Been trying to find a place to fix my phone and glass on it. This is the place everyone should be going! Great prices and super freindly guys working there. They know how to take great care of their customers! I did a huge repair with them on my iPhone. Shout out to James for being awesome and taking care of me and my phone problems!

I went in thinking they had the solution and they literally thought I was ignorant by telling me the complete opposite of the one of reasons I came to them. They made me feel as if I had no clue what was going on my phone. They tried to contradict the problem and how to fix it. I wouldn’t recommend them apparently they’re clueless.

Helpful is certain aspects but very unorganized. James told me my part was ready and brought my laptop in but there was no part. Extremely disappointed. Hope the repair is better

The staff was wonderful! They fixed my wifes phone quickly and were friendly and informative. They gave us a discount on a charger and were especially understanding to our daughter with special needs. We highly recommend this FixIt location to anyone!

Customer service was good & the repair went well.I prepaid for a fiberglass screen protector, Labor, and an iPhone X screen replacement.When it came down to the replacement, Kenneth gave me bad news. The fiber glass protector wasn’t the right size. Why did I have to prepay to find this out? He addressed me to another store on the other side of town and said HE WOULD CALL ahead of time so I didn’t have to explain the issue. Good thing I kept my receipt. He did not call like he said he would.I went in & explained my issue with the fiber glass protector & he told me his didn’t fit either. I asked Kenneth to call ahead and confirm they had the screen protector so i didnt have to waste time driving. Fortunately after 10 minutes of trying they were able to fit it on.

I drove all the way from Sedona only to find out that the screen wasn’t covered under warranty. It took a different place 45 minutes to tell me that. I took the day off to get this done. I had to pick up my kids in Sedona by 2:30. They were so kind, so sweet and so so fast! Fixed my phone right up and I was able to make it home I. Time to get my kids! Will definitely be returning and definitely recommend!

Took my samsung tablet 4 new battery and on switch was charge $40 each 4 labor and after couple of weeks got a call to bring in the tablet for the fix. u guessed it. they had my tablet in house, I left it to be fixed. Double dip for repair.and didnt remember to tag my tablet

The service that Ive received from Michael and others at Fixit Mobile is some of the best that I have ever experienced--the equivalent of a technology service operated by the Ritz Carlton Hotel. They are also the most honest and competent company that Ive dealt with for many years. For minor problems they fix it and refuse pay when I offer it. For more complex problems, they are extremely fair.

Outstanding. You must go to this fellow. I’ve been having problems for several weeks. I thought I would need to drop off my phone for 45 minutes, go back to the hotel and return again. He solved it within 10 minutes in his lobby. He really knows what he’s talking about. I would highly recommend him to anyone. This is the first Google review of my entire life!!!! So took my computer in to have the screen replaced. was on a timeline due to the semester being almost over. the Technician said he could get the part in two weeks and replace it. Two and half weeks tops. so never hear from them after two weeks. call them and took forever to get someone on the phone was told it would take two months to get my screen. no phone call.... no communication. so i told them i have to just take it and get it repaired later. they charge me for their labor. for doing nothing. the Manager Kenneth was very rude and was yelling at me . on top of it they just slapped the computer back together. when they got home found the hinge undone and it fell out. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME FOR RUDE AND INCOMPETENTCY. take your business else were. $79 charge for no services rendered.

I took my iPad Pro in for a simple screen replacement and was returned in worse condition than before. I noticed my home button wasn’t stable and loose, so I returned to get it fixed. My husband picked it up for me so I assumed it was fixed then noticed button still was in same condition and now the screen is lifting off. They didn’t have the gall to tell me what happened to my iPad. I DO NOT recommend them. Their work is of a layman and not at all professional to communicate what happened. Amateurs. I’d recommend watching a YouTube video and fix yourself.An update, so I decided to fix the screen myself and had to lift screen off and found that there were missing screws but one to hold the battery down and another missing metal covering. They were either too lazy to put back in place or stole those parts for another iPad. Definitely not trust worthy.

We went to a local competitor who said my phone couldn’t b fixed, and actually broke my screen.. i brought it here and they fixed it in a few minutes and didn’t charge me.. very knowledgeable and fair.. highly recommended

Went in to move everything from my old Samsung phone to my new Samsung phone hoping to include web shortcuts as well. He pointed out how to use the Samsung App Smart Switch which Samsung created for just this occasion. He walked me through the process using his WiFi and waited with me for any glitches. Since there was an app I expected that he would point it out to me but I consider it service excellence when he set it up and waited with me. And no charge - - excellent.

