Andrea is the best! She knows her electronics and will go high and above and beyond! My son’s laptop is currently being fixed and parts replaced…the customer service with Andrea and her company is the best one in all of Flagstaff (very very very affordable), I definitely and highly recommend her; they keep in touch with you and like me if you miss her call they leave a nice detailed messages on your voicemail. I trust this company, Andrea and her crew; you will not be disappointed!

Would highly recommend this business to anyone! Andrea was very nice and responsive with the issues I had with my laptop. Once it was repaired, I was not able to pick up my laptop for a couple of days, but when I called to explain she was very understanding and held it for me until I could come by. Alpine Computer Repair is probably the best computer service front in flagstaff. Andrea is very polite, professional, and skilled. My computers issues were diagnosed and solved much faster than I expected. Also the store front is really neat. This is truly a local business worth giving your money to. I will definitely be returning in the future if I have any more computer issues.

I did not have the most ideal experience with alpine but I would like to start with the positives. I was having problems getting my computer to port, told them the likely issue and dropped it off for about a week. They were very friendly and kept me in the loop. My main issue is I dropped off my computer and didn’t have it for a week just to be charged $75 to get it back and be told that I was probably right about the issue. I paid $75 to be told what I already found which was entirely unreasonable. The people were nice but the service itself is what caused an issue for me.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Andrea was simply top notch - responsive, patient, explained everything - even cleaned the computer as part of the deal!! When I asked a simple question about something with the computer, Andrea took it upon herself to research my question further and actually ended up saving us money, and less money for her because she took the time to look into my question. I am so very impressed with Andrea and Alpine and will bring all of my computers there for service and repair. Thanks so very much!!

Ive recently moved into the area and needed urgent computer support this week. I checked the on line reviews and called a few places. I eventually decided to go to Alpine. They were the only ones that called me back when I left a message asking about their services. Recently widowed, I brought my husbands old refurbished Toshiba laptop in to get his emails and see if the password to open his laptop could be recovered. And, although unable to open the laptop itself without erasing everything else, she installed all updated programs and virus protections and even cleaned up the laptop. This is a great local company. They are super responsive to voicemails and phone calls. Andrea was amazingly helpful with diagnosing our fried motherboard and even recommending a replacement laptop. I brought in my broken flash drive to see if they could recover the data from it. They were not able to do it themselves (not the right equipment), but they did know of a specialist down there Phoenix who could do the work. They quoted me a fair and reasonable price, and made sure my flash drive got back to me in a timely fashion. All the data was recovered. Most importantly, everything they promised me they delivered, and they promised nothing they couldnt deliver. Needless to say I have a very high opinion of Alpine computer repair.

Wow! This place saved me HUNDREDS of dollars! Best Buy told me to basically trash my laptop and buy a new one after I was having battery issues. I spoke with Microsoft and Lenovo and they couldnt fix the issue either. Alpine had my computer for a day, diagnosed the issue and fixed it for under 100$. Ill never go anywhere else. And to think Best Buy tried to convince me to trash my perfectly fine machine. Thanks, Alpine.

Picked this place because such high rating. Took my computer in, what I wanted was not understood. Return trip, tried to be CLEAR, still was not understood. Wound up researching online and doing it myself after 2 visits and $130. Left messages and sent an email an got no response. So, unprofessional and incapable. Bad combination for a computer store. Had several issues with my desktop computer. When The Alpine crew took a look at my computer they located the problem and then asked what course of action I wanted to take towards the issue(s). I actually had them order not only the mobo, which was fried, but also other parts due to the fact that I was taxing my computer with games and other miscellaneous tasks. They asked what specs I wanted and what I usually did with my computer. They not only help replace my mobo, but other items that were out of date for how I was using my desktop. I am very happy with the result. They were quick, easy, and the labor cost was actually pretty cheap for what they did. They have my business from here on out.

I took my sisters computer in multiple times because it would not connect to the internet. When I went to pick it up I was assured that the problem was fixed; however, it only worked for a couple of minutes and then stopped connecting to the internet. I basically paid for nothing, after multiple trips I could not afford to keep going back. Apple fixed the problem for free :/ I wish I would have done the two hour drive to the Apple store sooner.

This is a great place !!! My computer of ten years failed and I could not revive it at all. I had five generations of family photos on the computer. I subscribed to an on line backup service where I believed all my photos and data were secure. Much to my surprise when I went to retrieve the data it was unrecoverable.I contacted Alpine and advised them of my situation. I was told that there was no charge for the diagnostic check of the tower. They told me they would contact me as soon as they did the initial check. I received a call the next day and was told that the tower was unable to be repaired. I spoke with them about my data and I was told that there was a chance for the data to be recovered. I bought a stand alone 1TB USB drive and took it to them. They really had to work at it but they were able to recover everything. I was overwhelmed. The family photos of great grandparents, grandparents moms and dads, our four children and their children were all recovered. My cost out the door was $59.00 for the USB drive and $65.00 for the recovery service.The owners of Alpine are great they took the time to explain everything and the service was very fast. I highly recommend Alpine Computer and if needed in the future I will take all my computer repair issues to them.
