I’m so used to tire shops being slow and unreliable these days. This one got me in within an hour without an appointment and had me all fixed up in no time. They are fast and efficient it was like watching a NASCAR team. Flat tire fixed.

Shout out to Ryan and Jeremy and the whole crew in Flagstaff who came to the rescue and helped us change out 2 unsafe tires (and buy 2 more). We had been on a long road trip in our travel trailer and noticed 2 odd bulges on our sidewalls. Thats never a good thing on a tire. They went above and beyond making sure to take care of our Airstream including maneuvering around Tyron straps we didnt know we had. We really appreciate all their hardwork and professionalism. Would highly recommend their Flagstaff team.

Yup 5 stars, no matter how busy the store is. It taught me some patience, took a walk while the professionals fix my tire. I always get greeted with good welcomes by the workers, and they all have my blessings. Professional customer service within these dark times, so my prayers go out for them. Very helpful staff. Drew gave us information over the phone that we needed to replace bad tire on our trailer.Assistant manager Josh was terrific in dealing with our warranty company to get tire replacement approved.We were encouraged to set appointments during this COVID-19 situation--and Josh was great about changing our appointment three times when our availability changed.Tires were installed quickly and we were headed back home before we knew it!Super satisfied. Will return anytime we have tire issues. Thanks guys!

I feel like nobody who works here knows anything about the different tires and rims Discount sells. Ive been in here twice now asking about what tires and rims to get for my truck and they only can tell you to 1. Look online and 2. Get a discount credit card. Terrible sales assistance

Amazing! 90 mins while up for a weekend to get a new set of tires! Of course we run over the only nail in a neighboring parking lot, this place is clean, friendly, and has tires INSTOCK, they have a full staff of employees and all the bays running plus outside help for minor needs. 90 mins was quoted and Im sure we were out in less time. Walked over to the mcds for a drink and walked back. Thanks, if we ever have a tire crisis while on a weekend getaway, you are def the place to go!

Unfortunately I was having car tire issues pulled into a repair shop they inform me it was tires and referred me to discount tires in Flagstaff Arizona. They did greet me asking my issue was promptly assisted they were super busy & close to closing they gladly took a look. Informed me they were the wrong size tires for my car. I trust what they relayed agreed to purchase two new front tires was informed they had two tires in stock BUT different manufacturers I agreed to purchase them the bill came to $523 with no warranty that would have brought it over $600 is employees were helpful, kind and efficient they dont make the prices discount tires corporation is robbing us the consumer.... Ill make it Ill make it easy robbing Peter to pay Paul..!

Let it be known that Tucker and Brian are both magic workers!! Me and my family had a blowout on the interstate, we got towed off because our spare was ruined. The place that towed us had charged us for a 2 tows and a tire change, towed us back to Flagstaff and had dropped us at this discount tire. When we get there, they ask us about it and our situation and they did everything they could to get us safe and back on the road. Shout out to everyone.there from the front desk the to the laborers. Replaced all 4 tires on our 5th wheel. Great customer service, very friendly and quick. Allowed us to drop the 5thy off in the lot while we did a little shopping while we waited.

We buy all our tires from here because of the warranty. On our cross country road trip one tire split. We were 8 miles from Flagstaff and made it to their local Discount Tire. They had our tire size in stock and although the wait was 5 hours, it only took them about 20 min to replace it once we they took the car back.

Despite being very busy, they assessed and repaired my tire quickly. My wait was far shorter than anticipated and my satisfaction far greater than previous encounters at other tire stores.

They Mand Up and stood behind their work-- didnt even notice for awhile later that they had replaced some parts that may have broken as a result of them,even though theres a high probability that the parts they replaced (For FREE$) were just worn out. Purchased my tires here about eight months ago. They’re very courteous and friendly. It can get very busy. I highly suggest making an appointment! They have been great to do balance and rotations to get my tires just right. Ive been driving my truck for almost 20yrs, so you tend to notice those little quirky subtleties.

This was my favorite tire store. But recently they have been very slow. Also, they do not care about anything other than tire change and charging you. Both cars that I took this week came back with TPMS sensor light on. For the first car they charged me $65 to fix and they fixed the second car for free. The $65 charge is not that important. I had to take the car twice and wait 2 hours just to convince them there is something wrong. Just to find out that there is a simple test for this that they could have done when the light was on. The important thing is their lack of professionalism. They just change your tires and don’t care if everything else is working or not. I have spent around $2000 in this store this week but most probably will not visit again.

This place was great! These guys were really friendly and got us back on the road in no time flat! I cant say enough good things. If you are having tire problems while passing thru Flagstaff, stop here.