I went to FixIt Mobile with, admittedly, a very simple task for them to tackle: my PS4 kept overheating and I needed it cleaned.They performed this task quickly and affordably. Their service completely took care of my issues. I was in and out within, perhaps, twenty minutes.

Absolutely the worse. My laptop works horribly now. Granted, my laptop is old, they gave me $10 off the charge and put a glass protector screen on my phone as an apology for the terrible service. Which is why I gave them one star. But the fact that I can no longer utilize my MacBook for anything other than google docs is horrible and the service was awful. I had to be the one to call them, four times, to ask about my computer and had to come back twice. There are other complaints as well, but I’ve already ranted too long. Take this review or leave it, just thought I’d post my experience to help others.

My screen for my iPhone SE started having lines last night and I brought in and they were able to replace the screen give me a new battery and have it done by this afternoon. All for a reasonable price given how much a new screen costs. I havent seen the finished work yet, I will update the post after I get the phone back. Very satisfied with the service.

These guys are awesome! I shattered the screen on my iPhone 6. Based on an a recommendation from a family member, I took it to iQue in Flagstaff. I walked in and within 45 minutes they replaced the screen and gave me back a phone that looks and works like new! On top of that, they were very courteous, friendly and professional; and the price was more than fair. These guys are superb. I highly recommend them.

I spilled coffee on my computer and went here to get a cleaning done. The cleaning cost 144$ and it took them 4 whole weeks to get it done. They did not reach out to me a single time during this time to let me know what was going on, or how the time lapse would affect my already damaged computer.They told me after weeks and weeks of me calling them that it was broken, and Id have to purchase a new one. So I told them the make and model that I wanted (exactly the one that was broken or the new model of it if they couldnt find my exact one), and they said theyd order it and let me know. And guess what?Its been an entire month and I havent heard a single thing from them. Im extremely frustrated and they dont even answer my calls anymore. I dont have transportation to make it there very often so Im stuck with a very slow and old and difficult to use brick of a computer that a friend lent me for the time being. Ive already called the Woodlands Fix It location and told them my situation. San Fransisco Fix It employees- I hope you read this and change. Im paying you money for a timely service, and 2 months later I still have nothing. Youve robbed me of my money without even having the courtesy to give me the time of day anymore. You should all be ashamed of yourselves and the work you did.

The staffs there are so friendly. Jake and Dalton helped me with my IMac for free!!! I’ve been asked around before I got there and most of them said it will be cost at least $100. But Jake said the issue was really simple so no charge! I’m so grateful! It has been two weeks since I got my computer fixed and it is still working great! Highly recommend this place!

My husband has not been able to plug his charger in his phone to get it to fully charge, took his phone in not sure of the employees name but looked at the phone said I know why Ill be right back. He blew all the junk out of the charging port (hubbies in construction) brought the phone back and now it charges prefectally. He did not charge us. This place is amazing. I stopped in at iQue to see if they could fix a wireless sending unit antenna. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and courteous. He talked to a gentleman in the back who said he could have it done in about 30 min. I came back an hour later and the new antenna was installed. Overall a good experience. Their were some snags along the way with getting my Pixel 3 XL back in fully functional operation after a cracked screen, but they took responsibility, got it back to me in great condition and fully functional. They appear to be quality parts. For their work I am very appreciative.

Awesome service!!! I had my daughters phone waterproofed, a glass screenshot on, and a new case placed and added the warranty. We were extremely satisfied with the service then. About 3 weeks later, the phone stopped working properly and had to be replaced through Verizon. iQue transefered the warranty and waterproofed, placed screen protector on the case on the new phone. Their customer service is amazing!!! We will definitely be taking our other phones in! Thank you, Mike!!!!

I highly would NOT recommend this place, I had my iPhone 6s Plus SCREEN replace 3x here because they couldnt get it fix the first time. The first screen was really gloomy yellow. The second screen was just the same as the first screen gloomy. The 3rd screen was also gloomy but they had to put in a SPECIAL part to make it not gloomy. I made 3 trips here total & now I am having problems with my IPHONE such as the screen locking up & freezing. I have to power cycle it until it works again. I got off the phone with Apple & Verizon this morning they advise me to get a refund but Tech Rehab doesnt not do any refunds. Apple & Verizon Tech support did a diagnostic on my phone & everything was working great, they said it had to do with the screen or special part Tech Rehab uses. I ask Tech rehab what special part they put in my phone & they didnt even know & or noted it. This is a perfect example if anyone was hurt or in a life death situation Apple wouldnt be reliable because of special parts being place in your iPhone from Tech Rehab. An Apple specialist told me if it came down to it Apple would back up there product & show the inside of a brand NEW iPhone & compare the phones. Tech Rehab sells cheat materials & I would NOT recommend or use them again.

