Our breaker kept tripping when we used our ac. I called and spoke to the sweetest women Valenda, and she was able to assist me with setting up a service call. I was extremely impressed with being scheduled for a tech to come out later that afternoon. Our technician Jeff arrived in the time frame I was given. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to have in our home. Jeff was able to find our issue with the ac and fixed the problem during our service call. I want to thank them for such an amazing experience. The price was reasonable and will definitely call if we ever have any other issues. We will be calling to sign up for the yearly maintenance program with Bone heating and cooling!!

Our ac went out, it was old and along with the furnace, has been giving us problems since we bought the house. Fantastic service and was able to get my family a complete new ac unit and furnace within a week. Also the same or less expensive for better equipment than others we got quotes on.

I would recommend this place to everyone! We lost our heat on Christmas Day and we called the next day and they came out withing 4 hours of me calling on a holiday weekend! The tech came and was very nice and went straight to work. We had to have our circuit board replaced and he got one on Monday and was there that evening to replace it so we could have heat. Kaden stayed there to make sure everything was working right and said bye to us and our kids and was on his way! Everyone was super nice and the receptionist was super sweet!!! Thank you all do much!!!

Our furnace stopped working in the middle of a deep cold stretch, so I called the number that was attached to the side of our unit which happened to be Festus Bone Heating and Cooling.Brandy, who answered the phone, was incredibly nice and told us she could have someone out the same afternoon. She called again to let us know it would be less than an hour before the tech came. I couldnt believe the response time on a Friday during what I would assume to be a busy time, considering the cold weather.Kyle, the repairman, arrived about 20 minutes later. He was very polite in explaining what the problem was and installed a new blower motor for us in about an hour. Im very happy with the service from start to finish. Thank you.

Overall we had a positive experience with Bone Heating and Cooling. Unfortunately our A/C stopped cooling on a Friday afternoon. We didnt realize until after hours, but they were able to get someone out that evening. By then the unit had started working again, which made it difficult to troubleshoot the problem. After the same tech came back out on Saturday, but too late to catch the malfunction in the act, he installed a new thermostat hoping that it would fix the issue. But through the heat of Sunday, the A/C was still not running most of the day until that evening. It is now Monday and a second tech was sent out. This tech definitely seemed very determined to fix our issue for good. Once I explained everything that had been happening with the air over the weekend, Kyle went right to work and found the issue in no time. Even taking the time to wrap an exposed wire that he found with electrical tape and explained to me how he so easily figured out the issue and then thanked me for letting him know the details of our problem, which led him to the solution. Thank you Bone Heating and Cooling for solving our issue.

Had these guys install a new heating and cooling system. They gave us a great quote, and had the system up and running within a week. There was a small problem and they came out the very next day and fixed immediately.Im very satisfied. Installers were friendly and didnt leave a messy area when the job was done.

They gave me a quick call back to do a phone estimate. They were able to give me the information so I can have my AC back on without them coming to the home within minutes at no cost. The guy was very courteous and friendly. He even asked me that they can even come out do a quick cheap inspection to make sure it was safe and running right. Thank you for the fast help during the heat to help our disabled kids and us get out of the dangerous heat.

First, this place isnt 24/7. I called on 1 AUG @ ~1130 and the phone rang five times, then was picked up and just hung up! That should have been my first red flag, but I called them again on 3 AUG at 0730 to make an appointment for AC repair/diagnosis. Two days later, their service tech failed to properly diagnose my Lennox 13ACD cooling problem and told me, youre good for two years! Wrong! My AC failed three days later and left me sweating in my 82° hovel for four days while I waited for a new condenser fan motor replacement that I ordered online and installed myself. Finally, Lennox today is an overpriced, unreliable brand. Check out BBB.org to read about the reliability issues.

