Had Matt out from perfect air to replace a water heater. He did a great job and was super friendly at a fair price. Bob came out the following week to service the AC as we are in the process of selling and did a fantastic job. He was also very friendly. Highly recommend these technicians.

A technician Cody Harris came to resolve an A/C and arrived promptly was most professional, polite and answered all questions I had. I feel he is an asset to his company and in the future I will request his assistance. A most pleasant and capable individual to work with.

The A/C stopped working on a Friday evening, the hottest day of the year. I was able to not only reach the tech, but had him there and the repairs made within a half hour! Prices were reasonable and the service and promptness were impressive.

Perfect Air serviced our old unit under our service plan; found A coil had several holes in coil. After discussion with Angel we decided to upgrade our system to a an energy efficient Rheem 20 seer heat pump. Matt did the duct cleaning and installation and we are very happy with both. I called after our outside unit was making unusual sounds and not cooling the house. Matt came out (same day) found the issue was a burnt wire and contact. He easily couldve sold me on a new unit as mine is contractor grade and Ive been told by other technicians it wouldnt last long (which I told him). He took the the time to clean off the coils and check the diagnostics. Were cooling off nicely. Thanks Matt!

Alright, so they are getting a 1 star because, the first time they came out, Dan couldn’t find a leak, I was charged 300.00 dollars, the second time they came out, I wasn’t charged but the Tech found the leak in 15 minutes, the third time they came out, I had them install a whole new unit and for 2620.00, the tech was very nice but he left mud on my rug in the front, and dug dirt out from around my foundation to level off their unit, I guess they can’t afford dirt to bring along when doing a new install. Again they got paid and I end up with really bad experience. Mind u me and my son could both pull our shoes off at the door because we new it was raining and muddy outside, but the tech wipes a huge clump right on my carpet, my opinion is don’t use them, find a different company. After my warranty, I will never use them again.

Always excellent service, on time and professional. This visit was just part of our regular HVAC maintenance.Cody diagnosed a part that was ready to fail on one of the units. I okd replacing it now. It probably would have died on the hottest day of the year!

If you need reliable service I would highly recommend Perfect Air. Any time I have an issue with my heating or cooling they are always there. I never worry about anything because I know they will take care of everything and it will be done right. I am so grateful for Perfect Air.

My wife has developed some severe allergies to our cats, as well as other air borne issues, Im sure. I started researching air filtration systems. I called Perfect Air with lots of questions, about air quality cleaners, heat pumps etc. Angel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She did not pressure us into buying any thing. We asked the questions we wanted to know more information on and she was able to answer every one of them. We just had a whole new system installed. We bought a heat pump, new air conditioner, air filtration system, Halo UV light and humidifier. The installer, Daniel, was as knowledgeable and helpful as Angel was. Its hard to feel good about spending that much money. However, we feel the improved air quality and the reduction in electric bills due to the heat pump and the higher efficiency of the air conditioner will all pay off in the long run. We cant say enough positives about Perfect Air. If you need more information on improving the air quality in your home, or reducing your utility bills, by installing a heat pump, Im sure they would give you the same professionalism they we experienced. With this whole crazy Covid-19 thing, I highly suggest the UV light to be installed sooner than later. We are glad we did.

Fast and knowledgeable service

We hired Perfect Air to clean out the entire duct work of our 50 year old home. Prior to their (on time) arrival, I received a text with each technicians photo informing me they were on their way. During the initial consultation over the phone I was informed of the price and time it would take to complete the job; they delivered both with total accuracy. At the closing of the job, Cody explained a few products we may be interested in purchasing; but he was not overbearing, which was nice. We are very pleased with Perfect Air and will likely hire for future needs.

Daniel worked around my schedule and was right on time. He had our furnace control board changed and our drainage issue resolved in under two hours. They were direct with their pricing and stuck right to the quote. Would definitely recommend Perfect air.

Perfect Air installed my whole heat pump system including ductwork about 11 years ago. They did a fantastic job and it has worked out great for us. We didnt have a basement and only had a crawlspace but they designed everything from the ground up for the best efficiency. We have been very happy with the heat pump and service every year. I use a coupon every season for cleaning and checking the system which is $79.00 but this year my system needed additional service and much more than I expected and instead of the original $79.00 it ended up costing $279.00 because if a couple of additional parts. I guess that is not bad considering my system is 11 years old and out of warranty. I have been very happy with Perfect Air! I will continue to use them too!

The first visit was after we had no cool air blowing. Bad sign for sure. Angel (perfect name for the lovely lady on the phone), was very helpful and worked well to get a technician out as soon as possible. Absolutely 5 stars.UPDATE:The exhaust fan on my furnace was generating a vibration that was getting more noisy by the day. Bob Wright showed up at the time scheduled with a new fan, installed it in a few minutes and the problem was solved. We run an animal rescue in Catawissa and have been dealing without air conditioning for a little while but facing the July heat made me call for help. Angel from the office, called early to give me a thirty minute heads up before Bob arrived. Bob repaired and charged our system as well as explaining everything he was doing. He was respectful of space and kept everything clean. He had the parts in his van to get us air conditioning for our inside animals before the heat of this week. I cant say enough about the integrity of the owner, Brian. He promised air this week and we do have air and today is Monday.By the way, all of the people who work for this company LOVE animals especially dogs! I like how advanced this company is with their safety measures. I recieved a text with a picture of the technician along with a notification that they were on their way. Angel was informative and helpful on the phone helping me troubleshoot issues before sending someone out. Bob came out on the first day. He was knowledgable, helpful, and informative when telling me prices of each service. He performed some maintenance work, ran diagnostics, fixed a freon leak, and as he was finishing up the motor blew in my 35 year old unit. He started to replace it but realized the motor he had on hand was not the correct size so the repair had to be finished the next day. Dan came the next day, after hours, replaced the motor quickly, checked everything out again thoroughly, and answered all of my questions with the same level of knowledge and professionalism I experienced from both Angel and Bob. Also, both Dan and Bob didnt mind my dogs and interacted with them which was very sweet. After the final repair made by Dan, I had more air coming out of my vents than Ive ever had in the 14 years that weve lived here. I am very happy with the level of service and professionalism I received from this company. I would highly recommend them.

Very good service

After arriving home from a day trip, we noticed our air conditioner was not blowing cool air and the fan stopped working. We called perfect air and were very nervous about what to expect. We have heard many stories about it taking weeks for repair and repair being expensive from different people with air conditioner problems with different companies. When we called, the lady that answered the phone was extremely friendly and she said she would have the on call tech call us. At this point I started to panic. On call sounds expensive and we needed help on a holiday. A few minutes later Cody called us and arrived at our home in less than a half hour. Cody was very professional, friendly and patient. He took time to answer our questions and concerns. He resolved the problems within 10 to 15 minutes and everything is working great! Also, the cost was not extremely expensive. We were definitely surprised and very happy. I would recommend asking for Cody for your service appointment.
