Checked in on line. Showed up on time. Waited 20 minutes. Turns out I wasn’t on the list. I showed my confirmation email. I got a shrug and a sob story about how “There are only two of us here.” Never again.

The gals here do a great cut on my boys! Easy, although not cheap. Online check in very convenient

It is stupid. Why accept walk ins if you are going to let people schedule on line..... I give them a negative 100. Then want 26 dollars for an mvp. WHATEVER !!!!

Had a fantastic experience at this Sport Clips courtesy of my stylist Melissa. She did a phenomenal job and was very knowledgeable about hair care as well. Overall it was probably one of the best experiences I have had with Sport Clips. Definitely will be back to this location.

I went here because of multiple bad experiences at another hair cutting store near Hamilton Town Center and let me tell you sports Clips was above and beyond. Joanne listened to what I wanted in my haircut and did exactly what I asked with it. I like mine to be slightly longer on top than on the sides and she delivered. She was also possessed a very cheery demeanor with a lot of stories and she is a great conversationalist. While I did not catch her colleuges name, she cut my sons hair, which he likes much longer than I do, and it did not look like a mop like with the other stores I went to in the past. Overall, I will be going back here again when my hair needs trimmed.Lesson learned: You get what you pay for with haircuts.

Nice staff, clean place, but they dont really do walk-ins anymore since everyone checks in online and you could just keep having to wait longer as more people come in

Checked in with estimated wait time of 65 min.... at 100 min my kids were on deck for 30 min and still Not brought back as 4 of the stylists took intermittent breaks. Consistently our experience.... no sense of urgency by any of the staff. Done here

My son and I had fun and got good haircuts. Sport clips seems pretty decent. They should do double mvps all the time, not just for new customers. Other than this, pricing is decent.

Had a coupon for a free haircut... The staff seemed pretty angry about getting food from a restaurant in the area. They kept complaining about it the whole time. The few of us who were getting haircuts sat there quietly and tried not to make things worse. Hopefully that isnt the norm.

I have been getting my haircut at this sports clips for over 10 years the highly recommend anyone trying it out their great! Katie the general manager of this location has been cutting my hair for those 10 years and I wouldnt trade her for the world!

Held a better conversation with my Vietnamese server who only spoke english numbers than with the girl cutting my hair. Made it obvious she didn’t want to be there through her manuerisms and how fast & rough she cut my hair. Wish I could have left a tip smaller than $5 dollars but their electronic processing doesn’t allow for it. Only thing I appreciated from that haircut was that she didn’t try selling me overpriced hair product. Quite honestly don’t plan on going back. I can find a cheaper priced haircut somewhere else anyways.

Finally got my hair cut that was made to order. It was a businessmans haircut that I can say I didnt look like I was scalped. Great job.

Its a bit expensive compared to an actual Barber but is good in a pinch. The staff is friendly, and the wait is short. Havent had a bad cut here.

Love Sports Clips and the girls that work there. Me and my kids go there and they are always pleasant and do a great job . Never waited more than 15 mins for a haircut.

Been to many different Sportclips from my time in the military and this is one of the best...and close to home so its my go-to place now.

My favorite place to get my hair cut make sure you ask for Lindsay Crites she is amazing Ive been going to her for yrs.

I know others have had issues getting their haircut at this specific location but this location is the only one that is ever done mine right just let them know what you want and they will do it if you are vague and what you want then you might not get it and thats not their fault.top notch work ladies

Visited yesterday with my son, I opted for the MVP service for both of us, I have no complaints. I had never been here before but I would return. Only suggestion I would make would be to have appointments, as I could see the wait getting to be a bit much at times.

This place is terrible. A family came after me and the manager did tell them that i was ahead of them but they were taken in first anyway! Another customer was taken in after them.I always come here for a haircut for a few years now but there service has gone down the drain as this was my 3rd consecutive bad experience.Not sorry and wont be returning here again and will go to Vs babershop from now on.

I just got my haircut here and thay completely messed it up I specifically stated how I wanted it and somehow they managed to absolutly butcher it i asked for them to leave length and they almost completely shaved it and on what little hair they left was incredibly uneven with random tufts of long hair sticking out every which way, then the lady cutting my hair proceded to stop halfway through and ask if she was doing it like I asked, by then it was too late

The girls cutting hair today showed the lack of mental capacity. For some reason they could not keep the order of customers straight. We waited more than an hour and continued to get skipped. When questioned the response was rude and extremely unprofessional. I can only imagine the quality of the haircut
