Why are the employees so rude here? I love that the store literally has everything you need inside and even great finds. Plus the car wash and vacuums outside, but you literally have to anticipate getting a bad attitude every time you go inside the store. I made a point to be extra polite to see if that would affect anything and nope they just hate their job or life or something. It would just be nice if they had better attitudes…

Very disappointed with the way people are treated here. Reading these reviews gives me the confirmation that I was not alone. The manager Dean is absolute hot head looking to pick fights even with teenagers. Hes extremely unprofessional and has some serious personal issues to work on. You do not feel welcome coming to this gas station, especially if the manager Dean is there. Stopped here once and never again, absolute horrible service even for something as common as a gas station. Hes a true let down to Shell and what the company stands behind.

Dean needs to be fired horrible customer service and he threatens customer with the police if you are taking to long with whatever youre doing. Instead of managing the store hes busy managing someone elses business horrible horrible manager shell I dont think you would want someone like this representing your company.

I use to love going here but after what Dean did to those young people I’m telling my family not to go there anymore.

The Manager was very rude and I think he should be relieved of his job immediately. If you cannot deal with certain situations you dont need to be in a job where you come in contact with people. Maybe he should get an office job instead. Im possibly looking to sue your establishment after what happened.

I am from Flagstaff, and we used to come to this gas station quiet often because how convenient it was to our apartments. Now after watching how the manager Dean treated those people because of their vehicle issues it makes me not support this business until something is done about that manager Ill be taking my money elsewhere, I have shared the tik tok with many people here in Flag and have told even family/ friends from phx to not go there.

Dean deserves to be fired after what I saw on TikTok. He should have understood the customers problem; but instead intimated and became confrontational.

Stopped by for gas. Realizing this is the location with the rude manager named Dean. Went to another gas station. I refuse to give my money to a corporation that employs subpar people like him.

I went to pump gas and I saw dean screaming at customers bc they didn’t have the correct change. I was baffled and left the store.

My partner fell and broke his leg, we were waiting on an ambulance but Dean the manager was not having it. He told me to move him out because people have left things like that before.

Never going here again, I will not support a business with a manger like that. Dean was horrible to those poor children and it needs to be taken care of immediately

My friend had a seizure and the manager Dean yelled at the ambulance for taking too long loading him up. Also the mt dew has too much carbonation and thats a deal breaker.

Crowded but we needed a propane refill and an attendant came right out to help us and got our tank filled quickly.

Clean restroom, good price on fuel, plenty of stuff for the trip, friendly.

Dean is horrible at customer service and very combative verbally towards customers. Will avoid this Gas station on my trips.

I like to gas up and get 4lokos here.. they have all kinds of flavors.. and chips, water, candy, soda, slushes, beer, and clean restrooms.

Rude staff, Refused to sell me propane because I was 1 past 7. While 2 staff stat behind the counter and ate candy.

I came here the other day, and it took about 3 minutes for the pump to fill my tank up 1 gallon. The guy next to me was having the same problem, so I didnt bother trying more pumps. The price was good, but definitely the slowest pump Ive ever seen.

Great place to get anything you need Gas car wash tabaco beer liquor wine snacks hot food All at a great price with great employees ready to help with a smile .its called one stop and just added 2 more blowers to get the cars even dryer and soon will be the only car wash in town to have towels for its customers truly one stop

I visited this store yesterday 11/9 around 7 PM to pick up propane as I walk into the store and ask for assistance the cashier rolled her eyes and said “It’s late and cold nobody is going to go out there,” then starred at me harsh. Terrible service. She obviously did not want to help. Will not come back!

Best prices for shell fuel in Flagstaff, AZ. They have everything from gas, car wash, vacuums, liquor, beer, propane. They call it One Stop for a reason.
