Best experience ever with repair service call. Randy was very kind and thorough. Instead of recommending replacement of major components, he found two issues that he was able to fix on-site. I truly appreciate this type of workmanship. He knows his stuff! I will definitely call them again should the need arise. Flagstaff is lucky to have such a conscience business.

Am so happy to have found Paul and Randy. We have had other appliance repair companies out 4 times to fix our ice maker and they could never get it right. I have been thoroughly dissatisfied with the other companies in town. Randy came out and had it fixed in no time. Not to mention he fixed other issues with it we didnt even know were happening. My LG washing machine had a slow leak. Randy showed up on time and communicated well throughout the process. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the leaking valve and was on his way. I would recommend Above Par Appliance Repair to anyone with an appliance problem.

My dryer stopped heating suddenly so I looked up places (hoping to find someone other than one I had used years ago and was not good). I was happy to have found this newer business listed. I was grateful that they could come out the next day, they found the issue and ordered the part and came back a few days later to install it. The dryer had actually had a small internal fire and they repaired wires even and let me know that the vent tubing needed to be cleaned. I had not done that in awhile!Update *They were quite kind when my dryer 2 days later was not drying again to come out to figure out why it was not working. It was nothing to do with their work but the vent cleaning people had actually left a huge blocked mass of lint. They went above and beyond their scope and tried to remove it for me and did not charge me for the service call even when it was not the dryer itself with the issue. Professional and prompt. thanks!

My dryer died on a Sunday with a load of wet clothes in it . I got thru to them and was able to buy a dryer from them the same day. Paul gave me their address and in less than 15 min. I was on my way with a dryer. They are a hidden gem in Flagstaff. Thank you Paul!

These guys did a great efficient job on a propane conversion of my dryer! they are trustworthy and conscientious at their job!

They turned up within 5 minutes of the quoted time window and managed to get my dishwasher working very promptly. They also identified a design flaw in the space where my dishwasher is placed and corrected it as preventative maintenance, free of charge.