Ive been a customer of discount tire since returning to Arizona and purchased a couple sets of tires. on my F-150 I had to replace the rear tires probably should have replaced the front tires at that time too but figured I could get a good three to six months more and money was tight at the time. well I ordered new front tires to be put on Monday but went for a drive on Saturday where I ended up getting two flat front tires! Just two days longer and I would have been fine but as luck may have it I was sitting on the side of the road with two flats and only one spare. After I got towed to discount tires and told him my dilemma they said well well get you taken care of. within 15 minutes I had two used tires that maybe had a hundred miles on at most and they said we know you have an appointment for Monday at discount in Chandler theyll take them off and send it back to us thank you very much have a great day! okay so Ive had some very good experiences with discount tires since Ive been back in Arizona and many years ago overall I had great service when I lived here previously but I have to say this is just one of many times in the last 6 months they have gone way beyond the call of duty so to speak. I highly recommend them and they have a devout and devoted customer here. Im not saying that they would do that for every single customer but having bought several sets of tires for my vehicles in the last few months they certainly took care of me.

Waited in line early Saturday morning only to find out they aren’t doing tire rotations and balance without a appointment. You’d imagine they have that posted or advertised, absolutely had no intentions of working with me, offered to pay for it even offered to buy a new set of tires. Wasn’t impressed at all with the guys attitude, took my truck to Big O down the street and they got me in right away, looks like that’s where I’ll taking my business.

Had a flat and barely made it there. Very friendly and accommodating crew! They stayed late and helped us (bought a new tire), and many more people there. Didnt go home until all were taken care of. ☺️

Most always used discount tire for new tires and repairs. Im thinking twice on ever using them again.I went to discount for a tire I bought from them for a tire repair, they informed me that the hole was too big for the plug they carried, and that I had not purchased a road hazzard warranty for that particular tire, I would have to leave the spare on, and they would have to order a new tire.They asked if I wanted the tire back or did I want them to throw it away? I took the tire to their competition and they repaired it. Tire only had less than 8000 miles.Somethings wrong here, credit for tire usage should have been in account.

I have been waiting for an hour and a half and they still didnt get to me. I had to go talk the manager and have him deal with it. If you just want a tire change be expected to wait and to keep checking on your wait time. Sucks!

Worst place to go for tire repair, I was told the wait time for me would be 3 to 4 hours to fix a flat tire. Yet other people show up after me who get taken care of right away.

Terrible Service....These guys dont know what they are doing young guy up front acted like he knew what he was doing but didnt listen to a word we said and got us the wrong rims due to bolt pattern difference even though we specified the bolt pattern several times... go to the one on the other side of town.. they do a way better job.

I’ve been a customer of discount tire for about 6 years and have been very happy with them until today. I made an appointment to have my tires rotated an balanced as part of a larger experiment to help make an important decision about the future of my car. When I went in they told me they couldn’t perform the rotation because the tread was too low. Because I was crawling around my cat the night before trying to problem solve I know the tread was low on the inside corner only of the front tires. The rest of the tread was fine and in the back it was still more than fine. All they wanted to do, as a company was sell me tires. They didn’t want to listen to the bigger picture and when I thanked them for their lack of help and informed them I’d do it myself they laughed as I walked out.In my way home I stopped a pep boys who was more than willing to fit me in right away without an appointment.Discount tire lost a customer today, and I will be getting my tires from pep boys from this point forward.

Bought new rims for my truck here and the staff was super nice and polite and gave me am great deal! I made an appointment online and they got me in right away and even gave me a coupon to get my alignment looked at somewhere close by. Would recommend.

I got a nail on the tire, I went to there to ask help. I am a retired mechanic, therefore I have the interest to watch what do they do.Only for patch a nail hole, but they balance the tire, clean the face of the axle for tire rim, re-torque all wheel nuts, balance all tires pressure...... and a big surprise at the rear : the charge is 0 !I will recommend all customer trust this shop !

Went with my brother to get new tires for his ram truck good price and great service. It took a while but it was very busy. Busy is good that means people come back.

We arrived at 5:59 pm, closing time is 6:00 pm. They still worked with us on selecting tires without hesitation. Great staff! Mounting and balancing the tires took about 30 minutes!! Very satisfied with the service.

I must have bought 10 sets of tires for my services trucks from these guys over the years. Every time they do a great job. It is true that if you do not set up an appointment then you may have to wait for an hour or so. But being that I can just drop in anytime a get good service is worth a few minutes of my time. Discount Tire Ogden, UT patched a tire in.Feb 2020. Same Tire patch started leaking again in Oct 2020. Flagstaff claimed it was a diff.company patch, and wouldnt patch it again. I was forced to buy new tire. Im finished with Discount Tire
