Make a list of things you need before you go and gather them together. They are amazing at making offers when you spend a little bit of money, and purchase a few items at a time. From door locks, flooring and doors to appliances, outdoor patio pillows, dressers, desks, nightstands, bed frames and tools, tools, and more tools, they keep a huge inventory. I make a point of coming here before Home Depot.

This store is amazing, it is doing awesome work beyond just selling second hand home items. First off, we scored by finding the identical-ish floor tile for our bathroom floor. We literally saved $700 on that.

Ive been shopping here for years. They have great service and management really cares . They go out of their way to please. Always new items. One thing for sure no mask, no service.

The staff is friendly and helpful but their prices in the past year have risen to basically retail prices. I used to get really good deals here all the time but now I find something I like just to see its basically the same price new. Its hard because I want to support them but I also need to support myself and cant afford retail pricing thats why I shop there. I feel like they should make it more affordable considering the items are donated and the people purchasing are usually low income.

Surprised to read bad reviews... the people there have always been wonderful when weve worked with them furnished many rentals and fixer uppers through the years. They get some really good stuff! They have always been negotiable, helped with loading and have been easy to work with in the donation process too.

My girlfriend bought a dryer last week and it would take her five times to dry a load they had given her a 30 day warranty on the item and today she went to return the item they would not warranty the dryer and issue her money back. told her that it does warm up i bet a hand dryer at McDonalds will dry clothes faster then this dryer would. never the less the 2 hundred dollars that she spent would have helped on a new dryer. habitat for humanity where is the humanity in not honoring a warranty. Buyer BEWARE.......................

I had a couch that I thought had some residual value, once I got it in my neighbors pickup and over there, I saw it in a different light, yeah, it was well-loved. Instead of being gracious and saying Hey, thanks for thinking of us, but we cant really use this, and leaving it at that; I was mocked and lectured on how they are trying to resell things to make money to build houses for people and how I should have just put it on Craigslist for free. Instead I was foolishly wasting everyones time. Theres better (and more tactful) ways of handling things. I wont waste their time, or mine, ever again. Otherwise, if your looking for another snooty Flagstaff resale place, this is for you.

Great place with a wonderful ever changing inventory. Disregard the womans post claiming the store or its employees are racist. Nothing could be further from the truth!

Was just in there looking around and seen one of the workers I think was actually the manager arguing with a customer and over heard the Manager threatening a customer. Very rude crew and very bad service.

Horrible Service! Crew very unprofessional. Will never call them again.
