Service was fine, but my haircut wasnt done well. its uneven on both sides. I showed plenty of pictures and explained exactly what I wanted, and it was still uneven. and no, it isnt because my hair is unbrushed. even directly after the cut it was uneven looking.the front bits are different sizes, and the back is different lengths on both sides. my dad also had a bad experience with his haircut.

Do yourself a favor and check in online or youll be waiting for people who arent in lobby. The process does work pretty well.My haircut was pretty good, but I was over charged for a basic cut and since prices were not posted I just thought the place was a ripoff. Tried calling customer service for the $5 back, but nothing ever came of it.

Very attentive! Spacious so your not all on top of each other like most hair salons Ive been too. They wipe off hair and where theyve cut your hair with a nice clean warm towel. Its super hard to get someone to do my husbands hair correctly and they did spot on . Excuse his choice of hair cut.

I got a cut today by Courtney and I am just so in love! A year ago I was traumatized by a hairstylist chopping off over a foot of my hair on accident. I expressed these concerns to Courtney, showed her what I wanted and she totally delivered!While I was waiting, I also saw Wendy do a beautiful cut on a VERY curly head of hair, so I’d recommend her as well. Will definitely be returning to this location!

I believe her name was Megan I am bad with names but she did an amazing job on my hair cut. We chopped 6 inches off. I LOVE it. She was super friendly too. Def recommend

Waited 40 minutes after my check in time for a guy that walked in five minutes before to be served first. After asking if there was a mistake i was told i selected a specfic stylist. Even if this was a mistake it was not resolved to my satisfaction

I got an excellent haircut from Wendy. She went above and beyond in her work and was fun to talk to, as well. I had hair that had grown down almost to my elbows during COVID and was so frustrated by the time I sat in her chair that I told her to literally do whatever she wanted as long as she at least cut it off to just below my shoulders. She took it from there, decided to put in some long layers, and Im really happy with it!

First cut that Ive had there in a while. Ill be back.

My friends and family have been going to this location for the past 7 years. We love the consistency we find here. Courtney has been the manager for many years and sets the tone for a friendly, welcoming experience. Everyone is welcome here and I love that I can either call ahead or go online when I am ready for a cut, and save my place in line.

It felt very rushed. Wasn’t what I asked for. I pointed out unevenness and it not being blended but I guess they didn’t want to see the problem and said nothing was wrong.

Courtney cut my hair in the salon last week and did a great job! I was really impressed with how quickly she cut it, how well it looks, the cleanliness of the salon and friendliness of the staff. Its conveniently located in Fishers and while there were a couple of people waiting, it only took 10 minutes for me to be sat in a chair to have my hair cut.

Last visit because I was moving out of state in 2 weeks Ask for Adrianna, shes really good

I have recently been here twice with two different stylists and neither of my cuts looked very nice afterwards. The first time I came the stylist I was with wasnt even very friendly. I thought I would try again with a different stylist. The second one was very nice but the cut still just wasnt good. I have since been to another salon and the stylist there was able to do some correction and get my hair shaped back up. I would not personally recommend this place.

There is no better place for a shave and a hair cut and its just about 2 bits. While I do appreciate a barber now and then I know that when I come to THIS Supercuts I will be treated well. There is hardly ever a wait. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. I enjoy a good conversation while they cut and they know exactly what I want since they always take good notes in the PC. Quick in and out and a good cut is exactly what I want and what they provide!

This place deserves WAY more business! First of all, they undercut all their competitors by at least $5 (Im a guy, thats a lot for a haircut). Second, the staff is super friendly and social and always makes me feel welcome. Thirdly, very low wait times. I think the max Ive had to wait is 10 mins compared to the SportClips across the street where I was served with an 1hr 10min wait time. Fourthly, and most importantly, those free hot towel rubs feel awesome and allow you to continue on with your day without having to go home and shower to get all those loose hairs out!

Very abrasive staff.

I booked an appointment online for 5:15 PM through the Opensalon app. I arrived at 5:10 PM and was told there were two individuals ahead of me, and I would have to wait another 30 minutes. I pointed out that I had an appointment (and showed my confirmation email), and the stylist gave me a bewildered look and stated she didnt know anything about it but would add my name to the list. Whats the point of making an appointment, if Im just to be treated as a walk-in customer? Complete waste of time, and I wont be back or recommend this place to anyone.

Had my hair done in the store by Lynn. And the next day I noticed it wasnt done correctly after I got out in the sunlight. I called the store and the manager fixed my hair. Three weeks later I get a call from Lynn ( the original hairdresser) that obviously didnt appreciate the fact someone had to correct her mistakes. I handed my business cards out in the store to promote my cleaning business and it came back to haunt me. The employee than could call me directly and call me out on it. It was so unprofessional. I thought it was done and over with when they corrected it.
