Austin was wonderful he is very experienced and was able to help me find the perfect phone and service for my business. He also was able to easily get my photos and videos in a safe place and I am going to be able to listen to music with my new headphones. He is very patient with older folks that have a hard time with electronics!!

The screen on my brothers phone stopped working one day. I took it to JustWireless where i was greated right away. Told them what happend I left my phone with them and, after a couple hours I got a call saying it was ready. Austin was nice and professional Great place and reasonable prices!

I went in to get my charging port replaced since I couldn’t get my phone to charge. Austin cleaned all of the pocket lint out of it and it worked perfectly again. And then he didn’t even charge me for it when most other phone places would have charged me for an unnecessary charging port replacement. It’s too bad auto mechanics aren’t that honest.I will most definitely be returning with future phone repair needs.Thanks Austin!

Prices are fair. I had my back glass replaced on my Samsung and within a couple days the glass was already broken. I havent dropped it at all. The glass isnt actual samsung brand and looks to be cheaply made. I dont know if I would go again.

My iPhone x had the dredded white apple screen. Logans team exceeded our expectations in less than a day. The diagnostic was free and the additional services was reasonably priced. Thank you for the excellent customer service, customers for life.

I went in the store and the two gentlemen looked absolutely swamped with work. Despite all of this, they were both able to greet me and answer all of my questions in a very patient manner. Devin quickly assessed the problem I was having, and even managed to help me with an additional problem I was having with my Bluetooth functionality. Hats off to these two gents! Thought my phone (and all the content on it was a goner). Verizons online tech support was worse than useless. Just Wireless saved the day. They knew exactly what was wrong immediately. I did end up upgrading my phone to a great new model they had on hand (for much less than I thought I was going to have to spend on a new phone), and Cody helped me get it set up, deleted some of the extra nonsense that always seems to be on new phones, and showed me a bunch of useful shortcuts. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Excellent service, pricing, and overall experience. I enthusiastically recommend them.

We shopped stores in Phoenix and Flagstaff for battery replacement on an iPhone 6 and Just Wireless was the absolute best priced of all of them, also very fast repair time (less than an hour) and very thorough in explaining their service. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I went in looking for a wireless charger for what I thought was a broken charging port. Instead of making their buck on the new charger they offered to see if they could fix it first. They found a whole bunch of lint and a perfectly working phone. They saved me some money, some headache, and even offered to knit me a scarf out of all the lint in my phone!

Walked in and Sage was really helpful on fixing my phone, thanks to him and his team my phone is like brand new. Literally took half a day to fix a cracked screen, looks like nothing happened. Went to the new location on 2080 milton. Logan assisted me with repairing a phone and was fast, honest and trustworthy. He really knew what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I had 2 samsung j3 eclipses, one with a broken screen and one with a working screen. he switched the screens no problem. I was told by someone else they couldnt do it without breaking the screen, and that they had a 50/50 shot of whether or not it could work, but Logan was confident and did the job perfectly. Logan and I believe Chris Miller (the gm) are both amazing employees. i trust them specifically.

I smashed my phone in the trunk of a car. The screen was shattered and the frame was bent. My friend told me of his very positive experience with Just Wireless. The staff was very friendly, honest and helpful. Billy Stone was the technician and he took great care with my phone. I wasn’t expecting to hear from them until late afternoon but Billy was able to make my phone as good as new while we had breakfast next door. They voluntarily reduced the total price and I left feeling very happy and thankful for their service.

I have used this place for screen replacements, wet phones (bummer) and battery replacements. I have been consistently impressed with the excellent customer service I receive. Two days ago Billy replaced the battery in my wifes iPhone. He was great. Aidan checked my out and did an awesome job of explaining how to avoid future problems. Aidan also installed a tempered glass screen protector. It didnt feel like he was trying to upsell me something I didnt need, it felt like he was genuinely trying to help my phone last longer. Highly recommended!!

My husband and I both needed new batteries for our iPhones. My husband also thought he needed a new speaker on his. We got a quote on the price and when we returned they told us that his speaker just needed to be cleaned and they weren’t going to charge us. We were so impressed with their service we brought in our iPad the next week to get the battery replaced. When we went to pick it up we were told they misquoted us on the price. It was actually $20 less than we thought we were going to spend!Wow! It’s so nice to have such an honest business! I will always bring my electronics to them in the future.
