A bunch of standup guys. Every time I’ve been here they’ve gotten me in the same day. They do great work, are affordable, and communicate well. A lot of these other places in town have treated me like I don’t know what I’m doing being a female. Not these guys! Great all around!

These people are incredible. I was referred to them by a close friend, and I came to them at my wits end with my AC after it kept me from leaving Phoenix. These guys got me in ASAP and evaluated the AC, then called me (same day) and gave me the run-down of exactly what was wrong with it and how they planned on fixing it. I know nothing about cars and they explained the problem perfectly. I agreed to the services they recommended and it was ready exactly when they said it would be. When I picked it up, they explained everything they did and how it fixed the problem. My AC is working beautifully and Wilsons has a new life-time customer! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs! Thank you SO much for helping me out. You are amazing!

We were on a 2000 mile road trip and started having stalling problems. They fit us into their schedule. They were courteous and solved our problem for an extremely reasonable price. They got us right back on the road.

Wilsons is by far the best mechanic shop I have ever been too, The customer service is the best in any business that I have ever seen, I have only been in twice before, and those visits were over the span of the last 7 months, but the moment I walked in yesterday to get new brake pads, Zach had my car pulled up before I even said a word to him. They are never pushy with getting other repairs that you do not need at the moment unlike many other shops. I was in a tight spot in November needing all of my motor mounts replaced which other places quoted me at $1200 and they couldnt finish it the same day, but Wilsons was able to get it done for around $900 and got me on the road the same day. That right there is why I continue to bring my car to them and trust them, they are truly interested in taking care of you and your car, not just the money.

Had differential fluid work done and tech couldnt even reattach parking brake line and hydraulic lines back to differentail on rt side. Sent pics and called back next day. Poor quality of work. I Do not recomend this place. Will not go back there. Over priced $268.00

Had to get an alignment for my truck after putting new UCAs in, Zach was really considerate about putting me on the schedule with such short notice. Sean did an outstanding job on the truck and taking the time to explain everything he did down to the caster degree change. Anyone who does any overlanding/offloading should def go here.

Wonderful customer service. I was in the middle of a long drive when I noticed my engine was overheating and had to stop here. They got me in right away, ordered the parts necessary and had me back driving within 4 hours (for a big job too). They even paid for me to get an Uber to a coffee shop while I was waiting! Highly recommend this place.

All I can say is wow. It is very nerve racking when your going out of town and a problem happens to your car. You want to make sure when you are stopping at a mechanic that who you can trust. I will say that this shop did that above and beyond.I came in needing a quick fix on my 2015 Ford Focus and they over delivered and under promised. Not only did they fix the issue with my undercarriage, they also checked the tire pressure and fluids. In addition they offered a comfortable environment for us to wait with free water bottles to enjoy.Overall, The owner took the time to talk with us and take interest in who we were as customers which is rare!!! They were professional, friendly, amazing customer service (front desk attendant was awesome) and prompt without having an appointment. We were literally in and out within 15 minutes. If you are ever in the area definitely check them out.

Really good mechanics something was up with my car took it to this shop to have it checked out. They checked it out turns out that my car was just been hot for driving for a long time since I was coming from Tucson and having to deal with that big hill coming to Flagstaff. But everything was good and they didnt charge me for checking up on things on the car. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop not a lot of mechanics would have checked up on something and not charge you any

Best shop ever! I called for an odd request. Couldn’t get the screw off of my license plate holder because it was rusted on. I called Wilson’s and they said to bring it in, no problem! And indeed, it was no problem at all! Friendly, smart and kind staff. I’d go back for service in a heartbeat!

I just want to say this place cares. My vehicle was unable to work after I run off the shoulder in a heavy snow. Wilson’s was the only place which offered me a walk-in opportunity in the holiday season. They provided detailed examinations, answers all related questions, and charged nothing! I was really impressed by their quick service and awesome attitude. I hope anyone who experiences bad weather conditions near Grand Canyon and has an issue with his/her vehicle (of course I hope no one will) consider this great place as the first choice.

Wilson’s Auto Repair is amazing! My undercarriage was coming undone from running over a large piece of ice and they got me in the same day. They fixed it and also checked my tires and fluid, at no cost! They were so nice and friendly, 10/10 recommend!!

Taking your vehicle in for unplanned issues is never fun, but they made it a fair experience. i came in as an out of towner just needing to get a smaller issue addressed but they treated me well. i will say that the prices were higher than i expected and am used to, but they are aware and do a good job explaining it. they focus on quality first, and so if you want great peace of mind, bring your vehicle here.

Tremendously helpful! We were traveling through and had some warning lights flash on the dashboard. They checked the computer codes and fluid levels to determine that it was safe for us to proceed. They got us back on the road very quickly with helpful advice for follow-up once we get to our destination. Can’t thank you enough!

Cant say enough about how well we were treated. En route to Phoenix from Colorado, our car overheated in Flagstaff. 2 other shops in town didnt even have time to look at it and dismissed us out of hand. Sherrie told us they could take a look and Mr. Wilson gave us a detailed and accurate diagnosis. Although they werent able to repair the car due to our time constraints, they referred us to a repair shop in Phoenix that did excellent work for a fair price. We are so grateful to Wilsons. They even called us the next day to make sure we arrived safely in Phoenix. This place cares about their customers!

I stopped at Wilsons while passing through Flag to have them take a look at my car (2006 Subaru), which was acting a little goofy. The man who worked with me was super friendly, honest and very knowledgeable about subarus. I felt welcomed immediately upon entering the shop (car shops can be intimidating to me!) And knew I was in good hands. Give Wilsons a try the next time you need some auto work done. Your car will thank you for it.

I took my new car to Wilsons to get the brakes checked because the place had such great reviews. They told me I needed to replace my brake pads AND rotors, and were going to charge me more than 2x the going rate. Knowing nothing about cars, I almost agreed, but then decided to take my car to Brake Masters to get a second opinion. Brake Masters told me there was NOTHING wrong with my brakes AT ALL. When I told Wilsons Auto Repair this, they didnt give me any excuse and were very quick to get off the phone.

I walked in and every body was incredibly friendly. My car was making a rattling noise and they get in the car and listened to the sound and knew right away what it was! They fixed it right then and there and it only took about 20 minutes. Super honest, friendly, and trustworthy repair shop! Highly reccomend.

I came to them with a broken window regulator and no appointment; they squeezed me in that very day and fixed it within an hour and a half. Super friendly and very competent! Will go back.

Amazing experience today. I went in to Wilson’s because my car alarm kept going off intermittently. I had called several mechanics and visited with one in person. All told me that they couldn’t help me and that I would have to go to Phoenix to the Mazda dealer. I am so fortunate that I stopped at Wilson’s. Sherry (sp?) Wasn’t sure they could help, but quickly got Sean(sp?) to check out the issue. Sean more than exceeded my expectations as he sat in the car and walked through the problem with me. He suggested a way to handle the problem in the interim so that the alarm would be disconnected. He handled what was a very upsetting situation for me with calm and professionalism. I was then told that there would be no charge. With service like this, why look anywhere else? Wilson’s has a customer for life with me and everyone I can tell about my experience!
