Im new to the area and looking for my new nail home: This place will not be it. I felt very rushed and unimportant. There were other customers in there that were obviously regulars, that werent getting services done that were paid attention to more than I was. I sat in the pedicure chair for a total of 20 minutes. I was not given pedicure options, just sat in a chair, and they lathered some lotion on my legs. Zero conversation (with me), not very gentle with my feet (grabbed them out of the water and pushed back in), and did not even scrub my feet with the intention of a pedicure. The lady had so little interest in me that I waited right in front of her to pay, and the other nail tech nudged her and pointed to me. She then said oh sorry I forgot!... yeah obviously. But luckily the paint job itself was nice...

Found ONLY NAILS on Google to find a nice place to take my daughter on our way to St. Louis. They had great reviews so we gave them a shot. We were both very pleased with the service, quality, and cost. Great job Helen and Tony! Thank you!

My mother and I came out of town and wanted to get our nails done and the owners, Helen and Tony, treated us so kindly like we were a regular costumers. Our nails turned out so wonderful and they have such cheap prices!! The owners are sooo kind! I would definitely come here next time and will recommend them!!!

I have been going to Only Nails since they opened up 20 years ago. Love how they treat their customers and the service they provide. Tony and Helen are like family. My husband gets pedicures and loves them! Wouldnt go anywhere else. Thanks Tony and Helen for doing such great work.

Prices are good. The female was nice and engaging but the male was very rude and seemed annoyed the whole time. It made getting my nails done unenjoyable. He also did a sloppy job on them. Won’t be back.

The worst acrylics I have ever had. Went to another salon to get them fixed the next morning. Never again.I was there a few weeks ago on a Friday evening and the gentleman did a full set. That was the first time I had gotten acrylics in many years. They looked like I had tried to do them myself.

Beautiful job! Very safety oriented! I never had my nails done for fear of infection! However I feel save with this business!

Disappointed would be an understatement. I chose this place to get my nails done (two days before my wedding). It was the wrong choice! There is a husband and wife that owns the place, and as luck had it, it was the husband who was the one to do my nails. The woman was super nice, but as her husband was doing my nails, he was texting on his phone a lot and really didnt seem all that concerned with me. I dont require a lot of attention when I get my nails done, I rather enjoy the quiet, but I also dont like to feel as if the worker is just fitting me around their schedule, when Im the one that had the appointment. With that said, this is just small stuff compared to the real problem - my nails. I asked for a full set, with white tips. As the man began doing my nails, I noticed there was a very noticeable spot where there was a lot of the white missing - I assume due to him clipping the nail too short before applying. There was also a red dot on that same thumb nail and so I pointed these things out to him. He began to take a file to my nail, and I just assumed he fixed the problem - I trusted that he knew what he was doing. By the time my nails were complete I was worried about something else - the shape. I asked for my nails to be rounded instead of square and while my nails were sort of rounded... they were so WIDE! They looked so hideous and I just couldnt figure out why. I have never had this problem before when asking for my nails to be rounded. They were just flat out ugly! I was kind of baffled by it and I wasnt sure what to do at all. At first I thought maybe I was just being picky. The finish on the nail was gorgeous, so I just chalked it up to me being weird about it. I even tipped the guy, which I immediately regretted as soon as I walked out the door. I showed my, then fiance but now husband, my nails and even he could tell how bad they looked. Not to mention, not only did he NOT take care of the red dot on my thumb, nor the missing white part, but nearly every nail was missing white off the edges. Just a chunk missing because of how he cut the nail before applying them on me. I have never had this happen before!!! (also, I found a black dot randomly under my index finger nail as well... grrr) My nails were hideous, for $30.00, it was a garbage job. I really hate speaking so harshly, but honestly, I was so surprised at how bad they were from someone who owns their own business. I get my nails done on special occasions or when I want to feel extra pretty, so Im not a religious nail person. I trust the people who do my nails to do their job properly, since I dont know anything about it myself. I also had other places to be that day, and the remaining days, seeing as my wedding was just in two days. I carved out this time specifically for my nails, and it was so devastating to see how botched they were. The only comfort I got is if you hold them far away the errors arent as noticeable - but, that doesnt help for close up pictures of our hands, sadly. Either way, I will never go here again, which is a shame, because I enjoyed the quiet feel of the atmosphere. Super bummed.

I went in to get my nails filled and with a gel polish ended up having super clumpy polish and sharp edges on my nails that when I got home I had to file very disappointing
