Completely unprofessional. I made an appointment for 1 to 1:20pm. Could only make an appointment online. Came to the store and they saw on their database that I had a scheduled appointment at 1 pm. They told me to go to the geek squad section.I waited for the whole allotted time and no one showed up at all. I asked them twice for help at the front of the store as no one was coming. There was 4 employees at the front and the main guy who was aware of my appointment would not look at me. It was a younger employee who asked the customer service to see what was going on. There was 4 employees at the customer service. One was circulating, sitting down and on his phone most of the time. One employee sat down most of the time. One was helping customers that came after me. One was with a customer the whole time. 7 minutes went by and no one followed up with me. I stood there for the whole 20 minutes of my appointment just standing there trying to get help and figure out why no one was there helping me.I spent 45 minutes of driving time. Why the heck have me make an appointment when clearly no one is going to show up for their job or have the minimum decency to communicate to me or have some glimmer of respect.I would not waste your time here. Horrible service. They had more than enough employees to do their job.

Waited way past our appointment time for the 2nd time bringing our sons computer in for the same problem...obviously they have no clue what they are doing. But I will say the guy who helped us was super nice and hopefully hell get it fixed.

Long story.I took my phone in to get a broken screen replaced, the phone could have been replaced but the route of just replacing the screen was chosen and in the process something was messed up and after a few days my screen was unresponsive and as was face ID. A second trip to get my phone replaced was made and I was told it would have to be sent off, because the case was closed out they couldn’t just replace the phone. If Peter would have done his job correctly non of this would have happened. I did not have a phone for a WHOLE month and every time I would go in they didn’t have an update. I contacted apple about the situation and they were concerned. An apple agent asked me to go into the store and peter said, “I never asked you to come.” very unprofessional and toxic worker. He manipulates things to what will catch his back. PLEASE do not trust this geek squad store. I would like for a district manager to contact me. I am very upset about the whole situation and it seems like the store manager there does not care.

Geek Squad is a joke. They can only work on one brand of phone and say they can not refer you to someone who can work on the type you have.I will spread word of mouth and on Yelp just what a joke they are.

Geek Squad agents at the Flagstaff Best Buy were excellent in discovering the problems, explaining them, and offering successful options.

Very friendly and respectful and work was done in a timely manner. Great service.

They charge to much for their low skill level. It is clear they are just after the low hanging fruit.

They are prompt in service.

Not after the news showing that they snoop through peoples data to report to the Feds for reward money... What if they just plant files for money? Yikes.
