I enjoy going there very much for my fuel because I get 5 cents a gallon off. Whenever I can save with the high gas prices we have today its very important to me. And theres a young man that works there that Ive come to know and his name is Campbell. He is a good young man and a Christian. Its nice to fellowship with him for a few minutes when I go for gas. I also see that hes a very hard worker and does what his boss needs him to do and then some. Whenever I can I will always go in there and buy my gas And speak a few kind words to Campbell to help him make his day or should I say night since that is when he works. Thank you yesterday Speedi For the 10 cents a gallon off.

I went through the drive thru car wash here and the passenger side of my car from the bottom of the front windshield to the top of the car is full of little scratches. Very noticeable. Do not go through this car wash unless you want your car scratched very badly. They say they do not let muddy vehicles into the bay but based on the scratches of my vehicle, rocks and dirt are getting into the bay somehow.

Love this place! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Very well managed. Facility is clean and well maintained. Full amenities provide anything you could need. Everything you could ask for in a convenience stop and so much more!

Employee Xavier who work front end very rude on Sunday morning.Disrespectful and does not like to sell lottery to certain person. Loud talked me in front of other customers will not be tolerated. I play lottery all the time and never had a refusal by anyone before except by Xavier. He trys to act tough inside the store but not face to face on the Street.

Probably the worst car wash I have ever paid for. If you are going to take your business here, dont drive through the quick wash. Use the self-serve wash.

Managers just try to give free stuff when things arent working or theres an issue. How about, fix the issue so your customers can be happy? Ive tried to use the electronic promos that the STORE sends to customers but when you try to redeem is doesnt work and then you get told its unavailable. Why make it then? The car wash is always a hit and miss anyway. It either doesnt dry your car enough or its closed. This business isnt going anywhere, better service and products up and down the road.

Not the most customer friendly place at times. Ive been here a few times and one time i think it was the owner, he was speaking very badly about another person very loudly. I assume it was about another employee. They never wear masks properly and still allow customers to be inside without a mask on. The female cashiers are usually nice and so is the guy night cashier so maybe its just a management thing. No hot foods sadly but snacks have a good selection.

This place is awesome! A one stop shop! Gas, a snack, a carwash and fast and friendly service! Super convenient location too. The carwash is my favorite because it is so quick....no waiting for the car in front of you to be done as you just roll right behind it with the attendant guiding you and pointing out what to do. Five plus stars!

I always take my car to speedis for gas and a car wash! The customer service is pleasant and also helpful when needed. It feels like one of the cleaner spots in town to stop for gas/wash/road trip necessities during this pandemic! 👍🏼

Totally ripped off my entire rear wiper...they said someone would email me in 5 days???....I provided my email and phone number... Never contacted... Keep in mind I have gotten my car washed in automatic car washes all over the country... 195,000 miles on this car with never any damages from car wash systems...The owners and managers of this company obviously dont care about their customers... Its probably not American Owens..... BEWARE!!!UPDATE.....STILL NOTHING...CAR OWNERS BEWARE

Hate this place, beyond upset,Daughter and I were trying to wash our van, when we were splashed by chemicals when we tried to use the brush to scrub our vehicle. These things should be checked daily, I was told I had to drive to a different Bay by an employee after explaining the issue, once again the brush was leaking chemicals. I spoke to another employee about the issue who said they would explain to the manager what is going on. The issue was not fixed its been a nightmare! I do not recommend using this self service car wash at all.

Ask employee what time the car wash opened. Was told 8 or 9. Explained to the cashier that Google list the time as 7am. This was in an attempt to get a message to the owner that people were taking their business elswhere due to this and at 20 to 30 apop this isnt like complaining about a candy bar not in stock. Rude clerk so will be taking all my business up the street from now on. Too bad . Wasnt a bad car wash at all.

Carwash badically sucks. Out of date spot free rinse doesnt work at all. And dryers are not very thorough. Gas and vacuums are good but carwash sucks.

This is the lowest cost you will find in Flagstaff. The staff there are awesome as well. The manager there unfortunately is facing a very troubling time in his personal life, dealing with his health that would cause most others to just give up, but not him. Not much of a selection for anything..no warm food like other gas places. Employees too busy talking and on their phone to notice when customers come to front.

Cheapest gas in town. The shop has really low prices too - the lowest Ive seen for Reign. The car wash is fast and effective. Honestly, its impressive to see a small business gas station be this good.

From out of state, just stopped for a fill up- cheapest price we saw. Clean bathrooms, staff was friendly, and free vacuum for any purchase.

This place is terrible i washed my truck in the self service bay and the next thing I knew was my hands were green from the soap. I complained about the situation to the store manager and they said to put my name on their list and they would call me back, i requested a refund for the inconveniences caused but they said i would have to wait until they called me back, they never did!!! My hands were green for a week and nothing would get the dye off my hands, buyer beware of this place they dont care about you as a customer they just want your money, terrible terrible place! Watch out if you use the self service bay, wear gloves or better yet go to a different car wash!

Employees never wear masks, or wear them below their chin. Asked employee if he knew he wasn’t wearing mask right, & says “I know” and doesn’t fix it. With multiple elderly people in the store. Don’t care if you have cheap gas, taking business elsewhere.

Ive had the Fast Pass for over a year and loving it -- so convenient unlimited automatic car washes each month, in and out in 3 minutes. I can wash my car often during monsoon season and winter. Cheap gas, clean restrooms, friendly staff, plenty of choices for food and drinks to go at the Store-- including soup and healthy choices. Oh, it has a Growler station for craft beers, and Beer Cave with plenty of beer selections and wine too. I like the power vacuum too.

