Phillip was courteous, took his shoes off upon entering my home, gave me the option to order the part I needed through him or offered for me to order the part on Amazon to save money. He also offered to look at my dishwasher when I told him it has a funky smell and told me what to clean it with free of charge. Phillip is very friendly and a pleasure to work with! Thank you! :)

Philip was very professional and very polite. His knowledge was impressive, I had 2 appliances that went out and he fixed both just under an hour!! Thank you so much for coming on such short notice. Expecting company for the weekend so he really saved us. Will be calling again if we need your expertise and will also refer friends and family.

I highly recommend Lopez Appliance Services. He knew what part was needed before he came out and ordered it and brought it with him. He showed up when he said he would and fixed another appliance while he was here. He seems very knowledgeable!
