Manager, Dean, was threatening and aggressive to my friends who were waiting on a tow truck after their car broke down. My friends were at the mercy the of tow company who reportedly was back logged. It took over two hours for the truck to get there. The car was not blocking traffic or gas pumps. A little understanding would have been appreciated.

Dean, So bulling someone is cool right? Yeah I remember when I was 5 too, get better man, disappointing that you pick one someone half your age and continue to pick when there’s nothing they can do then you act like the victim.

Dean is completely unfit to be in any type of managerial position. He threatens law enforcement when he doesn’t get his way. He cannot handle any type of high stress situation professionally or compassionately. He is an aggressor AND harasser. He needs to be removed from this position immediately.

Ive heard horror stories about this gas station and o thought they were exaggerated. They werent, my card was having trouble reading and this mean short man who said he was dean the manager started to say he was calling the police for fraud and shoplifting. After the 3rd time inserting my card it worked but he didnt apologize and was still being very aggressive. I wouldnt come back until they find someone with more customer service skills to run the establishment.

I’m not one to put my opinions online especially if it jeopardizes someone’s livelihood, but after seeing the viral TikTok video of the manager Dean at this location, it’s sickening. No sign of sympathy, empathy, intelligence, or human emotion at all. After hearing he is trying to press charges of the father sticking up for his son, he is the one that should be jailed for threatening to lie to the police about a non-violent situation. Honestly the gas station needs to train their employees better and there should be repercussion. If not probation warning, termination.

This is like one of those places I had to warn my mom about now that she moved over there this place is just not customer-friendly its horrifying and God forbid your car break down in one of their parking spots. They will even say that they will make up a crime when they call police. And multiple people now have come forward and said this and Ive heard it myself. Call police and say youre being violent do you want that to happen is exactly the words used. Avoid at all costs

Don’t get in an accident or have your vehicle break here. You will be harassed and have the cops called on you. It’s not a safe environment at all.

If I could leave less than one star I would. The manager Dean is completely unprofessional and has no business being in charge of anything. Kind of speaks pretty poorly of a business letting someone this immature supervise your employees.

Im a disabled 40 year old and my wheel fell off my wheelchair and I couldnt walk and had to call for help. The manager Dean came up to me and was telling me I had to get put of there asap and he doesnt care how. He made me cry and embarrassed me terribly. He is a terrible person. He then said I was threatening him when I cant even walk. It took 45 minutes for someone to get there and he harassed me the whole time.

Dean was a horrible choice for manager. Don’t understand how he’s not fired yet. Hopefully he doesn’t get charged for harassing minors.

Dean, some pretend manager of the gas pumps doesnt understand what an accident is and instead whats to try an make kids with a broken down truck feel like utter dirt while theyre trying to get their truck moved. The real story: Dean is only interested in getting the tow truck kickback money from the gas stations preferred tow company. Dean the manager asked to press charges of disorderly conduct, dean is arrogant and loves harassing teens and dean doesnt know anything about the law. Stay Away.

The video circulating showing your manager being completely antagonistic and combative; while threatening to make a false allegation to the police so he can really mess this up for the customer is disgusting. He was a bully and not only did he create a situation where there wasnt one, he also tried to amp it up. Looks like a person who gets off on causing issues for people.

The manager, Dean, throat punched my 92 year old grandma for taking too long to get through the parking lot with her walker. He said she was blocking traffic and she could either be towed back to the car or she could get punched in the throat. We see what happened… RIP grandma Ruthie. Stay away from the place the manager makes false police reports wasting our hard earned money. The police have real things to do . Instead of show up because someone wasnt able to get a tow truck immediately.

Just left there fuming, literally. My car was overheating so I pulled over and bought distilled water here to get me to my house. As I popped the hood to put it in the car, the manager Dean comes out and starts yelling at me for taking up all the customer spaces and blocking the entrance with my “auto shop setup”. I was in a parking space off to the side and all I had out was the water and a towel to grab the tank’s lid. Will not be going back, even for water.

Absolutely the worst service in the country, management is hostile beyond belief.

If your car breaks down in the parking lot, the manager (Dean) will threaten to call the police and say you are being “combative”. Dean thinks the best way to help a customer whose tire is almost parallel to the ground is to threaten to “really mess this up for them” by lying to the police.

I pulled in at my axle snapped next to a gas pump and dean the manager threatened to snap my neck. Won’t be coming back.

What a terrific experience, I can’t believe we have such an amazing car wash in our small town, it’s not only beautiful to look at, It also did awesome on my car. There are fun lights as you go through and my car came out clean and dry at the end. I love that you don’t have to touch anything as the car wash attendants do it all. I would highly recommend this car wash. Oh and the vacuums are also amazing!!!

I signed up for carwash service and for my first 3 months free. I cancelled within days because they refused to allow my car go thru due to my roof top cargo carrier. 3 months later they started charging me 35 bucks a month and I had to file a fraud charge through my bank.DONT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD NUMBER!