I usually don’t give online reviews but felt compelled after getting help from these guys yesterday, Dalton the manager and his assistant Mgr were great.A year ago they replaced my iPhone 5s battery and I got another 9 months life out of it. Yesterday they got out some serious bugs that were shutting down my ability to call and text on my iPhone 6plus which I only had for a few months. They were courteous, professional, efficient and explained what the problem was. I would go to these guys for help anytime. They know what they are doing.

Excellent service! My repair was about as routine as it gets. But nonetheless, service was very prompt, friendly and professional. Pricing was very fair. The repair I had completed was well within my skill set but I didnt want to wait for parts to be shipped. So I checked out Tecrehab and the cost of repair was just a shade more than what itd have cost me to do it myself and only took about 20 minutes. Thanks gang. Highly recommended small shop. I guess the price wasnt awful but I got my iPhone 7 screen replaced and now the screen is sooooo dull. The colors just werent the same. But literally 10 minutes after posting the initial review, the manager called me to tell me that they would replace my screen. Incredibly pleased. Its not fun for a college student to spend $200 on a phone screen and case, especially when it doesnt work, but I can tell that iQue goes above and beyond to make customers happy.

My IPhone would no longer charge. I took it to Fixit Mobile and the gentleman behind the counter looked at my phone under a microscope and said there was some sand or debris in the charge port. About 2 min later he had it fixed and refused to take any of my money. Great local business!! Highly recommended to anyone living in Flag or just visiting.

This is a really good place. They have great services and products. Id pick these guys over Geek Squad... They have a lot of cool stuff. If you buy a new phone, definitely get it protected... especially for a teenager.

Had a tricky problem with a 2012 mini i-pad (couldnt remember the password to log onto the device after a software update). Jake and the staff at iQue worked for several days to discover a work-around solution. Although they couldnt implement the solution, Jake pointed us to an alternative way to get the problem resolved. Their attentive and timely communications throughout the process was greatly appreciated!

I took my iPhone SE swimming in Costa Rica. Now its a brick. iQue couldnt fix it, but they tried a new battery, a new screen, and a new charging port. When all that failed, they gave the phone back to me with a recommendation for a different data recovery specialist. NO CHARGE! I think these guys are competent and honest. My MacBook airs keyboard randomly stopped working. I took it into iQue Repair in Flagstaff, AZ hoping they could help. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly, order a new keyboard, and replace it in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this place and would go back with any other tech issues.

I dropped my phone in the sink and water got into the interior. The home key wasnt working so I decided to take it into iQue. Before it was iQue, it was Tech Rehab, and I was a frequent customer as my iPhone screen cracked often. This company is just as good, if not better, with friendly service, knowledge employees, and fair prices. I highly recommend iQue for your phone repair!!!

My iPhone broke out of the blue (screen went black and I was unable to restart, update, or restore it) so someone recommended that I go to iQue in Flagstaff and I am so glad I did! The employees were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They explained what was going on and physically showed me where the problem was inside my phone so that I was able to understand. In my case, they fixed the battery and screen but there was internal water damage that could cause the same issue to happen again down the road, so I decided to buy a refurbished phone from iQue. It was very reasonably priced and came with a warranty and one free screen replacement. For no extra charge, they added a tempered glass screen and waterproofed my phone! Also, if you buy a new phone through them, they will hook you up with a loaner phone to use while you wait for your new phone to arrive! Highly recommend these guys!

I brought my boyfriends phone in to be fixed and Mike did an awesome job. His phone looks like new. I had it fixed as a surprise for him and he loves it. Thank you Mike and ique for an amazing job. Love it!!

This was the second time in two weeks that my family needed the services of iQue repair. They diagnose for free and both of our situations were resolved quickly, efficiently and fairly. The wait time was minimal, the service was great and Im thrilled to have found a cost-effective alternative to get our gadgets fixed.

These guys are good! They worked with some weird circumstances regarding my warranty but were able to make it all work out! Love that they are open on Saturdays!
