Bought a set of Big foot tires( $1,200 ) and went here to get them rotated for the first time. The first thing that happens is the tech gets in my truck and treats it like its his. Ya know? He puts my stereo on a rap station, moves my seat all the way back and cranks my A/C on high. After, I go out and the techs didnt even put my caps back on the front tires. I wouldnt go back here unless I had no choice.

Needed a quick check for a tire leak. Was helped quickly, and in the pouring rain! Their customer service is amazing.

This place is a great place to get tires they are knowledgeable and very understanding and explains everything to you. James was very helpful on everything. If they cant do it they will send you to someone who will. This is the only place anyone should go to for tires I will never use another tire shop again. There techs know what they are doing and before they do anything they tell you what needs to be done. And I will be going back there to get tires. Thank you very much!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.Told me a certain price over the phone then changed the price twice while I was there from $70 to $100 to $120 after we paid, then we had to wait for 40 minutes for service and then they gave me a used tire instead of a new one then that tire went flat literally a few minutes up the road and I had to call and drive back for them to fix there error, and they tried to blame me, they gave us the new tire and we went on our way, DONT DO BUSINESS HERE

Im really disappointed on their service, management and professionalism. I brought my car on May 4th to do a simple break flush service and tire rotation. I waited for around 2 hrs and got my car. Nothing wrong so far. Went back home and opened the hood to check, guess what! They didnt touch the break fluid at all which was shocking to me. Tested the humidity level of the fluid to make sure and it turns out to be the same as before which proves to me that I got charged for a service that hasnt been done.Today, May 11th, I had time to go back to them and tell them that. They told me they would do the service again for free ( well they didnt do it at the first place) and it will take around an hr. I waited for almost 90 minutes and my car still hasnt moved an inch from where I parked it!! Went to them and they finished it within another 30 minutes. This story can show you the unprofessionalism and careless of the people working there including management! This is a very disappointing experience and Ill always make sure that Im never recommending nor visiting Big O Tire! Aberrantly honesty, professionalism and doing brake fluid flush are hard things to occur at big o tire!Update: I tested my system 5 minutes after I left the store with a break fluid tester pen, it was above %4 water in the system which is the worse! I went back to the store mad for sure and I got the manager raising his voice to prove that Im wrong, where he made me raise my voice too. Then they all blamed me for yelling at them! Its the most unpleasant experience. Also to prove I was wrong and the sensor pen I have is defective, they got a new sealed break fluid bottle for me to test it! Guess what! My sensor detected that was ok! Yet, they still say Im wrong!! I went to ask for a refund and I got yelled at because they said they did my flush twice!!! I was called a liar too by the manager! And I told them that because of their attitude, Id share this experience to social media! They asked me to leave the private property even tho they still have my car ! I didnt leave till they get me my car back! I never felt like discomfort ever ! Also Im actually a very patient person. Well by the end, they still think they are correct and Im totally wrong! So no refund and Ill do the flush in a different store where they will actually do it! Ill not recommend this place to anyone!

Good days don’t usually start with flat tires, but the service at Big O Tire turned my day around! They did a wonderful job fixing my flat, AND the shop was super busy. Despite that, they offered great customer service, gave me an honest estimate of how much time it would take to get the fix done, saved my current tire, and got the work done very quickly! I can’t recommend the team at Big O enough!!

These guys are awesome. They were very busy but we were in and out in less than an hour. There is construction blocking their driveway and they explained the best street to get to them.

Not so good... Waited a full extra day then told. Then on ride home, part of bearing fix came off. They replace axle and with that spindles and bearings, 1450 dollars was charged. Cap and rubber grease nipple protector came off on the way home on one of the tires. Would not recommend for this type of work.

This was my first time at big O tires and this is gonna be my last time. They would not honor my warranty on the tires which is less than three months old and they are already have dry rot and two of these “new tires” were manufactured in 2017. They say its normal cosmetic issue but regardless I dont expect dry rot on tires I bought from March 18th 2019. I usually dont make a fuss about anything but this is taking a chance on customer safety and Im gonna take it to higher authority if my issue is not resolved.

This Big O has always been one of the best mechanics Ive ever dealt with. Not only do they do excellent work quickly, but theyre one of the most honest mechanics in the city, probably the state.

James at this location has always done a great job for me and always makes sure his mechanics understand my needs. Good team, comfortable environment and always takes care of us.

Im really confused about why theres a sign on the door saying masks required, no exceptions, and yet ALL employees inside the store and in the shop were mask-less. It made me feel like we have to respect them with our masks, but theyre not going to respect us by doing the same. Even the guy who came out and got into my car to take it into the garage was not wearing a mask. Made me feel less than safe. My daughters dad called yesterday to get a quote, which I reminded them of, but then they told me that quote was for two new tires, not four (who only buys two tires anymore?). They doubled the price and told me it would be about an hour and a half. An hour and a half later, they finally came out and GOT the car. I left about three hours later spending twice the money I expected and feeling very vulnerable to their potential germiness. Tires seem fine (which is why Im giving them 2 stars), but I did not appreciate the experience.

A wonderful business that had time on a busy day to give my Subaru a full multi-point vehicle inspection. They are always fair and give good advice on what needs to get fixed and what may wait...Kudos to Mark and the fellas for another great job!!

