People should start checking where their refunds are being applied to. I requested that my refund be applied to the original form of purchase. Instead it was applied to a gift card I never purchased. This leave my balance of the card I charged it to with a high balance which is subject to a higher interest. O went through 2 people at customer service which was in another country before I could get someone in America. I was told that they could not correct it due to the fact that I purchased something that used the remaining balance of the gift card. I wanted them to charge me the full price of the item I bought not 30 minutes prior to my calling them and apply the refund to the original form of purchase. Well that was a no go. Do I asked if I could cancel the order then they could apply it back to my card. That also was a no go because the man said the order was expedited and that my grandson would receive or the next day. So I told him that I would tell my son to refuse the package mind you I just place the order 30 minutes prior to speaking with the customer service rep. They refused every request I had. This happened before and I had no problems resolving it. My thinking is that this is a system designed to get their customers to pay interest on their balances and these wiz kids make their billions trying to find ways to save on postage and interest on our balances. They say we have FREE SHIIPPING but the charge is included in the price of the article we are buying. I have begun to check the internet for prices instead of using the price comparison that Amazon has in their system and found that the article cost far less than what Amazon charged. Some articles do cost less at Amazon but I found that they are usually made in China and are not good quality. In short I have been shopping with Amazon for over 15 yrs and have noticed a decrease in good customer service and an increase of products made in China. I also notice that information on where a product is made is not readily available in the description on most products sold in Amazon. I have had to ask the community and so n etijes they dont know.

Very convenient. But the scan option does not really work to well.

I like the convenience, however I dont like the surroundings.

Cant scan the barcode or use the keyboard/key pad. Only the touchscreen works.
