How many different HVAC companies are out there? One of them you can rely on is Pioneer Mechanical. They replaced our HVAC system equipment in one day which is a lot of work to accomplish in one day. When you start on time and work as efficiently as they did, its a possible task. That is the standard operating procedure when you hire them. We use them for all of our HVAC needs like the the spring and fall system checkout and even the nuisance calls like when a frog decides to commit suicide by stretching out across the condenser coil.

During one of the 2021 first heat waves, my AC decided to suddenly quit. Hearing that Pioneer Electric had a mechanical division, I called up Mr. Stanley, and let him know my issue. Next day, someone was out to give the bad news that my coil, and unit was done.Within a week, the Pioneer boys stopped by and replaced everything. The boys kept me updated, got the job done, cleaned up better than what I had waiting for them, and got the house far away from its prior 88 degrees. Will have them preform maintenance to keep any future issues from being a surprise! Thank you Pioneer!

Michael Crawford and Michael Davis were excellent. They arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m. on a morning when temps were in the single digit to replace a heat pump. They worked non stop until 2:30. They were friendly and polite. I was able to go about my routine without problem while they were here. They cleaned up everything very well! Would highly recommend.

When our HVAC needed to be replaced, Pioneer helped us work with our home warranty company which was no easy feat. At the time, we decided to use the existing electronic air purifier. However, we decided recently to switch to a standard air filter to make things easier. Steve came out right away and they got it switched over right away! We have been much more happy with air flow and even the upstairs is colder than ever during this summer heat!

Fix the problem quickly and reasonable

The guys Steve sent out to do the work did exactly what he said they would do. Had to have the whole system replaced. (15 years on the old one) After 6 months my electric bill is almost half than from the previous system. Also, Katie was able to get us more of a rebate from Ameren than we had thought we were getting. Great job guys.

Arrived at 7am on time, replaced our system, programed the new ecobee thermostat, helped me download onto my phone and I am set to go. Keith and Michael cleaned up after themselves and were finished by 1:30. I have used Pioneer Mechanical for years and have been pleased with their service. Always professional.

On the hottest day of the year (so far) our AC went out. Luckily my wife and kids were out of town, so only the dog and I had to suffer through it. Also lucky for us, Anderson Heating and Cooling exist, because they were AMAZING. I called Nick at Anderson, and after explaining the situation, he said he would swing by that very evening to take a look. He came over, was super professional and prepared. We had an emergency in the middle the night on one of the hottest days of the year this past summer. We got home from a visit with our in laws to find our house significantly hotter than we left it. My husband and I wouldnt have typically minded - we would have stuck it out until Monday so we didnt have to pay after-hour charges that our old heating and air conditioning company charged, but we had just had a baby!!! We didnt want our little girl to have to suffer through heat any longer than she had to. We called our old service provider and left a message.... after 3 hours without even a returned phone call, my husband started to call around. It was just too hot to keep waiting! Four companies were contacted and all told us its unlikely that our technician will have time to see you on a Saturday on such short notice - were really busy. and ALL of those companies would have charged us a flat rate after-hour fee of $150 min!!!!Finally he called Anderson. He was transferred directly to the technician and told that we could be serviced same day! Also... NO AFTER-HOUR CHARGES!!!!!! The guy came out, he was polite, respectful, clean, had all his teeth, and fixed our air conditioner SAME DAY!!!We so appreciate Anderson and their commitment to customer service and quality work!!!
