Extremely poor customer service. No consistency in what they keep in stock, they may have something one day and then be sold out for weeks before they get restocked. I have given this location a plethora of chances to earn my repeat business and they fall short every time.bad bad customer sevice............

They sell products at a decent price and lately, theyve been better at accepting returns. However they are slow at their work and having just one person there before you could result in a 30 min wait. I try to call before I go but even then its first come first serve. The parking lot is also tiny and confusing. So often people will just park in front of the warehouse instead.

We have been using uvaper for 3 years. We spend a lot of money with them monthly ($10,000-$15,000). I say how much we spend because I am not sure if it effects how they treat us. 1. Customer service A++++ they have always been super nice and have immediately dealt with any issues we have had. 2. Shipping they can not be beat! I don’t use any other hardware companies that can send us that much stuff in 2-3 days! Amazing! 3. Product knowledge is what makes them a 4 star instead of a 5 star, they know a lot but often have not been able to answer a few of my questions but they do try hard and normally attempt to get back to me with an answer after some research. 5. Price is good and shipping is free, some stuff is a little over priced but I am willing to pay it because they do offer free shipping and do have excellent customer service. 6. Their warranty is fair but they could handle returns a tiny bit faster, they take 2-3 weeks to process returns which is acceptable but a week would be ideal. Bottom line uvaper will always have at least 80% of my hardware business as long as they keep things the way the have been for the last 3 years! Thanks uvaper!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever dealt with in my life! I purchased an iPV D3 from a local vape shop and it malfunctioned. This place was listed on the warranty card. I contacted the company and after a few exchanges of emails, I was instructed to mail it to them and they would replace it. After a month of dragged out back and forth emailing and being led on that my $70 device would be replaced in a timely fashion, I finally contacted them to find out that not only would it not be replaced, but parts were backed up about 8 months. Id give this company 0 stars if I could. I am beyond outraged.
