I called yesterday at 4 (they close at 7) and he said I couldn’t get in because they were too busy.I came in today at open & no one acknowledged me at all. I sat for an hour before I finally just got up and walked out. They really act like they’re doing you a favor instead of providing a service for the exchange of income. I have a wedding today & now I’m going with nails that are ugly because my time was wasted. I wouldn’t have left a review at all except that the lady was so rude to me. I will never spend another dime there again.

Got a full set. Within a week 5 broke off and one chipped. On the phone they said I could come in and get them fixed no charge. Then once I was there I ended up having to pay for a fill and she put a whole new set because the nails were al poorly done. Instead of admitting that they were not done well I was charged for a fill. I usually get my nails done once a month.

I’ve always come to this nail salon. Had no problems. I had an appointment for a Saturday, they closed unexpectedly and I had no warning of them closing. No call, nothing. They reopened today (Monday), so I came in to finally get my nails done. Three women came in after me, none had appointments, and they were all seen before me. The nails themself are good, the workers... not so much. I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere from now on.

Great experience! My granddaughter and I both got a manicure and pedicure. They were on the ball and did a great job!

Ken, who has always done my nails, made a mistake and gave me a white tip instead of a white NAIL like I specifically said before he started. He then proceeded to make me feel bad and got angry that he had “already finished” to the point I almost started crying in the salon in front of everybody. It was completely embarrassing. An acrylic full set starts at $22, he charged me $35 for HIS MISTAKE. I will NEVER go back to this salon and I’d suggest you find a different salon if you are thinking about getting your nails done in the festus area. Would have given 0 stars if that was an option.

Randy was so amazing! I came in close to closing and he never made me feel like he was rushing to get out. He took his time, really showed interest in what I had going on, and even picked me a great color for my vacation! Loved everything about my visit! Thanks to Siri for bringing me here!!!

What a FANTASTIC nail salon!! I was in town for the Memorial Day weekend and I got a splinter stuck in the heal of my foot over a period of 48 hours it got so embedded in the heal of my foot, it was hurting like hell went and got a Pedicure and they were so kind and removed it! What a relief....My nails turned out amazing as well!! I highly recommend you try KC Nails!! A big thank you from a Chicago girl!!

The lady Kim-is extremely rude to her customers and she gives the worst pedicures. I also got my nails done (gel nails) It was worst job I have ever seen. He didnt even paint the whole nail, so now a week later its chipping off (which it shouldnt be since its gel) and they looks like they need to be done again, and they should last two weeks, not a week. Definitely NOT going back there. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Rude! Would not give me a French manicure when I asked for it. Rushed the job, but that was fine with me since I wanted out if there fast! Only stayed because Im new in town and did not know where else to go, but I wont go back!

Girl who did my Pedicure was ok. Got full set of gel nails. The guy who did my fingernails was BAD. Even after he acted like he was matching my nails when I left I could tell all different length & not all same shape. He also got the mail fill stuff all over my fingers and was using that tool to scrape my skin. NEVER GO HERE!!!

I had used a gift certificate at another local nail salon, 2 hours after getting my nails done, i was involved in a car accident (nothing too serious lol) but one of my nails had broken. I was leaving on vacation the next morning very early. desperately needing my nail fixed, I walked into KC nails at 6:40 when they close at 7 and they got me right in and were so sweet to me. I have used KC before but, I will definetly be coming here from now on!

Service is okay. i dont know what it is but they put a top coat on my nails, it turns yellow and makes the nail look dirty when it fact its not. parts of the nail doesnt have the top coat, huge difference, not good.