On a recent trip through Flagstaff in our RV, we blew one of our dual rear tires and managed to still drive in to the Big O Walgreens St. store after hours.Camped out by the store that night and was warmly welcomed the next morning and James Romero jumped right on our repairs.Thanks to the very friendly and efficient help by Jose, we got back on the road in no time!This Big O team was a tremendous help in keeping our trip on schedule. Went beyond the call of duty as well to keep us safe by helping with some other valve stem design issues on the RV.Not sure Id recommend the Big O store as an RV camp site unless you really enjoy listening to trains roll by by throughout the night, but youll find the hospitality and service top notch!Thanks James and Jose for salvaging our trip!John Watson

Did not disclose prices before doing services despite being told what I wanted. They slyly upgraded me and then told me oh no that price doesnt cover that service. Tried to tell me work would be $2300. Will not be going back.

Only gave the second star because they got me in the day I called for an alignment. My car still veers to the right and is not aligned whatsoever $124 dollars later. Don’t take your car here if you are looking for an alignment.

The entire purpose of a website is to be able to research your business and products without having to talk to someone. Having every tire on your website say call for price means your website is worthless beyond knowing if you have some tires in stock. If you want to say you will beat anyones price then post your standard price and say you with match or beat others pricing.

They did a free inspection on my front end. When I dropped it off they said 30-90 minutes but I didnt get my truck back till the next morning. However, being a free inspection I cant complain too much. Im deciding if I will have them fix whats wrong at this point or if Im going to sell my truck as is, which I was already listing it for sale

Always I mean always get a second opinion when getting recommendations here. Also if they say a tire is unrepairable that doesnt necessarily mean it is. It only means that by their corporate rules they must follow doesnt allow it. Local tire shops will preform a better and completely safe repair from the inside for $15 dollars.

They tell me part of an issue then the next time they try to charge me for something else related to the anitial high priced problem. I dont believe that was the issues at all

Took my car into Big O Tires. Previously have been going there for over 5 years for tires, oil changes, etc. Last year they did my control arms on my Murano. MARK was great. This year, I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and check up. JAMES apparently thought since I was female he could take advantage. Told me I needed a tune up, as well as rack and pinion. Left and a wek later my car was running worse than before. Found out they put in the wrong spark plugs and charged me twice for a $269 part and then proceeded to fix the errors. Long story short, I feel like I took my car in for a check up and it came back with Coronavirus. Now Im out about $3000, that I am making payments and my vehicle is basically dead. Needs a new engine. They were the LEAST helpful place I have ever been. Honestly, dont even deserve one star. Do not take your car to them! I assume they know what theyre doing...ripping people off that cant afford a different mechanic.

I was overcharged for parts, and the employees were not understanding; but the owner of Big O, Tim Burgess, made good on the overcharge and refunded it. I am grateful to the owner for his understanding and willingness to work with me on this issue.

This place is very much the essence of family. They have great mechanics and the most honest evaluation the could give me.I came in for an overheating engine. And found out it was nothing but a misreading sensor. They sent me out without a charge cause they couldnt really fix anything in the spot. I tried to pay them too and they said not to. I mean seriously fantastic people and service. Id definitely come here if I lived nearby cause I feel safe and like I would get a fair deal!

Mark was very helpful from start to finish when we had new rims and tires put on my 2012 F150. Marks recommendation on the rims I purchased were exactly what we were looking for our pickup.

Very friendly and helpful. Got 2 new tire and a ride share inspection. Was a very easy and quick experience, I couldnt have asked for anything more. They had answers for all my questions and are reasonably price for their services.

Went here for my uber inspection and the entire visit was easy and timely. I showed up without an appointment and was told it would take no more than 1 hour and sure enough I was out of there in 45 minutes. There was a nice waiting area and James the sales manager was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this store!

Manager James and mechanic Dave are both outstanding! I had work done elsewhere in Flagstaff involving the steering systems on my vehicle and it was done poorly. Not only did James get the job done correctly but went above and beyond and was able to have the work covered under warranty. All work done on my vehicle absolutely exceeded my expectations. Dave even noticed that the emergency parking brake needed adjustment and just took care of it. This kind of workmanship is often very difficult to find and is very much appreciated. This place offers great tires at a good price and also provides other services like oil changes, A/C checks, wheel alignment, and a little bit more. It is family owned so thats a plus. Had a misunderstanding 2 months ago but they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and I really appreciate it alot. They make sure customers are satisfied and I am certainly satisfied with their services. My family trust Big O tires for over 13 years and still do today. So stop by and check it out even if your not in the market they offer helpful tips on how to keep your vehicle running tip top.

This review is a a few weeks late but I wanted to make sure to credit Mark C. for excellent service on our way through Flag. My 10 yo son and I were driving during snowy weather when my car started shimmying about an hour outside of Flag. Mark took care of it right away. He couldve easily upsold or price gauged me but he didnt. No problems since and we drove across several states. Excellent customer service. Ill be coming back here on our regular trips through Flag.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! I took my car in for tires and their machine and employees scratched three of my rims and gouged one. The employees are incompetent to where I had to show them where to jack the car up. They insist its not their fault and said they wont do anything about it unless I drive eight hours for them to see it themselves. Wouldnt even pay for touch up paint which I suggested. This business will be reported to the BBB because Im not the first person who has had a bad experience here.

I have always come to this location for vehicle inspections and tires on previous vehicles. I must say each time I come in I am always pleasantly greeted with happy welcoming faces. The mechanics are always knowledgeable, AND I didn’t have to wait very long! I know that’s a plus for anyone having to get tires or need vehicle services. I highly recommend this location!

Brought my car here for a Lyft inspection, was in and out in 10 minutes when I was quoted 30. Everyone I talked to was super friendly, and I overall felt like I was a priority. Even though the manager could have easily thrown my inspection to the back of the line, he didnt. Would definitely recommend.