Not only can I vacuum my vehicle for FREE, I save $.03 on EVERY visit! I do not have to spend money to save on my gas. I earn the discount just by typing in my phone number.

So there I was, standing at the counter discussing my monthly car wash subscription with the girl at the counter when another employee (maybe manager) walks up and interrupts my discussion to talk with the counter person about something else. Not an excuse me, not an Im sorry to interrupt, nothing. After a couple of minutes of me standing there like an idiot, I walk out. I wonder if the girl at the counter even noticed as she was busy discussing gas station drama. Gave it an extra star bc the car wash and vacuums are fine.

Its a gas station. Customer service isnt top notch, but its a gas station. The car wash is one of the cheaper ones Ive seen (though its pretty minimal). The gas is always the cheapest as I drive down Milton and the free vacuums are awesome.

New to Flagstaff. Went there this morning, 3/20/2016, because I needed my car vacuumed and they have them. Decided to get a wash, too, and went with the $12 one so the tires would get shined as well. Wash went smoothly but when I went to detail my car, 2/3 of the vacuums were not working. I didnt notice that, unfortunately; and there was a line to wait for the ones that were working. Went in to complain because I didnt have the time. The cashiers solution was to wait for the vacuums that were working. My solution is to drive to Cottonwood next time because they have working vacuums and their washes are less expensive. Ill just wash up when Im at Cliff Castle. Your snit cashier with the long brown hair cost you and Twin Arrows a customer for a while. Oh, wash is decent but the tire shiner isnt worth upgrading to $12. Next time someone has a legitimate complaint, how about tossing in a free wash to get them back. And then solve the problem by alerting folks your vacuums arent working before they need them.

This was my first using the carwash. It was okay, but I prefer going to Clean Freak. Clean Freaks carwash is soapier. Also, the vacuum cleaners are not strong. I parked at the first vacuums, & it was missing the vacuum nozzle. So I went another set of vacuums, and the suction was not strong enough to vacuum the debris in my vehicle. I assume it was just that set of vacuums, so I went to another set. That set of vacuums was also the same. I did not want to try another, so I left.

The service here is always friendly, but Wednesday evening 1/28 there was an exceptionally nice young man working. I was tired and miserable from driving from Banning, CA and had one more hour left to go. He said he knew where Banning was, he had lived in Palm Springs and knew what a drive that was. He told me a little CA driving horror story that made my drive seem like nothing. The friendly chat made the rest of my trip much nicer. Its easy to get in and out of the gas pumps and the store has a good selection also. Clean bathrooms a plus!

If I could give negative stars I would. Stopped in to wash car, obviously no soap in the HP wash. Went to tell clerk who came out to check and tried telling me there was soap in the water. Im not an idiot, Ive washed my own cars for 25yrs. If he thought there was soap, he obviously doesnt own a car. Poor customer service to make matters worse. Avoid.

Charles Shaw is correct. The woman at the counter should not have allowed another employee interrupt the conversation unless the matter was clearly urgent. The response from the owner of multitasking is unaccepptable; hire more people if they are needed. Multitasking is clearly, in this case, a major detriment to quality service

Terrible car wash. The super soap/pre-soak was out, soap was barely coming out, and the spot free rinse was apparently non-existent. I have a black Jeep, and it is now so spotted Im going to have to probably clay bar it to get the water spots out. Not to mention spots are embedded in my brand new soft top windows-they arent coming out. I used another car wash 2 days before and it was perfect with no issues and no spots. I should of just left it dusty-would of looked better. Im not local so there is nothing I can do about it-just wanted to make sure users are aware. This is for the self service bays-I cant speak for the rest of it. I cant use the automatic as the brushes will scratch the windows....so I guess I get spots instead.

The biggest carwash in flagstaff. On weekends it gets pretty packed but they have enough vacuum hoses for everyone. The self carwash area has some minor flaws. On all 3, the triple conditioner does not shoot out at all, rather it oozes out. Only 3 ports, so the wait it pretty long.

I like the car wash. Washes vehicle throughout, good if your vehicle is Dirty. Equipment is fairly new and facility is clean.

Called to cancel monthly wash subscription... Was told that you have to do that in person (drove over there) went in was told I needed the last 4 numbers on the card..(I gave them to him) then was told I had to have in possession the card being charged.... How crappy of a system do you have that you cant just stop billing a customer?? Terrible customer service and the manager with glasses has no idea how to treat customers. Ill be back but only to use the vacuums...Ps this is not even the first times Ive had problems here this is just my official review. Bad management, Bad customer service.

Disrespectful & rude staff. The wash machine will scrape up your car and they will want nothing at all to do with taking any blame! I have to actually take them to legal court for the damage the machine has caused since they are trying to deny everything!At first, after making FB review on their page, it caught the attention of the owner. The car wash called me back to take a better look at what happened with the big boss there. The manager was on the phone with the owner, handed cell over to me, and he promised that he would just pay for a body shop to fix all damages. He begged me to take down my negative review on FB. I gave him my word that as soon as my car was fixed back into original condition before the car wash FIRST, then I would do so.What a drama case this is turning out to be but im NOT giving up on my NICE car I JUST purchased!!

I have had so many issues with this car wash. Every other time I go it seems like something isnt working. They are overpriced, pricing isnt competitive at all. And they dont take credit cards that have chips. Unless they make changes my business is going elsewhere. Save your money and avoid getting a car wash here.
