Absolutely amazing customer service from Eli, the gentlemen who helped us with our rental. When we came in everything was clean and the helmets were sanitized right then for us.The shop itself is also a good place to stop before you head up the mountain; they have a really convenient selection of little things people often forget like gloves and beanies.Lastly, you cant beat the beer selection!

Absolutely LOVE this ski shop. They are so friendly and knowledgeable, I was a first time skier and they hooked me up with a great set (boots, bindings, and skis) for a beginner. They also got my boyfriend, mom and step dad set up with accurate skis based on everyone’s needs and level. I also had a lot of issues with my feet and they set me up in the correct boots and molded them perfectly !! I would highly recommend to anyone that wants a homely experience and that wants to be set up in the right gear that’s all personalized to your level and exact needs to come to this place!

The employees are knowledgeable and will make every effort to fill every need from head to toe with state-of-the-art helmets to individually sized boots and comfortable warm clothing (with their name embroidered which always receives a friendly greeting from the lift operators). The Dierker family owned business is a complete one-stop ski shop that strives to make sure everyone has the best experience on the mountain.

I have been skiing for 30 years and always suffered from foot pain. I figured that’s how my skiing experience was always meant to be until I came to this shop. This shop stands out from every other shop I’ve been to because of the time they took to learn about the way that I ski and the pains that I have. They are extremely knowledgeable not just on what skis you should have based on what you ski but on how to custom mold a boot. I’ve had pains in my feet so bad I could barely walk after skiing and now I can comfortably ski in extreme conditions!

The outside may not look like much, but the guys inside are awesome, friendly, and very helpful. They spent an hour and a half helping us choose our first snowboarding gear and gave us a really great deal. Come support this local business!

Just went in to have my older (8 yr old) boots remolded and adjusted. They made an appointment for me which was great. Then I worked with JP who is clearly a master of his craft. He helped me understand what might be causing some numbness to occur and explained it in terms of foot anatomy. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. JP spent almost an hour with me getting everything dialed in; my boots have never felt better. Sydney was working as well and was equally friendly and professional. Really great experience and I will be back again and again!

This place is awesome. The guys that work here are super friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. I work for a boarding school and we go here every season for our rentals. They are so great, that I bought my own complete (skis, bindings, and boots) setup from them too! Great prices. Couldnt recommend this place more.

I have been using Humphrey Summit for the past 10 years for all my ski shop needs including new boots, boot fitting, ski repairs & tune-ups, binding installations, season rentals for my son, and accessories. The staff is very knowledgeable, competent and friendly. I have never had any issues with them. I would highly recommend it for any ski needs.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The gentleman patiently fitted my toddler for snow boots and really eased my stress. We came to Humphrey after being referred from another shop that didnt have the smaller toddler size skis and boots. If ever back in the area for snow sports I will definitely be back.

These guys are phenomenal! I got a boot fitting done and they had some excellent tips to get my boots fitting just right. I also had them mount my Armada ARV 96s, I was a little iffy with where I wanted them mounted but they did the right thing and even offered to remount them if I didnt like the position. If youre looking for any sort of maintenance for your skis I definitely recommend this place.

I rented ski equipment from here earlier this week and can’t say enough good things about this place. All the guys that work are here are super friendly and knowledgable. Also, one of the best prices in town for ski/snowboard rentals, this will be my go-to shop for this type of stuff and will recommend it to all my friends and classmates.

This is the place. They can help you with almost anything snow sport related. Boots, skis, bindings, boards, tuning and repairs, mounting, wax, and accessories. And if you want to buy something they dont have they will order it for you. The staff is friendly and inviting plus super knowledgeable on all things equipment. Bootfitting staff is top notch and can do custom foot beds, molded liners, shell shaping. For rentals they are cheaper than the resort without the massive rental line. Their shop sees less traffic from travelers than some of the other shops nearby that are visible from the car on the way to Snowbowl, but its just as easy to get to, being only about a hundred yards off Humphrey Road. Because of this their staff actually have the attention span and time to take care of you since the shop isnt always so jam packed with people buying last minute goggles and helmets. From the first time beginners to backcountry alpine touring, these guys will get you set up with what you need to have a good time on the snow.

Loved it up there; its so pretty and I recommend the ski lift ride during the summer, so lovely to see the landscape of the national forest.

Had a series of disappointing experiences at this shop. Dropped my skis off for a remount and when I picked them up the binding mounting plate had been ruined. When I asked the employee about the ruined plates, the employee begin questioning how old the plates were (less than a yr, by the way) and tried to explain that is why the plates were messed up. When I told them this was unacceptable I was told that is how it is and nothing they could do at that point. I left the shop with my skis having already prepaid and irritated about the experience. An hour later the owner called and told me to bring the skis back in so they could take care of them. The shop had the skis for a month and I called a couple of times and always got the same response that the parts were on order and they will have them soon. After the month passed I went into the shop and asked for my skis, which were returned to me with the ruined mounting plates still on the skis. The employee informed me that they couldnt order the parts. I asked for my money back and the employee couldnt work the system and get me anything back. This entire series of interaction was the lamest experience I have ever had at a shop. I now have to obtain a new set of mounting plates from the distributor on my own. And to top it all off I have to finish scraping the wax from the rushed tune. I highly recommend you not use this shop after this series of disappointments.

Some of the best boot fitters in the country, look it up. Ask J.R. (head of snowbowl mountain operations) where he gets his kids race tunes done, and his ski repairs, and his base grinds. Ask any of the ski race kids up at snowbowl who tunes their skis. This places name will come up as the most frequent. These guys are wizards when it comes to fixing gear. And their friendly to boot.
