I have been going to United way to have my tax preperation done for the last 3 years and have never experienced this type of unproffesionlism as I have today. Calling to schedule and appointment has taken multiple calls and voicemails trying to lock in a time and date. I finally had the opportunity to speak with Eileen who is the Director of this program and the individual whos prepped my taxes for the past 3 years. Mind you the process has changed when scheduling an appointment from the prior years going here. She not only addressed me with attittude in regards to my frustration with trying to schedule an appointment, but she also had a very agrumentative deameanor throughout our entire call. The credibility I once had for this company is no longer. As a leader of this program you should be ashamed when dealing with the public in such a manner.

Eileen is a authorized tax consultant, she was Soo much help to me. I had 6 yrs. Of unfinished taxes that she completed for me. Shes been able to make my life easier with her expertise.

Income tax preparation for members of the community is probably one of best services offered by United Way. CPAs Providing services are knowledgeable, fast and good natured in spite of the number of people and the pressure. Thank you
