Loren, the tow truck driver, showed up in a little over an hour. It is obvious that Loren loves his job. He is friendly, efficient, and helpful. I highly recommend AM/PM Towing.

Our truck and fifth wheel got stuck in the mud on public land in Grand Canyon National Park. Since we were a big vehicle and in the middle of nowhere, we were feeling pretty hopeless. AM/PA Towing totally turned our bad situation around. They gave me a call to notify us when they were on their way. When Jesse arrived to tow us out he was so kind and reassuring and didnt make us feel like we were idiots for getting in this situation (even though we totally were!). We didnt have much of a choice when we were towed after an accident but the tow staff was fast and efficient. More than that, when I went back to get our belongings from the car, the lady at the desk was so genuinely kind and concerned. Mary is the rudest calls person ever!! its christmas eve and im stranded on I-17, snow & ice on the road. i hydroplaned and lost my tire. anytime i tried to talk i was interrupted and she kept sighing anytime i asked her a question. i called AAA originally but used up my year so i had no choice but to call a tow. she then argued with me about how i needed to hang up and call AAA because she didnt want to ”waste her time” she was just making everything harder for everyone. if you need a tow call JJAR or JETT!!!

Picked up a truck out of impound and Audie (with the cute purple hair) was amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable, personable and informative. The truck wouldnt start as it had been sitting for a few weeks and she quickly jumpstarted it and after we fixed the tailights, she had to jumpstart it again with a smile on her face. They are lucky to have her on staff!

Very helpful, cost was reasonable (with the towing fee and police release fee it adds up of course but 15 dollars a day is not the 50 or more I was expecting).As to the lower review that the caller needed to contact another tow company; that is being very helpful, turning down the job so that the caller could get towed in a timely fashion. Only 4 stars because hey, who really loves getting their truck out of impound...

I work for a major business in Flagstaff. Today, we had an incident with a semi-truck driver at one of our buildings. Apparently it was his first day driving, and he managed to get his huge unweildy truck stuck in the mud AND almost took out one of our fire hydrants 🤦. We put him in touch with AMPM towing and they arrived quicker than you could say supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! The tow driver was awesome and professional. He helped problem solve the situation and get this huge stuck semi-truck out! The cherry on top was when the cool tow truck driver encouraged the silly semi-truck driver to fill in the dirt his tires kicked up, haha! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need. #ourhero

We just moved to Flagstaff and got stranded off the 89 toward Snowbowl area. The attendant at the shell station called a taxi for me and called AM/PM Towing to have our vehicle towed since we are unfamiliar with everything here. Trevor arrived on time from AM/PM Towing. Im literally crying as I write this. I was stuck on a forest road and was fortunate enough to call ampm and am so glad I did. The woman who answered the phone was warm, caring and had their driver Lucky dispatched to me within an hour. Lucky is a great man. He was calm, knowledgable, sympathetic and very competent. I was with a Vietnam veteran and the respect that Lucky showed my friend brought both of us to tears. That meant a lot to us. There are still good people in this world. And the cost of the tow was extremely reasonable. If you need a tow these folks deserve your business.

I had broken down and my spouse came to help and my car drained his cars battery, so we were down 2 vehicles. I called this company because they advertise on Flagscanner, thinking they were a reputable company. When I called and explained my situation, the woman who answered told me that it was $65 for the tow and $65 to jump our other vehicle. I said really $65 for a jump? She said yes, like everyone charged that. Well, I said Ill have to call you back and she just hung up, no good-bye or nothing. The next company I called, United Towing, was more than gracious and said they would charge $25 for the jump if anything at all. Needless to say I will never use AM/PM Towing for trying to take advantage of their customers in not ideal situations. There are way better companies that are not just out to make a buck.

Not that being towed is a great experience, however, in my case it was due to an accident and this company went above and beyond in customer service from the owner on down. If you are in need of a tow you will absolutely be in good, honest hands....Dan From Phoenix

These guys can tow big vehicles that other towing companies cant. I know because my 13,000 pound army truck broke down on the outskirts of Flagstaff. The company that was dispatched by Arizona Highway Patrol showed up and just laughed -- no way could they haul it. But they did recommend trying AM/PM Towing, so I did. The driver knew exactly what a deuce-and-a-half was, and he knew exactly how to tow it. Nice guy, too. I felt that $125 for the tow was fair.

Today I think I experienced one of the best tow companies around! We are from the UK travelling North America for a year. We are here in our own RV we shipped from England - its a Mercedes and its alway been bullet proof - well that was until the gearbox let go on us in the middle of the desert 75mile north of Flagstaff, AZ. AM PM were employed by our roadside assistance company. Kristy was very helpful and explained how long our driver Jesse would be and they were sorting out a truck with enough space for all of us to ride in thus saving a cab ride! Jesse was 110% professional and was extremely careful with our RV and trailer. The drive was over 6 hours but the time flew past and at no point did we ever think our RV was going to have a problem. All I can say thank you to Jesse and the team at AM PM for getting our RV safely to Tucson. I would recommend them to anyone and may be they should set up a shop in the UK!! Cheers John and Family

My 21 son who deploys to the Navy Dec 2017 to serve this country had the police tow his vehicle. He went to pick it up they charged him $150.00 . He of course borrowed it from his Dad (this is what we do for our kids). Then they tell him its gonna be $75 more because they put cars in front of his and the have to move them. So this is what we teach our young adults to expect ? I had the police do a stand by and even the officer told my son hes in a s $#//you situation. Thx AM PM your part of the problem not the solution. Oh yeah and I made a complaint towards your police contract.

I talked to them on thursday and owed 225.00 picked it up on monday they chargerd 360.00 asked lady why and she got mad i wanted a reciept broken down she got madder would not let me finish asking a question told me to get my car and get out so i did. They are under N A U contract everyone needs to talk to school make the change to some other company otherwise you might have to deal with them and if so good luck to you hope all is better for you

Terrible service my bf and I were given terrible attitude when we showed up the day after the accident both on crutches. The attendant would only allow me the registered owner to enter to collect our belongings with no help regardless of the fact that I was on crutches. After I got our belongings out and tried to crutch my way back with a handful of stuff we were meet with even worse service as she yelled at my bf and my friends who were driving me. She requested that they leave the premises while I was inside, basically asking them to abandon me. Only for her to call the police who showed up andthen asked if we wanted to all be escorted in to finish what we needed. She threatened to have them arrest my boyfriend which they refused stating no laws were broken. And made false claims of my boyfriend calling the night of the accident and yelling at her yet we were both in the icu all night being treated. Never in my life was that much disrespect and lack of compassion something I experienced from a business. So sad.....