My a/c went out so I called several places and bone heating and cooling was the one that sent a service guy out that day. My unit was totally shot and needed a new system. The lady in the office was super nice and sent her husband out that evening to meet me after work to get a bid. I hope u got your kfc Charlie!! The price was reasonable so I went with it. The techs Randel and Austin came out on time and was very professional. It was a pleasure dealing with both of them. Kyle came out to button things up and stayed late to make sure everything was working right. I told them they could come back and finish but their number 1 priority was getting my a/c going. That means a lot. All the work looks very very good and clean. hats off to the guys!!! Greatly appreciated and now I don’t have to worry bout my system for a long time. Bone Heating & Cooling installed a new heat pump system in my house on February 12th, 2019 and I am VERY satisfied with my experience so far. First off, I am not one to make a decision very quickly. I like to research, research again, and research some more before I pull the trigger on anything. I had 5 separate companies come give me bids to install a new heat pump system in my house and Ill be honest, 2 companies quoted me cheaper options. But just because its cheaper doesnt mean its a good thing. There are many things you have to take into consideration when receiving multiple bids, included are the quality of the product, the reviews of the company, and what salesman you felt most comfortable with. Are they trying to make the biggest commission possible on the sale or do they actually care what you purchase. Are they pushy and want you to make a decision that day to receive a discount? Well for Bone Heating & Cooling, I believe they actually care what you purchase. I had the pleasure of working with Charlie who is a salesman for Bone Heating & Cooling and he is a genuine guy. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field of work and didnt push the most expensive option on me. Charlie pointed out the pros and cons of each system and in the end, gave me two options that he felt were best for my house. And at no time did I feel pressured to sign on the dotted line. In fact, I received two bids after meeting with Charlie from other heating & cooling companies and eventually called Charlie back two weeks later. And guess what... the prices stayed the same! I seriously had a company tell me that they could only discount the option they were offering me that day because they needed to put guys to work asap. I laughed and told that salesman nice try but if you are having problems putting guys to work, youre obviously either selling a poor product or theres something wrong with your sales capabilities. Needless to say, that company was crossed off at that point.Back to Bone Heating & Cooling... I cant say enough good things about my experience with them and my experience dealing with Charlie prior to the sale and during the installation. Speaking of which, the installers that came to my house were just as friendly and knowledgeable as Charlie it seemed. Im a guy that likes to learn things and ask lots of questions and they were all happy to explain things and answer all of my questions. I dont remember all of their names and I do apologize for that but one of them was Jeff.After installation was finished and everyone went home, there was a minor problem and Bone Heating & Cooling sent Jeff back out and the problem was corrected immediately.Also worth noting is the staff in the office. Each and every time I called, and I called quite a bit..., were friendly, accommodating, and great to deal with!To sum up this review, I am more than satisfied with my experience with Bone Heating & Cooling. I will gladly recommend them to anyone and everyone that I talk to if asked who I recommend for residential heating and cooling services.

Very professional and friendly!I came home early on a Wednesday morning to find that my AC unit from the 80s had finally decided to quit working. After making multiple calls to friends and family I decided to call Bone from their recommendations. Every person I dealt with in the office over the phone was very pleasant. Their man Charlie was out bright and early the next day Thursday morning to give me a quote. Charlie was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and gave me a run down of what he was doing and answered every question I could come up with. After about 2 hours of cracking jokes and talking shop he gave me a run down of 3 different options ranging from a basic replacement up to an upgraded energy efficient system with a heat pump. I opted for the best package he wrote up and he was able to go over in house financing and tell me what a monthly payment would look like. Before leaving he left me with detailed copies of everything we had went over so I could compare it to other quotes I would be getting.Of the other 2 companys who said they would give a quote, 1 never showed up and never answered their phones, and the other was approximately 2000 dollars more for comparable equipment. By Friday afternoon of the same week, I had it set up for Bone to install my equipment the following Wednesday.On that Wednesday, Randal and Nick arrived right on time. They introduced themselves and after a few minutes of small talk about the house, they got right to work. During the process they were very polite and had no issue explaining what they were doing when I had any questions. It took about 7 hours for the whole installation process and they left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Prior to them leaving they gave a detailed run down of how to operate and basic maintenance of the new system and did not want to leave untill I had no further questions.Overall I am extremely satisfied with their overall service. Every employee Ive had the pleasure of dealing with has been extraordinary helpful. Within 7 days of my system failing they were able to completely replace my system. I will be recommending this company to any friends and family in need of heating and cooling services.

100% not 24hour service! The receptionist answered and told me they dont work on ac units at 12:30am! Thats when my ac unit started blowing hot air! Are u serious!!

Had a full Heating/AC unit put in by Bone. This was in June, so naturally I was concerned about the AC and it worked fine. So finally in December on the first day(Friday) it turned really cold I turned on the heat. The system wouldnt heat above 64°. I called on Saturday & apparantly they dont operate on the weekends so I had to chill out and wait for Monday. A repairman did fix the problem, but really a brand new system ?Next time I had a repairman come out to clean the furnace I also mentioned to him that i have a very large bang coming from the duct work after the duct cools off and the repairman tells me, ...well youll figure it out. In other words he wasnt going to bother with it. I now have another company do my yearly cleaning and system checks.This section is written after the owners comments. Yes it is correct the unit was installed in 2013. After consideration I felt I should leave a review. I did call when I was having problems but I received a pre-recorded message because it was the weekend. The truth is there was something wrong with the heating unit. It didnt work correctly. You pay more for Lennox and you expect more. This in my opinion is not satisfactory. After reading my review the owner chose not to call me which is fine but his final statement is very telling...we wish you the best.... As if thats all the dealings we will have with you. Please be notified Mr. Owner I have a 10 year warranty and I expect your company to honor that warranty.
