My aunt and I went for pedicures and another aunt for a manicure. We got in right away. Service was great. Pedicures are a very relaxing experience. We all left feeling relaxed and with beautiful nails about one hour after we got there. I recommend this business to anyone.

Pedicure was wonderful but a different lady did my manicure. Sloppiest most unprofessional manicure I have ever got. Completely wasted $35 ( with tip) manicure is $30 I always tip hopping they are learning and will get better. I did tell the lady I was not pleased and she said pretty color. Came home and with out me saying anything my husband asked if I got my nails done by a professional

Came here despite the reviews, had a very good experience the ladies where nice and talkative, it’s clean and our nails look amazing! I recommend giving it a try! You do a good job they tell 1 person you do a bad they tell 10 nobody comes to leave a good review it seems!

Went to get a gel manicure with my natural nails and instead of soaking off the previous gel polish the lady started sanding down the gel polish and took off half of my nails with it. I said what are you doing!? These are my real nails!! And all she said was sorry that she didnt know. Now my nails are paper thin and will probably break off. I was also still charged full price. She did a horrible job painting them as well. There is paint on my skin and bumps in the paint on the nails. I will never go there again!

It was horrible. My daughter asked for acrylic and came out with tips and it looked horrible. She tried all night. I wish I could post the pics.

Decided to give this place a try since it was down the road. I asked for a set of acrylics, almond shape. My nails are to a sharp point. The acrylic layer doesnt even cover my whole nail, one hand is painted darker then the other hand. Each nail is a different length and shape. Definitely not worth the money I paid for it. Will not come back. I just want to take my nails off because they are so awful..

I went in to get a fill. I had dark red polish on and was going to get a light pink. She didnt even completely remove the old polish! After she was done filing she didnt have me wash the filings off! She just started polishing the nails right on top of the old filing dust! When she was applying the fill she was very sloppy and left areas with holes and other areas that overlapped the nail bed! I didnt get to wash my hands until the very end! She also left old polish on my toes as well! Very sloppy work! I will never go back!

I was super excited with the over look of the salon, very clean and all new chairs and decor. They have many colors of polish to choose from which I love. Ive been to some salons where I bring my own because their selection is so limited. I had a signature pedicure (with hot stones) and a basic manicure the total was $45.00. There were 2 women and 1 young girl in the salon, the young girl did my service. She was polite but not seasoned so she did a fair job. Everyone was polite but not overly friendly. It was quite through-out my service unlike other salons that the techs talk in their language the whole time, become loud and at times they seem rude. I was not overly impressed but will give them another try. Im hoping being so new they just need to get their grove.

Got a pedicure here today with a friend. LOVED that they used a plastic liner in the tubs, I didnt have to worry about germs there. Great pedicure, although I wish massage was a bit longer for the type I chose but that really is my only complaint. I was a walk-in and didnt have to wait terribly long. Staff was pretty nice.

Ive gone to L2 Nail and spa twice. Lan did a wonderful job. I pretend like I understand what they are saying in their primarylanguage and they laugh. I enjoy going there.

I went in for a pedicure as a walk in which was great. I picked the Signature Pedi with numerous softeners for dryness which also included hot stones which are simply wonderful! Its a gorgeous place & the staff is very nice. A great new place to try for everyone, I highly recommend it!!

There was one lady who did my nails who was absolutely amazing, so sweet and did a great job. I went with my friends and they were treated very rudely by the other lady working there. First, we made appointments at 5.... there were 2 people working as well as at least 6 people with appointments at 5. I ended up waiting an hour to get mine done as well as my friends. the lady that did my nails was amazing however, my friends nails look absolutely horrible. They were poorly and lazily done and they looked worse than if i were to do them. they were also very overpriced. I will not be going back there and if i do it will be for the kind lady who did mine.

Went there for the first time, and they are excellent!!! The salon is gorgeous, the staff is super friendly, and my nails and eyebrows look amazing. This is my new nail salon for sure. Check them out, they are great!!

Today was my first and last time coming to this place. This place of business is unprofessional and rude. DO NOT GET THE PEDICURE WHERE THEY USE THE HOT STONES. She burnt me twice and was mad because i told her it hurt. I will be reporting them. They should not be able to use hot stones if they can not use them correctly with our hurting/burning there customers. And that’s just the focus of my review everything about this so called salon was awful.(doesn’t not even deserve one star but could post review with out it)

I got my nails done here and I greatly regret it. I was supposed to get an ombre with black on bottom and bright pink on top. What I got was black with a few streaks of pink, plus the paint on my nails were bumpy. Dont waste your money here.

Beware!!!!! I do not recommend this place unless you want to waste time and money! I don’t write reviews at all but felt that I needed to for this one! Worst place I have ever been coming from someone who has been having nails done for 15 years. Went on Saturday to get a fill and trim on my nails and came out with uneven nails, nails looked like they were 3 weeks old and needed completed all over again!! Called and spoke with someone when I left because I was so unhappy and I had just spent $35 for a fill, they wanted me to come back in again and have nails redone. They Filed my nails down to the point they are my original nails again with gel polish on. It has not even been three days in the nail polish is already coming off and my nails are breaking. I will be calling on Friday to speak with the owner!

Went with my friends and all our nails looked horrible. One girl was very mean towards some of us but the other was absolutely wonderful! However our nails were not like we wanted. They were uneven, nail polish was all over my skin surrounding my nails, and there were spots on my nail that had not polish! Very unhappy with the results.

My nails are not the same size and not the coffin shape I asked for. My sisters nails were way too thick and not the color she asked for. My mother’s friend came in with us and wanted the coffin shape and they were not shaped well, either. They charge $5 extra for longer nails and $5 extra to shape them, but they were horribly shaped. We asked for them to fix them and they ended up looking worse. Not quality work.

My nails were absolutely awful. The lady I had was very rude to me because I wanted help picking out a colors and she would not help me. There was another lady and she was very nice. My friends nails were very pretty mine however I picked mine off before I left the parking lot. My lady rushed and did my nails in 10 minuets. These were supposed to be my hoco nails. It was a waste of time and money. I had a pedicure appointment too but i ended up not getting that done bc I did not want to pay anymore money that I had to... there were two workers working and we had an appointment at 5 and they did not start painting my groups nails till 6. I will not be returning there again.

Prices are incredibly high and then they upsell you on everything so you walk out with not so good service and an empty pocketbook.

Really nice people, love my nails and it was cheap! This was my first time getting nails and Im glad i chose L2 Nail & Spa.

I got my nails done on 3/28. The next day I had a nail crack in half. The nails are all messed up and different shapes. She made my nails way to thin so they look horrible. My nails basically have to be taken off and regrown out to get back to their natural shape. On 4/1 another nail has cracked in half. These are dip powder nails. I only type on a computer all day so there is no reason for them to breaking whatsoever. The lady did not listen to me when i asked for them to be kept the same. Horrible nails. Horrible customer service. I am so upset and unhappy about my nails. I have been growing them out for 3 weeks just for them to be botched. Never again will i go there.

I came here before and had a horrible experience but I was told to go back and try someone else, I went back and got a different woman, very rude and ignorant because I didn’t want gel polish, got mad when I switched colors and just ignorant as soon as I walked in the door!
